    Great product. I took my son to the doctor because I was concerned about his eye being a bit red. Dr. gave him antibiotics drops claiming it was pink eye, but made the eye worse. He was on day 5 of the antibiotics and had NO improvement. His eye was actually worse. Took him with someone else and was told he had scratched his eye.     The unit is easy to use and the bluetooth is a bonus. Thanks to the app, data is saved, synced with Apple Health app, and easily exported as a spreadsheet. Readings seem to be accurate and consistent.My only gripe is the inconsistent display of the data. The screen on the unit changes colors based on your BP… from green to yellow to red and also flashing. The official iHealth app that this company provides also does something similar. However, the color coding of historical readings in their app do NOT match the color coding of readings on the device’s display. And neither system matches the BP chart they provide on page 3 of the manual! LOL. When I reached out to the company, they explained that the app uses guidelines from the American Heart Association, but the actual BP device uses guidelines from the European Society of Cardiology. Ridiculous… everything should be synchronized or at the very least, the phone app should have a setting that allows you to select which guidelines you desire. It’s their official app, so why would it be programmed to use completely different BP guidelines than their device?In the end, it’s the actual readings that matter to you and your doctor, not the arbitrary guidelines, which seem to vary greatly depending on where you live in the world.

    I recommend this Bp monitor.It is user friendly. The cuff has directions with a diagram to follow. It shows which arm to use and how to accurately put it on your arm. The cuff itself has a red strip which shows where the brachial artery for accurate reading.The monitor is simple with 2 buttons. One is start/stop and the other one is memory where you can see your past readings and sync button. The screen is simple as well- easy to understand. It shows the results with your pulse. But the most impressive part is that depending on the results, the screen with change colors. Green-good, orange (described as yellow in the manual) – high normal, orange color flashing- Hypertension 1 warning, red- hypertension 2 warning, red color flashing- hypertension 3 warning.So people who do not understand the results can rely on the color code. This is a game changer!This is a one user monitor- this is one negative I have about the product but not a deal breaker. There is a workaround though (described below)There is a corresponding app you can download to not only review your results but to also share them. You can create a report, Except or PDF and share via email, text or print it out and bring it to your doctor’s appointment. If you have a patient portal with your physician’s office, you can upload your result. How great is this!One of the great features is that you can select which readings to save- so if someone else had to use your monitor, you can delete that reading and it won’t be part of your readying history. This is the workaround mentioned above. This is a good option if someone needs to check their bp once in a while whiting needing to save their results.Overall, it’s a great monitor, simple and user friendly. The manual is actually useful.     I’ve been using the Contour Blood Glucose test meter for over seventeen years, and test my blood at least eighteen times a week. You can’t beat the quality; I may have had one in every 250 of these test strips fail. I’ve never received a box with less than 11 months before they were set to expire. I started out purchasing these test strips with a prescription seventeen year ago, and they always seemed to cost more than purchasing them myself. Setting up a Subscribe & Save subscription reduced the price below what I was paying for a prescription, and you can’t beat the convenience of having them delivered. I occasionally check at the local grocery store and the price with tax is comparable with the online price plus tax, and as I said before, you can’t beat the convenience.

    ACCURATE readings (the most important feature of any glucometer), straight-forward, simple to use. Do NOT get the Precision Xtra. The problem isn’t with that meter, but with the strips it uses. Not every strip pack with that one comes with a calibrator strip. This Contour Next does not need a calibrator strip, so any additional purchases of strips will be usable.Great tool! A+ !
  • Unusual outlier readings occasionally
    I have monitored my blood sugar as a routine for years. I picked up the Contour system as I was transitioning to the Apple Health Kit eco system as the Contour system is Bluetooth capable and will automatically populate the Apple system with the readings. I have noticed that there will be random and very occasional “outlier” readings that don’t fit with the established patterns of my readings over time. My numbers run in the 90’s prior to eating and a 105-115 level at various times after eating and sometimes around the 120’s if I have been enjoying rich food and alcohol which is not as a general rule. There have been random readings pop up with this Contour system in the 150’s and it has been early in the day prior to taking on many calories. One can only wonder if there is some sort of deficiency with the system.

I found this on Amazon is cheaper and more testing strips. The test results are within the same range like what I purchased from those big brand name stores. It’s a must buy every time from Amazon when this stuff is running low.

    I love the ease the convenience in the readability of this blood pressure machine. It is quite accurate, but I must give it only a four four star rating and I have to be fair about it. I would’ve given it a 5 but apparently after a few weeks of using the machine it totally failed to read anything.When after 3 error messages it finally did read the numbers were extremely way off. I have 2 blood pressure machines . One is the traditional cuff one. Quite accurate.I hope this was only a minor defect. I did get a refund back but I did purchase it again to give it another try. Hopefully it works for quite a long time. I will have another review once I get t the new unit and give it a long term tryout.

    This is a great blood pressure kit. It’s easy to use and gives accurate measurements as required by most doctors. If it’s a first time you’re using it and you have a doctors appointment coming up you might want to take it with you just so your doctor knows what you’re using when you take your blood pressure at home. I ordered it from Amazon. I bought it that morning and I arrived that afternoon. I was so surprised I really needed it, but it is a great blood pressure wrist measurement easy to use easy to care for it and it comes in its own container. I would recommend this to everybody a lot easier to use that’s for sure. I give it 10 stars..

    I purchased this device to move away from the ungainly devices that you have wrap around your upper arm. It is small, comes with its own ‘hard-case’ storage box, extremely light-weight, portable, and easy to use blood pressure monitor. The materials do not feel cheap and are pretty good quality. I am still using the charge it came with, so will say it has a decent extended battery life. It communicates audibly in clear and understandable commands. It communicates the results clearly once it completed the test. The digital display is easy to read. Compared against an older (1-2 year old) cuff device and received similar results on both devices.If there is anything to grouse about, it would be the size of the display. It is like having a small TV sitting on your wrist. Understanding the demographic that gravitates towards devices like this, and that I am approaching inclusion to that demographic, the screen is still quite large for my preference; especially given the audible commands and results report.Overall this is a great device so far and would recommend for those looking for something light weight and easy to use.

The scrubs are well made.I am 5’9″ tall. I weigh, approximately 160lbs. I ordered a size small. My measurements are the following: 34-28-40. The pants are flooded as I expected (1-2 inches). My legs are long as I have a short torso. The top is clearly unisex as it’s very boxy. The bottoms fit me like a glove. If your hips are wider than 40 inches, do not get a small. The pants have no stretch at all. I do recommend these scrubs for their sturdy material and the price.

    I had to write a review about this knee brace. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never spent this type of money on a knee brace but I’m SO glad I did! It literally has been a life changer. Working long hours on your feet with a bum knee sucks but all the pain is gone with this thing. My knee feels sturdy and I haven’t had a single stabbing pain when I go up stairs or ladders anymore. That was a constant thing prior. Honestly, I would pay double price knowing how well it works. It will hold off surgery and hopefully my knee will heal in the coming months wearing this. It’s been terrific for me. I have nothing negative to say about this knee brace.
  • My favorite knee brace
    I’ve tried a lot of different braces for arthritis in my knee, and this is my favorite by far. I get aches just walking around my house without a brace, but with this one I’m able to walk a few miles every day with no pain. And it’s easy to slip on and off versus the Velcro types which I find annoying. It has a good stretch, but make sure you measure your leg before buying. The measuring guide on the listing actually seems to be accurate, which I feel is rare. It feels well-made and sturdy and didn’t shrink at all when machine-washed. Overall a great purchase at a great price. I ended up buying a second one because it worked so well.

    Started out fine, but after a few washings (per the instructions) it no longer stays in place. The rubber grip surface on the inside doesn’t grip. Now I have to constantly pull it back up which is a pain now that it’s colder and I’m wearing long pants. I’m going to look for something else that’s adjustable and maybe I won’t have that problem.

    I have used this skiing and scuba diving. It is very good. I don’t like the velcro type braces so this was great. Has the side of knee structural support and knee cap stability. Both work very good together. My knee injury was bad at first but not bad enough to get surgery so left me in a middle ground. I stationary bike only with my lower body for workout and have gotten very good results. I highly recommend this knee brace. I have tested it in the most extreme conditions. It is solid.

    Please be sure to measure to get your proper size and CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USING ANY JOINT SUPPORT ITEM.I have had a few knee dislocations and a scoping as well as some arthritis. I have used my knees. cycling lifting hiking etc etc. Now I try to walk as much as I am able.Ergo when it gets cold or on longer walks having this is a godsend. The support is snug however the immediate feeling of support and added strength makes it easy to get used to. I prefer the ring for the knee adjusting this is not hard there is a break in period to get used to it. I found one decent 6 mile walk to be the perfect break in periodAs to washing use warm soap and water and allow this to air dry. A dryer would basically ruin its fit and is honestly not necessary.The value for the money is excellent. Some of these are waaay over priced.Again As with any knee support device, consult with your doctor before using this or any knee support device.I would gladly give this as a gift.

    Every now and then you run into a product that has done everything right. This is one of them.EASY SETUP: The directions are so clear and so simple that it makes the setup super fast. You place the battery they provide into the controller device and then hook up some wires to the pads they provide. It’s ready! You also get a more detailed manual that helps with placement of the pads if you aren’t sure.OPTIONS, OPTIONS, OPTIONS: You can select intensity, therapy mode (burst, normal, modulation, SD1 and SD2), pulse width, pulse rate, and set a timer! Before you think it’s too complicated. You can just set it to ‘normal’ and select the intensity – start from there.CASE: It has a case and if you think that isn’t important, then you’ve never gotten one that doesn’t have a case. I did and lost the remote. When I finally found the remove, I lost the pads and wiring. So a case will make you keep everything together. I’d get an extra battery and some extra pads.MOBILE: It’s battery operated and has a convenient clip so you can clip it on to your pants and walk around while you are getting the treatment.WELL BUILT: I love how the controls have covers so as you walk around, you can’t bump them. It’s so well thought out.If you have back pain, knee pain, ankle/foot pain, shoulder, etc… this will help you and you can control how strong and what type of treatment you want.     Based on another reviewer’s advice I chose this model over the one utilizing AAA batteries, and I am extremely happy I did so.This unit, which runs on a single 9V battery is working much more effectively than even my best home-made versions. Having eaten dozens of honey-coated watch batteries of various sizes, rigging motorcycle batteries with the leads from digital ohm meters, and licking both 110 and European sockets with few beneficial results, this contraption is a real time saver, if even just no longer making weekly trips to Radio Shack for miscellaneous capacitors, transistors, etc. While the lead-core fly fishing line coils connected to a type 31 marine battery did indeed provide some minor neck relief, lugging the 75 pound battery proved to be somewhat inconvenient, especially on bowling night. Enter the TENS 7000 (I realize this sounds a lot like an ad for an upcoming Terminator movie, but that’s really what they call it)Having suffered some extreme issues stemming from the fact I have disks pinching my spine to nearly 100% closed off (I swear I’m not making that up) along with the fact I was born quite young, chiropractors and physical therapists have been a major part of my life for well over 30 years now. While many of them claim it was their manipulations which cured many a stiff joint or mis-aligned spine, I know from experience that TENS therapy truly works wonders. It truly does. With the exception of the time the doc’s assistant came in to turn the rapid-sine machine “off” and accidently turned it from power “2” to “Well Done” and having to peel me off the ceiling, TENS has provided much needed relief from massive muscle spasms in my lower and upper back; eliminated stiffness in my neck; reduced swelling in my neck; as well as made me a very rich man. Well maybe not that last one, but it’s not too late.Anyone who spends time at the chiro knows the joy of TENS therapy, but we also know the disappointment of feeling the power shut down just when it’s starting to feel like it’s working! Sure the doc has other patients in line, but we’re paying for US to get relief- let them wait! With your very own TENS machine at home, there IS no wait, and better yet, as long as you’ve got batteries, there is NO LIMIT to how long you can cook yourself to pain free!! (Disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor. I do have much experience as a PATIENT, and offer only my personal opinion stemming from that experience. If you have a serious problem, please consult a doctor or your local Salvation Army for proper assistance)I read about others who run their TENS constantly, and at full power- setting 8- and achieving good results. Let me tell you, I can take a LOT of pain, and I am running this 9V model at just below power level 3, and it is making my shoulder spaz out so much it resembles Kanye West at a Golden Globes ceremony. I am using my new TENS to relieve a frozen shoulder; after just 30 minutes of low-intensity therapy using the various modes I was actually able to lift my arm over my head for the first time in nearly a year. I swear I’m not making that up. I do firmly suggest that you DO NOT use the unit constantly however, as your body needs time to relax and “calm down” after a session, so based on my decades of experience I would say a total of 2 hours or so per day broken into 30-40 minute sessions will provide you with a quick idea of whether it will work for you or not. Others are obviously suffering different problems however, so you should consult with your doctor (or qualified airline stewardess) to determine what is right for you. That being said, I expect within the next week to be suffering from zero shoulder pain, no more back pain, and full restoration of my receding hairline. While this machine IS pretty cool, I doubt I’ll get down to my desired weight without having used it at least a month, and the cancer will probably require at least another after that. Good thing I also bought rechargeable batteries!The TENS machine is truly very sleek, and extremely well thought out. It is about the size of a walkman; unfortunately in fact, it resembles a walkman SO much that just this morning while out shopping I was hit with rocks by 2 young thugs who told me to “Grow up and join the digital age!” after spotting my TENS conveniently clipped to my Bermuda shorts. Another cool feature is that both the controls for the leads and the modular controls are each protected behind little doors, which prevent accidental changes to the settings while you move about. Very cool, as they are easy deal with when need be. The unit is also lightweight; I would barely know it’s there if it weren’t for the fact my face keeps changing shape as if I’m sticking my open mouth out the car window while traveling in excess of 90MPH on the highway. But darn, it feels so good.Overall I am extremely happy with this unit and wholeheartedly recommend it.     This is very well designed how it has covers that snap open and shut over the knobs and push buttons. That way you never accidently change the settings! It also has a clip to make it easy to attach to your pants so you can move around and get things done while using.I’ve had periodic back pain for years and this is the only thing that helps significantly. Yesterday I was in a public place and my back went out. I didn’t want to go to the hospital. After resting for about an hour I got to the point where I could at least stand. So, I made it home. It had been a while since this happened and I couldn’t remember where I put my last TENS unit, so I ordered this one overnight with the 4am-8am delivery. But, it’s so great I did, last night my back went out again and it was pretty miserable.This morning I started using this and I’ve actually had a nice day.     BE PATIENT – IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped – it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer.I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes.I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

    I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15″. Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the “Epley maneuver.” Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

    I’ve been using this for 5 days, and for 5 minutes at a time. The first time I used it the vertebrae in my neck popped 3 times, but that didn’t cause any pain. The muscles and tendons did however feel very sore and stiff for about 2 hours. I went to bed and woke up the next morning with considerably less neck pain than I normally have.     This was so super easy to use. The top slides off, for emptying. You do have to used distilled hot water when running the self cleaning process. The battery was totally charged in less than 1 hour. And I used it on adult setting 3 times and cleaning after each use. I can’t tell if it will tell you when it needs to be charged, but I did place it on the charger and it did take another 45 mins to fully charge, so next time I will push it to 5 uses before charging. I love how tiny it is and the little caring pouch it comes with. Simply perfect it you need to do a treatment (while at work, school or just out having a good time). I did not attach a picture but the base is as tall as the palm of my hand (so it is very small) and comes with the 2 size mask as well as the tube to just place your mouth around.
