The packaging is tiny and compact, as is the case with most Apple products these days.The AirTag is about the size of a quarter. Apple “signature” White on one side, polished mirror-like finish on the other side. For me, appearances aren’t a huge deal- given it was going into a security luggage tag holder. However, l will admit as an Apple fanatic that it’s still impressive they squeezed so much into such a tiny form factor.Setup is as beautiful and flawless as the device itself. After the minimalist unboxing experience, you simply remove the packaging and pull the little piece to engage the installed coin battery. For reference, these use a CR2032 battery.Setup was incredibly easy. You open the “Find My” app on your iOS device. Add the Device Thru There. You can rename the device and set an emoji for the device. You can also tweak a few additional settings under the specific device details.Right after adding, tracking was instant and totally flawless. I tested the sound feature and was impressed with the nearly zero lag. I have that suitcase packaged and ready at all times, so I keep it in my closet which notoriously has bad service. I bought this to put on my outdoor cat’s collar to track her location. It works as described, but not how I expected. I wanted to track my cat’s location in real time, but this doesn’t have its own GPS. It basically piggybacks off of other cellphones when it comes within Bluetooth range. Only then, will it update the location. It kept showing me that my cat was standing next to me, when I could clearly see she was across the street at a neighbors house in the front yard. It only shows the last known location of the AirTag when it was pinged by another cell phone. So that’s why it showed her location as being with me at home when she actually wasn’t. Honestly, it’s my fault for not researching how this works before I bought it, but I still give it 4 stars because it did fit perfectly in the collar and was not bulky around my cats neck. It was also extremely easy to set up.

These are pretty easy to use and needed in your luggage, etc. They appear durable, but we have them in cases inside luggage. We had batteries die after a bit, and those weren’t difficult to change. They are easily compatible with my phone, and I was able to share the tag with my wife so we can both track. I’ve seen less expensive versions, but haven’t tried them.

These really are the real deal regarding android trackers. These have been well tested by multiple respectable sources and have shown performance to be right behind apple airtags, which are still the best standard in non-gps tracking. Some people suggest tile pro trackers and while those are pretty good, the galaxy smarttag2 still come out on top usually all the time in these tests.These are especially good at tracking items that travel across the country over vast distances or perhaps say luggage. I wish I bought more of these before I bought a bunch of tile pros. If you already have tile pros, those are good enough in the tests that I wouldn’t suggest urgently selling them, though if you were to buy new trackers, they should be the smarttag2, especially if you have a samsung device, I think because of the extra features and the ultrawide band precise tracking it offers.Currently as far as the extensive research I have found that these trackers are the best of all non-apple trackers.

It’s lightweight and integrates seamlessly with the Find My app on your iPhone. I placed it in a magnetic wallet that attaches to the back of my phone, and just today, I misplaced my wallet. While I was able to find it using the Find My app, one downside is that I couldn’t hear the beeping at all—it’s just too quiet. This might be due to my own hearing or because it’s concealed inside a wallet, making it challenging to hear. Overall, I still believe it’s an excellent product; it’s priced comparably to an Apple AirTag but is more compact. I’m eager to see how long the battery lasts since I just got it and plan to use it for both travel and daily purposes. The product’s durability seems impressive; I don’t think it would get damaged unless you accidentally ran over your wallet, ha ha. I haven’t tested the charging capabilities yet, but that’s on my to-do list, and I’ll provide an update later. I had two of the old gray and orange Forerunners, but since things don’t last forever, they both finally failed. I was dreading shopping for a replacement because I don’t want all the fancy stuff that most watches have these days. I just want the basics (time, distance, average pace), and I want ease of operation. I have been very pleased with this watch. It’s not much more complicated than the old one, and it’s much lighter. The charge lasts much longer, too. I do half marathons, and I can easity get three runs before it needs to be recharged.

I’ve had this watch for 10 months, and I’m ready for a better watch. This watch isn’t all bad though.If you’re looking for a cheaper option for running watches this is a pretty good choice, as long as your milage is reasonable. Obviously of you’re running more mileage you’re charging your watch more often. If I don’t use the watch for anything but “being a watch” and heart rate monitoring I could get a couple weeks between charges. The gps seems pretty accurate, I have routes that I usually run and the watch is pretty close in marking miles in about the same spot, I’d say within .05 of a mile, worse case.I’d say this watch is more geared towards cardio workouts, I use the “other” while I’m weight lifting and it’s not quite the right option, but theres no other options for this watch. It also does not have the ability to do elevation. Any elevation in your run is gps based i think.The watch itself is very durable, I only have the tiniest chip in the top of the screen, I wear this watch all the time, except while showering. The screen has minimal scratching. I’ve bought the screen covers for this watch before, but no brand I’ve ever bought was the exact correct size and there was always a small edge pulled up that would get dirt under it and it would eventually fall off.I really like that the screen is NOT touch screen and only the buttons control it. I don’t have to worry about accidentally bumping something during a work out.I’m not sure how accurate the HR is, I caveat that I wear my watch on the inside of my wrist and I have dark tattooing there that could cause some problems. But I’ve also worn it on the opposite side of my wrist and had similar readings. You also can’t wear this watch tight against the skin, then it won’t read a HR at all. I’ve seen this happen in work outs where there a missing HR chunks of time.The sleep monitoring is NOT reliable. Like at all. Basically all it knows it that your heart rate is lowering and it’s night time. I can be sitting still reading before bed and it counts all that time as sleep. So where I might have actually slept midnight to 630, my watch started counting sleep at 10. So I says I’ve gotten more sleep. Therefore effecting your “body battery” rate.The charger is weird. It takes a special charger, which I’ve bought another one for my travel bag. And if the watch charging interface gets dirty it makes charging finicky.The phone finder is really useful and I do like the period tracker.

Fitbit has sensors on the sides of the watch for buttons, and after a sweaty workouts those buttons are just decoration. I appreciate the functional buttons on this Garmin. The battery life is sensational to this day. It can go a week and a half before I need to charge it, and it only takes a few hours to get back to 100%. There are so many features when you download the app: fitness tracking, health monitoring, sleep grades, monthly challenges to join, and even virtual fitness coaches for just about any activity you want to improve in. I’ve never once had a problem with this watch. I’m a hobby runner and I recommend this for anyone anywhere on the fitness spectrum.

Setup was super simple. It connected to Find My iPhone within seconds and works just like an AirTag. Functionality seems great. As to the longevity of the product, battery life, it staying connected at all times, etc…. That is TBD. Hoping this helps prevent me from ever losing my wallet again!

So far so good. Easy to use and setup was easy.Use to use circle tag( the fruit) that was also good for the application. It was slightly too bulky.This card is about 2 credit cards in thickness. Fits in card slot. This is what I needed.

Tile helps me keep track where my parents are who has short term Alzheimer, the driver can remember how get home and all, but other day I saw life 360 on cell was at home, and key tile was somewhere else over 20 hrs. I know sometimes tile doesn’t update, then maybe 10hrs later updated, I wish something could be done better about that. So my parents truck wouldn’t start back up when they stop part way up a Mt over look. I called cell and told at home, I asked if had keys, said yes, I asked if black tile on keys said no. Ugh I said where is it, didn’t know. I said well I show it is up in Mt. He said took a ride, remember truck wouldn’t work, didn’t remember what. On top of it left house w/o cell phone i could see. I asked how get home they didn’t know, I asked next day, things someone coming down Mt saw them, and gave them a ride home. That was nice I wish I knew who, thank God wasn’t crazy, nice people still. He said he doesn’t know where truck is, great, thinks in Mt, kept giving me wrong Mt, so I said your key tracker say xx location. Said maybe. So I head up to Mt from the last location update, make sure to snapshot everything and 3D too. Cause I didn’t have an update for 13hrs and wouldn’t give me satellite view i call 3D, which was even helpful. So head up and I w/my BF and found the truck. I can’t believe nothing happened to it. All the key on ring w/tile was in the ignition. We jump it but wouldn’t stay running, enough to coast mostly down hill, was windy. I was finally able to get roaming data signal standing by a cliff, to call AAA tow, was having issues to get them understand to take a St and stay on it going into Mt for about 11min. Then sherif pulled in. Tow called again, and told them how to find truck spot. They where their red tag truck and tow after 3 days. The forest ranger? Reported it, over weekend, and wasn’t till a Mon when sherif came to tag it. They had owner name of truck, and said they didn’t have a report of him missing. It to bad info was not shared to CHP for Mt area who i called, didn’t show truck found or towed. So good thing for the Tile and last update it gave was good, as well when I caught night before it updated same location, I snapshot location, SS satellite view, which again was very helpful. It was unreal the keys were in ignition. When he said a stranger gave a ride and my parents claimed had keys. I thought, maybe stanger, thought to tell them leave tile in car so can find it. He seems with it when talking to him, but few min later forget it. He still drives well and gets home I use life 360 in cell, for most good taking with him. I say you don’t leave tile alone and forget cell your license is going to be taken away from the Dr.So when I get both their cars from the repair shop, im putting tiles somewhere in the vehicles, which was my plan in the first place. Sadly both cars need repair, one should be ready quicker. Its only thing they do is take short drives, don’t go to far anymore. A bit up to Mt, or the coast line.The police did a welfare check, I’m sure neighbor called in, they are trouble, they don’t know what dr have said, but a neighbor called me, gave cell to cop and asked if I knew where they where I told them cause I had just checked, and I checked again and said still same spot now. So if cops wanted to they could have went to location near by.The life 360 on cell is pretty good too. Highly suggest both. The pro tile has 300ft range. I tested leaving one in my house and lose update about block away but tells me where tile is.Worth the money, tile can be helpful some many ways and app life 360 who works with tile works better on then just tile app. My friend had tile app and likes using Tile on the life 360 app now .

Love these things, i just picked up another one for a total of 6 different tile products now. One for my keysmart, one for my work vehicle fob, one for my personal vehicle fob, one in my leather wallet, one in my EDC card wallet/case, and a spare “sticker” in case I need to quickly slap it on or inside an object to keep an eye on its location. I have been using this “Tile” brand for several years now and havent had any issues with them working. They work when I misplaced my things, the ringtone can be customized and far louder than my wife’s air tag. Battery seems last a couple years, only complaint I have was with my older credit card style tracker. That one had a non replaceable battery, so when it died, I was out $30. I would love to see one of these with wireless rechargeable battery. The price of this one here was fair, shipped and arrived quick, next day. Simple to set up, just open the package amd scan the QR code. If you dont already have the free app, it will take you to the app store to download it. Also, super handy backwards compatibility with these and my phone. If I have my tracker in hand, and misplace my phone, I simply press the button twice quickly and in seconds my phone is ringing. Love these! If your object is out of range, the app will pull open a map and show you its last known location.

This is an INSANELY good purchase, one of my best purchases in a long while. Not only can you ping your phone using the device when you lose your phone, but you can also ping your KEYS when you lose them, using your phone!!! I needed the capability to go BOTH ways, as Apple Tags only are one-way (you can’t ping your phone using Airtag). I’ve recommended it to family and friends.Helpful tip: Even though it says the App must remain always open on iphone for use, THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! Just leave your BLUETOOTH capability turned on at all times, and you can close the app, thus saving your battery. I never have the app open unless I am trying to find and ping my keys. So you should be fine!

I use the Tile trackers and wholeheartedly recommend them. Airpods are are also good, but only work with Apple phones. When my loved one with dementia started wandering, I put Tiles in his wallet and on his keys and favorite coat. That worked great until he forgot to take them with him. What worked best was putting one on his shoes. We live in the rainy Pacific Northwest so he would never go out in his bare feet. He’s in memory care now and I still use Tiles to find the things he loses most often. He is forever misplacing his hats and jackets. Sometimes he’s even wearing someone else’s shoes! The Tiles have saved the care staff and I much time and frustration searching for his things. If I could change one thing, I’d make the notification sound louder. The apps map will tell you that the item is in the building, but not where in the building. If you walk around the hallways, the signal strength indicator will tell you if the item is nearby, but not which room. You have to be very close to the item to hear the chime. If it’s behind a closed door, inside a drawer or a closet, you might not hear it.

Someone tried to break into my Hyundai the other day so I ordered this asap overnight and activated it today. Have never had any device like this before.It was very simple to activate and set up the app. No hassle whatsoever other than finding a good hiding spot for it in my car.So far it’s working great when I tested driving to the grocery store. Right now, it’s showing the dot for my car on the map about 10-12 feet from where my car is parked in the lot at my apartment, so it’s not 100% exact, but plenty accurate if someone steals the car the police will know where to look.The app is really straightforward and easy to use. I haven’t tried logging into their site on my PC yet, but have been using the app on my Android phone.Here’s the options in the app:1) Can quickly set a fence around your car, just tap the Fence button to automatically create a fence when you park and it’ll notify you if the car moves out of the area.2) App lets you share your location with anyone, so if my car breaks down or I’m in an emergency, it’ll be useful to quickly send my location to a family member. Was able to send a link through SMS to my sister and it links her to a map with the GPS device name and location shown.3) You can turn the LED light on or off through the app so it won’t give away where you hid it in the car.4) It has an Energy Saver mode that you can set from the app to change the updates to every:30 min (10-15 day battery life),1 hour (15-30 day battery life),2 hours (1-1.5 months battery life),4 hours (1.5-2.5 months battery life),6 hours (2-3 months battery life),12 hours (3-4 months battery life), or24 hours (4-6 months battery life)I noticed there’s an option in the settings that let’s you select “Do not show low battery warning”, so I’m assuming it’ll notify me if the battery is low so I can remember to re-charge it?EDIT: Yes, it warns you when the battery is low. It will give you this message: “One of your devices has a battery level of 20% or lower. If your device is set to update every 10 seconds or faster, it is now in power conserve mode and will update every 30 seconds.”5) There’s a History button in the app that lets you review where the car/device has been. You can select Today or Yesterday from the quick drop-down menu, or select a specific date from the calendar.6) There’s a whole section of instructional videos inside the app and a FAQ section which are both helpful if you need it. However, it was super straightforward to set up so I didn’t need to use those.7) In the settings you can change the map type between a regular google map or satellite view map. If you change the map type, it seems to delete the fence you set. But it only takes half a sec to tap the Fence button again and reset it. Might be a minor annoyance if you have a whole lot of devices and are switching between map types frequently?8) The time zone seems to have been automatically set to US Central time, so you may need to go into the settings and change it. But, even though I changed the time zone to be correct, it’s still showing the alert on my phone with a timestamp in CST when I drive the car out of the fence.EDIT: I contacted customer service and they were able to fix this for me so time zone shows correctly now. However, due to a recent update of their app, it stopped showing fence notifications for me completely unless I had the app open constantly. Turns out it was because I’m unable to upgrade to Android 12 on my phone model, but they were still very helpful and patient and able to find a solution for me. So now it’s working again just fine. They had set it up so it would send me an email notification instead, but whatever they did also magically fixed the regular app notifications somehow. So if you have any issues, they seem willing and able to help or a work-around if possible.9) You can rename each GPS device if you have more than one so you know which one is in which car, etc.10) You can change the icon type and icon color that shows on the map for each device! There’s a lot of icons to choose from like car, pickup, semi-truck, bus, ATV, EMS, fire truck, bulldozer, bicycle, yacht…. you get the idea.11) They have the text, phone, email and address right in the app to contact support if you need help.Can’t comment on the battery life holding up yet since I just got it today, but I just put a reminder on my phone to take it out and re-charge it on weekends when no one’s gonna be lurking around the parking lot in broad daylight and other residents are around.EDIT: Batteries lasted for 3 1/2 weeks from the day I first activated my device until battery completely died. I have it on updates every 3 minutes. Maybe it will vary depending on other factors for you, but for me that’s how long it took.The magnet on it seems very strong, but to be fair I didn’t try mounting on the outside of my car, so I can’t comment on if it’ll fall off or not. I stuck it to a metal part hidden inside the car.There’s a good variety of plans to choose from with updates at differing intervals and discounts if you pre-pay lump sum. It says you can cancel your subscription at any time.I’m not able to pay the lump sum ones, so I went with the cheapest month to month one at $19.95/month for 3 minute updates so I’ll know pretty quick if anyone’s moving my car. It looks like the shortest update option is every 3 seconds if you need it that frequent.Very happy so far at how quick and easy it was to get setup. Will update this review if anything goes terribly wrong with it, but seems like it’ll work for what I needed it for.Have a steering wheel lock and stuff on the way as well to hopefully deter or slow down anyone from trying again, but worst case I’ll be able to track it now and tell the police where to look.EDIT: After using this for about a month and half, no earth-shattering problems. The couple of issues I had, customer service was able to resolve for me as mentioned.

Just bought a 50K truck from a dealership 7 states away and needed to ship it to me. I heard of so many bad experiences with the car carrier companies, I was a little nervous about this final step. So I ordered the tracker, set it up, and overnighted it to the dealer with a note for the sales manager to slip it into the pocked behind the drivers seat. Now I’m watching it make its way from the dealer to my front door with confidence and and peace of mind.I drove around with is for a few days to test the battery, it took 3 days to drop 5%. So I knew that with a topped off battery and the energy saving mode activated that I could watch this thing for the entirety of the trip. Even if bad weather or anything else came up to delay the delivery.I was just planning on using this for the transport, but Ive already decided to order the kit to hard wire it permanently into my tailgate that has power to tap into. That way it wont matter if just the tailgate is swiped from the grocery store parking lot, or the whole truck is stolen…. I have both bases covered and know where either is at!Think Ill also get the OBD plug mounted version for my wife SUV with a Y-splitter so it can still be used for service and tracking at the same time.

This device is great. The monthly subscription is expensive however, the device is very accurate for the most part. I say for the most part because at times, it’ll update his location to a few feet away from where it was at when the device never actually moved. I was spying on my boyfriend with the device and every day he would go to work and park his truck in the warehouse and leave with his coworkers in the company truck. They would get back to the warehouse at 3 PM but every day at 10:45 AM exactly it’ll show that the car moved 30 feet away. I thought he was doing something behind my back so I went to go see because it was a very consistent thing. And as soon as 10:45 AM pit, it said that it moved, but it didn’t move at all as I was staring at the truck myself so I think it’s a glitch in the system. Also I recommended just pay for the basic cheaper subscriptions as it doesn’t update the location every five seconds like it claims to. I paid so much money for the three second updates and it doesn’t even do it all throughout. It’ll just do it whenever he wants so it’s kind of a waste of money. But other than that, it is very accurate compared to whether devices on the market.

This Air tag CC style tracker is awesome! First it is rechargeable, so no need to replace the battery ever. Second, it is magsafe rechargeable which is awesome cause I only have magsafe wireless chargers. If you lose your wallet and hit the play sound function, it is loud unlike a common airtag. If you are a person that constantly misplaces your wallet, then this is a great item for you to have. Its about the thickness of two plastic CC cards or maybe one and a half of a metal CC. 5 stars and recommend this airtag tracker for everyone with a wallet or purse.
