The monitor is a nice size upgrade from my 22 inch. It has a matte screen which seems to reduce glare . Color and clarity are very nice too. A low price monitor with a high value in the 27 inch size. It has the VGA and HDMI connections but hot the Display Port connection. It works great for me.

This monitor is absolutely WODERFUL! The large screen and Quality of the images is Over the top Amazing. The price is VERY competitive for the quality of the device, and I am so thrilled that I decided to purchase it. There is one thing that you may want to consider when purchasing this monitor, however, and that is to also purchase a BENFEI Adapter for the HDMI Connectivity, since the HDMI port is not your normal output, or at least it wasn’t for at least 2 computers in my home, which are ALL DELL computers that are under 3 years old. The adapter is Called a BENFEI 4K Display Port to HDMI Adapter, Uni-Directional DP 1.2 Computer to HDMI 1.4 Screen. Gold-Plated DP Display Port to HDMI Adapter (Male to Female). This adapter is available from Amazon, and it makes the Monitor work beautifully. Bottom line, Love the Monitor, Love the size and beautiful resolution and quality, Love the Price, Win, Win!!!

This Dell 24-inch monitor has been excellent. The picture is sharp, colors are bright and clear, and the screen size is perfect for both work and streaming. It was easy to set up, and the adjustable stand makes it comfortable to use all day. For the price and quality, it’s a great value—I’m really happy with it!

8/1/25 been a week so far and satisfied with the quality of this BIG BEAUTIFUL monitor for the great low price. a few bits of advice/insights: for the price I paid for the monitor I got the extra Asurion coverage just in case it stops working after the Amazon return period. take into consideration all monitors can only go to the highest resolution offered IF your computer can go that high. if the monitor box says 4K but your computer can only go up to 1080 then that’s what you will see = the better the graphics card and processor the better the resolution. do not touch the front screen at all since it is very delicate and can get damaged easily. adjust the monitor settings from your computer if it turns off to often. the built in speakers are not good so plan on buying great speakers if you want to listen to music at its best. all in all, i would recommend this monitor for those on a budget considering all i have mentioned in this review. i will update this review if there are any changes worth mentioning.

This replaces an 8 year old 27 inch LG that started to distort on the bottom 2 inches. Made it hard to click the taskbar lol. Bought 27 inch Sceptre. I needed 2 hdmi ports to fit my current configuration and this has that plus a display port. It’s nice and the price is good. Amazon delivery was great. If it lasts it’s good buy if you need it.

This is a great budget 1080p monitor. I use this as a secondary monitor to help with multi-tasking and also have my PS4 connected to it. But this could possibly be due to the cheaper hdmi cable I got for this monitor.-The speakers don’t have the greatest sound quality, but I didn’t expect much for the price. The speakers work fine if you just want to hear something from your game, but I don’t recommend them as primary audio output.-There is an LED indicator on the bottom right corner (LED projects light downward) that illuminates solid blue when it receives signal, blinks blue when it’s awake and awaiting signal, and is solid red when the monitor is off/asleep.-Like mentioned above, the vendor answered a question about the panel and stated it’s an IPS panel. I also have an LG 27GL83A-B IPS monitor and the viewing angles are much better than the spectre. But again, keep the price in mind.-The included stand is a bit wobbly but I ended up mounting this monitor so I stored the stand. This monitor did not include hardware to VESA mount so ensure the monitor mount/stand has hardware or get hardware.-The power, HDMI, and VGA port face downwards so you may need 90 degree adapters for the HDMI ports to prevent the cables from sticking out from the bottom of the monitor.-Something else noting is the buttons on my monitor are in a horizontal orientation, but still in the bottom right corner.OVERALL: I researched a bit before deciding on this monitor and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve already recommended this monitor to other friends looking for a budget friendly 27″ monitor and if I had to do it over again I’d still stick with this monitor.

One of my 24″ monitors I use as part of my work setup died and I needed a replacement. This Sceptre 27″ fit the bill nicely. Not only was it a welcome increase in screen real estate, but it also has very nice image quality. The picture is brighter than my older monitors and has great contrast. The whites are whiter and the blacks are darker. Text is sharp and clear running at 1920×1080 and colors are nicely represented. The VESA mount made it super simple to mount on my monitor arms. While I’m not using this for gaming, the high refresh rate and low response time provide a flicker free image that is easy on the eyes. I’m staring at three monitors for coding and web browsing all day. I wish the other two in my rig were as nice as this one. The Sceptre monitor is a bargain at this price and I may very well snap up another one while I can.

Go through the Full Menu, Picture Mode, Cross Hair options etc (Small button on the back of the Monitor, and your computer’s display settings.)I used a Display Adapter cable. I have had zero issues with this product straight out of the Box.I use a headset, so I did not need a monitor with built in speakers, but this monitor DOES come with your standard sized audio jack. So if you want to add speakers it’s easy to do.The price made this purchase all the more better.I will say again though, take some time to check through all the settings and also your computer display settings to get the most out of this Monitor. I have been using this moniter for about a year now and felt compelled to make a review. I game on this moniter every day for several hours Call Of Duty and RPGs like skyrim and Oblivion just to name a few. I also work with this moniter using it as my main screen for work all day. Its amazing! I travel a bit for work and I actually take it with me sometimes! Its not super light or portable but man is it STURDY. I have been callous with it I must admit and it works beautifully with no issues just like I bought it yesterday. I cant afford an IPS curved screen moniter of this size so I went for this unit and model and man im not dissapointed. The value for money on this thing is legit, 100% worth it in my opinion, I dont see myself upgrading for several more years. Really impressed with this buy and you will not be dissapointed, on a side note the size and length of this specific moniter is such a sweet spot in my opinion, go for this size if you plan to use the moniter for both gaming and regular tasks!

Great for all around entertainment. Gaming looks crisp and sharp. Got this mainly for sim racing setup and its a great upgrade over the standard 16:9. games are more immersive and actually pull me into the action thus making my experience more competitive and engaging. It has great brightness.Only con is the vesa mounting is a no go unless you get spacers or 3D print an adapter like I did and use M4x25 screws. That was the only downside if you plan on puting this on a mounting arm.

Given I have only had this monitor for 2 weeks things can happen. With that in mind, this monitor so far has been a wonderful purchase.Starting with the positives:- starting with what I find the most important, the colors! Wow is what first came to my mind when I booted this thing up. The colors are vibrant, the monitor is bright, and visuals are quite clear. I have another 1440p monitor from a well known brand and the colors on the SANSUI blow it out of the water!- Secondly the 240-260 native reference rate is excellent! I play a couple games quite competitively and having that higher refresh rate is great! There is a common misconception that the human eye can’t see more than 60hz or 120hz, this is wrong. If your device has the ability run at 240-260fps in whatever game you are playing this monitor is awesome! There are also some game I play where I can’t get that high and the g-sync works great preventing any screen tearing. One thing to keep in mind is movies typically appear better on lower refresh rates, change the refresh rate to 60hz for a movie if you want.- The viewing angles on the monitor seem great. I view from a slight angle or head on and have had no issues.- The weight of the monitor is quite nice! It can as a surprise to me as the monitor is well priced but the stand has some good weight to it and doesn’t feel super cheap. The monitor itself is not too heavy and can tilt up and down with the mount given.- Now I am not someone who punches their monitor, so when it comes to its durability if you take care of it like you’re supposed to it seems like it’ll have no issues.Now on to somethings to keep in mind-This monitor is not an OLED nor does it claim to be, the HDR it provides is not true HDR and turning it on for regular use will worsen your image by dulling it out.-This monitor does not have speakers nor does it claim to have them. This is not a bad thing, but some people may not realize this.-The power button on the back is a little weird and right next to the settings adjustment, they are not similar in feel but I did accidentally turn it off while trying to adjust settings(human error).-the monitor will not come starting at 260hz, change it on the monitor and windows!To conclude the review, This monitor(especially if it’s on sale) is an amazing monitor spec wise with solid durability for the price. If you’re wanting this kind of monitor you know the risks you are taking going with a lesser known brand, but from my experience so far there is no more risk here than anywhere else! SANSUI has impressed me, pick one of these up and good luck!

What a great device. I bought this to pair with my laptop because I work out of the office frequently and miss my standard double monitor desk setup when I do so. This works seamlessly and is lightweight and compact. The set up was super easy and the instructions were straightforward and clear. Price point was also great. Highly recommend.

I bought one for my wife and it is so awesome I bought a second one for myself. USB-C monitors are great, it saves using a dongle. It also has HDMI. It includes all the cables and the power adapter, The size is great. The 1080p resolution is great, I ended up using a lower resolution. If needed they do have a 4K version as well. This lets me get away from my home office and work in the living room on TV tables for a change. I have gotten used to using two displays, this is really a nice device and very portable in a laptop bag along with my computer.

Perfect portable screen for remote work. In my office I have 4 monitors so when I’m on the road or need to work remotely this portable monitor has been a true life saver. If my laptop had multiple usb-c slots I would buy more. It comes with a nice cover and it’s thin like a tablet so I just keep it in my backpack in case I need it at any point. It has brightness settings that also save power consumption from your laptop and setup is extremely easy. Works for both Apple & Windows as well as works on my Samsung S25 to extend the screen. Going on vacation for 10 days. I cannot leave home without a PC in tow, & I do not like having just one monitor since at home I have 3-27″. I did not know about portable monitors until I began looking on Amazon. I love this KYY monitor! Very light, has a cover like an iPad to protect & also as a stand. Also it fits in my laptop satchel & slides in, Great! Very easy to connect & with one cord for power & the other for the video (Note- 3 types of video cables provided). Connected power to my laptop docking station but a wall charger brick is provided as well. Went into Device settings to add display to my system, only took 1min. The screen displays upper right the connection source type. Also can display settings (with button touch) to fine tune if desired but not needed. The resolution & screen quality is great! Response time great. Speakers work well enough for a device this size. Price very reasonable. Have not yet tried the connection to iPhone which will be interesting!To summarize: 1)- Portability is wonderful very light, 2)- Quality display, 3)- Easy connect, 4)- Cover is magnetic so it stays in place & great for a stand with adjustable tilt. 5)- Screen size is good as shown, but now I wish now I would have gotten the largest which I may still do.

The portable screen is compact and easy to set up. I use it as an extra screen for my laptop when I am on the go. It works great. The monitor only requires a single cable for extending the monitor and I only use one USB C port. The monitor also has a HDMI port that is useful. It does require a power source when not connected to a PC/laptop. I had to connect it to a power source when I connected it to my phone. The colors and graphics are not the best but does the trick. Colors look faded when watching shows but it isn’t an issue. Great for the price.

This product is fantastic. I bought it to connect to a whole-home surveillance system. It’s lightweight and compact, takes up very little space, and offers clear, smooth transitions. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend it. It’s a great price, and the product is practical. It’s a great buy.

Running the MNN 14″ vertically on a stand has been great for code and Slack. The kickstand included with the monitor only supports horizontal mode. I had to purchase a stand separately to be able to kick it up at about 85-88 degrees. The 1920×1200 panel is crisp, the 16:10 aspect ratio gives a bit more room where it counts, and the 500-nit brightness holds up in a bright room especially when it is really bright outside. USB-C or HDMI both work without fuss. Speakers work but nothing to write home about. At 14 inches it matches my 14″ MacBook Pro M2 footprint, so it packs neatly in the same bag. Light, sharp, and very useful as a travel sidekick or when moving around the apartment/home.

So I work from home, but I house sit a lot. At home I have a 3 screen set up (laptop + 2 mounted screens) but obviously I can’t take the mounted screens. I’ve been thinking about getting a portable monitor for a while and when I saw the price on this one (let’s be honest, it was the price that sealed the deal), I thought “why not?”…and I’m glad I did. The clarity is perfect, it can be adjusted as needed, it’s brighter than my laptop (which might actually be too bright!). The screen is actually bigger than my laptop screen, so it is really nice.The only downsides I’ve seen so far are:1 – the speakers aren’t great…sound is weak, and so far, I haven’t been able to adjust it at all – however, it’s not a dealbreaker, as I can change the speakers to my laptop speakers.2 – It takes A LOT of power…I had a full powerbank, and it lasted only half the day…I’ll have to get a really long cord that can plug into a USB-C adapter…Eventually, I want to try it with my Switch…when I do, I’ll update this.

I needed a third monitor and it was a decent price. Pls note, It was not a plug in play type deal. Once I figured out that there was a file that I had to download and load on my computer, it works great. The screen is a nice size and clear. I would recommend this product

Needed a bit more real estate than my MacBook Pro monitor gave me for doing design work. It was easy to connect and worked pretty much right about of the box. Good quality visuals, but I really just use it to keep secondary screens available so I don’t have to minimize my main app to check client notes, or other related info. The only thing I would fault is the bulky cable which I hope to correct by just using a shorter one. Great value for money.

It is key to know what you want this for. I’m not a gamer so this review is only from perspective of someone who works on documents all day, logged into an office remotely. So I needed a portable 2nd monitor for when I travel with macbook M1 Air. Must have read 100 reviews and looked at dozens of youtube videos and ultimately concluded for my use case, I did not need 4K, too expensive and unnecessary; and I do not need high refresh rate, but i did want high nits (brightness). Have tested it out only for a short while and so far, subject to any update I will make to this review, here’s the good and the one not so terrible “knock”:THE GOOD:For my use case, the 60 hertz refresh rate is totally fine. No doubt not ideal for a gamer; if gaming is your need I would look for one that has higher refresh rate of course.The 1080P is wonderfully sharp – seems like it’s better resolution than 1080P but probably just because the screen size is 15.6″ so pixel density is still good.It came with several seemingly very good quality cables and a simple charger plug. Charger plug is USB A so it’s not giving tremendous current but evidently it’s fine. It also came with USB A to USB C cable for this charger plug to power the thing. It also came with a very nice USB C to USB C cable that plugs into one of the two (2) USB C ports (one under the other) on the left side and the other end plugs into USB C on Mac and it instantly just recognized the video stream and showed it, mirroring my Mac. Mac then lets you select to use it as an extended display. Both USB C ports on left side are labeled as USB C with a lightning bolt. I suspect this means both support the video stream and power into the device; I randomly picked one for the video connection and one for the power connection and it worked find; I suspect this means it doesn’t matter which. I read on-line in specs that these USB C ports were on different sides, and only one supported video; this one is configured a little differently and perhaps just slightly updated since they wrote out their specs. NOTE – the USB A charging plug got very warm and the metal of the USB A plug was HOT when I unplugged it – I’m thinking I’m going to plug it in for power to a USB C charger to USB C port on device and see if that gives it the power it needs without heating up; will see… maybe but don’t want to give it too much current and cause a problem; will think on that. UPDATE: have now used little anker usb c 20 watt charger plug with usb c to usb c for power and that worked fine and the metal usb plug at the charger did not get hot.I tested the two speakers on this monitor, having the Mac choose those speakers (all going through the one USB C cable) and the speakers are fine, just not as good as the speakers on the Mac (not really giving base but otherwise clear and sharp with OK volume). But who cares for this use case.It ALSO came with another seemingly very solid, not cheap, cable that has HDMI MINI on one side, and standard HDMI on the other. I have a USB C to HDMI (standard sized) adapter so I will try that out as well but haven’t yet. Left side of the device has the HDMI mini female port for this connection. UPDATE: have now tested the HDMI cable – works fine, zero issues.Over my enterprise level (CITRIX) connection there were zero issues with recognition of the second screen so, voila, remote working with 2 monitors (Mac screen and this second screen).The thing has a bit of heft/weight to it but not terrible; maybe a pound and a half in weight. Feels fairly solidly built, not cheap.Right side has a power on switch and a little “rocker” wheel like the old school volume controls on side of transistor radios; when the monitor came on, I turned the rocker wheel up and it increased brightness to highest level. To me that’s a nice direct mechanical capability to up the brightness without having to dig into settings. Naturally I put it to highest level of brightness. But, see below on this topic.UPDATE: have now also plugged it into iPad (Air 5th gen w/ usb c) and it also works perfectly both to mirror iPad or do center stage allowing a couple windows open on the extended display. Rather awesome.Finally it comes with a detachable thin case that wraps around it, covering screen when closed; and folded back using magnetic attachment to back of display, it stands at a couple different angles, similar to typical tablet covers that fold around, like on the iPad. Worked just fine.THE ONE SMALLER “KNOCK” AND A NIT:Brightness: OK so one of my hoped for criteria was high NITS; I’m not so young and wanted a bright screen. Mac M1 Air gives 400 nits; my older Mac used to give 500 nits I believe and to older eyes, BRIGHT display is really helpful. In all my reading of reviews nearly ALL of the lower cost 1080P monitors from companies with unfamiliar brand names said they did 250 nits of brightness but this one said 400. I figured, probably not true but on a black Friday sale at $79 I figured, how could I possibly really go wrong? Well, it came, and it seems pretty close to the Mac display on brightness – huge relief. Then looking at the paperwork that comes with it, it is acknowledged as only 250 cd/m2; and yet, to my surprise, it seems plenty bright and acceptable for my needs. I would NOT think it’s worth it to spend another $150 for a display that purports to give 4K as those are the ones that seem to promise more nits.OVERALL I say for the price point, for the sharpness, for the ease of set up, for the cables it comes with, for the ease of use, for the seemingly solid feel to it all, and for a buyer looking for a VERY affordable option for a second “travel” display to bring with a laptop – I find it difficult to believe ANYONE could knock this thing or say it is not well worth it and quite good. A real “gem” of a find on Amazon in my view. I will update this review over time if and as I learn more or have more to note or if anything I say above changes.

I was heading out of town for a few days and had to do some work while away. I ordered this portable monitor and it was great! Easy to setup, use, arrived quickly, and was packed well. Lightweight, reasonably priced, and a perfect answer for when I only have a laptop to use.

I bought this as an addition to my work laptop. This emulates having a second screen, but is portable and fits in my backpack while I’m traveling. I love that it connects with one cable for power and video. The only minor drawback would be the brightness does not get quite as bright as my computer screen, but overall for the price, the quality is fantastic.

So far this is a great gaming monitor at its specs category. Great HD 1080p quality gameplay at 240hz. I’m using an 8k HDMI cable as my laptop doesn’t support display port for some reason… The monitor does come with a distort port cable though. 32″ at 16:9 is perfect for cod bo6. Simple setup and simple features is nice because you don’t need to fiddle with settings all day. If you know how to set your computer display settings and I’m game settings you will be happy.I only have one odd gripe. Mirroring my laptop screen the text is somewhat soft maybe the right word. Maybe because it’s such a large screen even though my laptop is HD 1080p I thought it would be sharper. However video play as well as YouTube video play is extremely sharp and crisp the colors are perfect the same during gameplay it looks great. I just wonder why looking at my mirrored screen text on icons are a little soft. Other than that it’s a great monitor definitely worth the price.Some reviewers have mentioned the monitor is wobbly. I don’t get that at all mine is very solid. The only thing I can think of is maybe they switched the bolts around? Mine is very sturdy.I chose to get the 16:9 format as 21:9 isn’t supported by all games. All I really play is call of duty and Grand theft Auto so this is perfect. I don’t need 4K for call of duty that’s Overkill.One thing I’d like to mention some reviewers say the quality is not that great. Gaming monitors need to break in. They need to heat up for a while so all the colors can saturate themselves where they need to be. The monitor is in a box laying flat so everything is pushed against the screen during storage and packing and shipping. So turn it on for an hour and just let it sit even better just wait a few days of playing or watching movies and everything will sharpen up become brighter and more vibrant. This is with any gaming monitor or any computer monitor for that matter. I do not regret getting a 1080p I’m not watching movies so 4K is unnecessary for me. Plus the price on this for its size and clarity can’t be beat. I would definitely buy again if I could hook up three monitors to my computer.

I use this monitor for productivity and streaming/conferencing. Moving from a 32″ QHD to this has meant the standard text size is a little smaller. However, being able to have 3 windows open side-by-side is extremely useful for some of my weekly tasks. For productivity apps, the display is very sharp.I am not a gamer, so I cannot comment on the gaming performance.Initially, I connected to this via a USB DisplayPort cable. I assumed the quality on the DisplayPort connection would be better than HDMI. However, with my DisplayPort/USB connection, the monitor would not properly sleep. So I switched to HDMI, it sleeps just fine. If the image/text quality is worse, it is hardly perceptible to me.The curvature of the monitor is just right when I am working about 30″ away.The rear LEDs don’t do much and can be deactivated.There is just one negative to report, and it’s not quite worth docking a star: blue light emitted from the menu controller while the monitor is powered on. The menu controller is in the center of the monitor and it is surrounded by LED illuminated plastic. When powered on, this light glows blue. When the monitor is turned off, it glows red. You can set a sleep timer so it will turn off after 30 minutes with no signal. However, it does not then turn on again when signal resumes. Bottom line: if this monitor is in or near your bedroom, the blue light may be bothersome at night. You can work around it, but you’ll have to manually turn the monitor on when you power up your machine.

Great display, no issues at all. Don’t know why some people say it doesn’t fill the whole screen, but either they’re doing something wrong with their graphics settings in Windows, or their graphics card doesn’t support the 34″ resolution. It looks fantastic and the price when I bought it at $209 is unbeatable. I see it has suddenly jumped to $299 though. So hold out until it falls back down for the holidays. Though still well worth it at $299. Nothing negative to say. I’m tall, so it’s a little low for me if I keep my chair high like I like it, but I knew that. So I just bought a monitor raiser stand now that I have it and know what width to get. If you want to raise it but don’t want to mount it with VESA, get a riser stand that is at least 23″ wide and 9″ deep. With whatever height you want. The base is very wide in order to properly support the monitor.

Incredible blacks, and vivid colors. Purchased an Acer with almost identical specs this summer for nearly $100 more. (mainly went with it as it was a known and established brand) and this one is superior so far. Need to go back to my other desk and start changing settings to try to get it to look as good as this one.That model is now getting difficult to source so I searched alternatives. So pleased with this right now. Especially love the joystick settings button being in the middle bottom, as opposed to the right side as is with the Acer.Running DP cabling and locked in at 180 fps nearly all settings maxed in Overwatch 2.Love this thing, an absolute steal at this price.

I purchased this monitor years ago and used it for about a year before upgrading and putting this one in the garage in that time it was left to the dust the garage has been left open leaving it in the extreme cold and heat and the occasional moisture, recently i needed a spare monitor for work i pulled this guy out not expecting much out pixels maybe a broken port but no thing powered on and worked beautifully

This review is for the S2725QS (27″ 4K HDMI), which I’ve been watching for a while and was pleased to see it offered during Prime Day. I have been looking to upgrade the 24″ FHD monitor that has been doing dual duty as my secondary computer monitor and screen for my Xbox Series X. It ticks all the boxes that I have been looking for: 27″ (nice size for my desk), 4K, HDMI 2.1 so supports 120Hz, VRR, and built-in speakers for when I’m solo gaming and don’t want to wear headphones. HDR10 is a plus. My old 24″ monitor was also a Dell, so I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the screen. This one does not disappoint. It’s plenty bright, and I think I may still have to bump it down a bit. For a LED screen, its viewing angle is very good, although I don’t really view it off-center much at all. The picture so far has been amazing when playing games and action is very smooth. The colors are very vibrant, and I’m now able to see detail that wasn’t there before. The matte screen finish keeps reflections to a minimum, which is great, since there are windows behind me.The most surprising thing to me is the audio quality. I was expecting it to sound like cheap tinny speakers, but it’s actually pretty good. As another reviewer noted, you don’t have to set the volume very high at all. I keep mine at 3% as it allows me to hear pretty well without disturbing anyone else.The power supply is built in, so there isn’t a separate power brick to worry about, which makes for a nice clean install with only cords involved. It comes with a stand, which I didn’t use, since I have it mounted on a monitor arm via the VESA mount, which includes the screws. Mounting was a simple matter of loosening the top screws, removing the bottom screws, hanging the monitor via the top screws and tightening, and then installing the bottom screws. Easy peasy.As it turns out, there are actually three inputs on this monitor: 1 x DisplayPort and 2 x HDMI 2.1. I thought there was only one HDMI, but there’s a second one hidden away behind the left rear panel as viewed from the back. That was a nice surprise, although I don’t think I’ll ever need it. Still, it’s nice to have the option.The menu is easily navigated via the joystick/button on the back. You can dial in the colors as you like by adjusting the Gain and Offset (RGB) and Hue and Saturation (RGBCMY). For my purposes, the preset options are just fine. You can also tune the audio with the 5-band Custom setting (Bass/Low Mid/Mid/High Mid/High) if the presets don’t work for you.Physically, the monitor has a thin bezel with ~1/4″ around the entire screen from the viewable picture to the outside of the chassis itself. All of the inputs are nicely arranged in back with the cables plugging in from below with the exception of HDMI2, which plugs in from the side, but it’s hidden behind a panel. It comes with both an AC power cable and an HDMI 2.1 cable, so the only cable you need is a DisplayPort cable if that’s the port you’re going to use.Overall, I’m very pleased with this monitor, and the only disappointment is that there aren’t any more available right now, because I’m now wanting to replace my primary computer monitor so it matches!

Impressive quality at this price. I’m using it as the primary screen for my MacBook Pro M5 and while the colors aren’t 100% to my MacBook, it’s decent. There are different color profiles, and I’m sure ways to calibrate which I’ve yet to explore. It comes with an HDMI to HDMI cable that allows 120hz refresh rate with my MacBook, increasing the compatibility with any MacBook that supports HDMI 2. It even supports adaptive refresh from 48-120hz with this connectivity and response time is great, too.As a few other reviewers mentioned, the Dell monitor control software doesn’t work with MacOS but there are third party apps that allow controlling the brightness and other features. The speakers are surprisingly nice for the price of this monitor and quite loud even at low volume (though I do have sensitive hearing.) The matte coating is nice and allows me to work glare free in my brightly lit space. It isn’t as matte as other options, but for the price you can’t beat it.Beautiful form factor that fits even on an IKEA Micke desk, the smallest one, without exceeding the width of the desk. I love that it’s a sort of gray white color base as this fits with the aesthetic of my room beautifully and looks more cohesive with my silver MacBook. It’s a really beautiful monitor.

I needed a hub monitor for office work (programming, spreadsheets etc) and this fits the bill perfectlyI much prefer having a single 4K monitor than trying to wrangle 2-3 HD monitors with arms and alignment and all that nonsense. This is way simpler and there’s no bezels in the middle of my view.A huge plus is the USB-C with Displayport. I connect just 1 cable from my laptop to the monitor and that’s it! Granted this monitor doesn’t have as many USB inputs as Dell’s more expensive Ultrasharp hubs, but this is half the price! If you need more ports then just buy a hub and plop it down next to this beast.The image quality and viewing angles are good. It’s not an IPS monitor, and I probably would not have purchased this to do graphical work. But for text-based work this is fantastic!Setup was super simple. The packaging and instructions and clear and simple. All you need to do is put together the base (two pieces and a thumbscrew, no tools!) then just insert the base into the monitor mount and you’re done! 60 second job.

Gosh, where to even begin? I’ve been using Dell Monitors for over a decade now – regardless of what brand PC system I was using. I’ve always found Dell monitors to be a cut above, given what you spend.Over the past week, one of the audio components that I had on a shelf directly above my previous Dell monitor, fell from the shelf, hit the table and bounced back into my Dell screen, smashing it – talk about a negative surprise. So I had to find a PC monitor quickly to replace it. Problem is that I needed a monitor whose height adjustment capabilities were a step above. So I called Dell, talked to a sales agent, who asked me what exactly I was looking for. I told him that my PC monitor needed to have substantial height (lowering and raising the monitor) capabilities.After researching a variety of PC monitors, he recommended that I try the Dell S2425HS monitor, which had a height adjustment capability of 5″-6″, which is phenomenal. You see, my monitor is sitting within a small nook space (height-wise), and I needed to have a monitor that would allow me to lower the screen substantially to fit into this space.So I thanked him and immediately ordered it on Amazon – and it arrived the very next day. When it arrived, I was gratified to see the same care and packing of the monitor that Dell had always provided. Assembly was quick, and I was then surprised to discover that there were two 5-watt speakers (I don’t know the actual size of the speakers) integrated inside the monitor.After connecting everything and subsequently doing a color calibration of this new S2425HS (I do lots of photography, and I need an accurate monitor to process digital photos), I was gratified to then witness a wonderful-looking screen. As an aside, I also am an audiophile that maintains a desktop, near-field audio system around my PC. The gear used includes names such as KEF, Adcom, NAD, SMSL, and more – all providing me with a glorious audio experience while working.And believe it or not, the biggest surprise for me – besides the excellent screen qualities of this new S2425HS – was the sound of these two 5 watt built-in speakers. In the settings menu on the monitor, you have the options to tune the sound of the integrated speakers for Movie, Music, Standard, Sports, and a few other modes. So I set mine to music, fully expecting these two little speakers to sound tinny and compressed due to their small size.But boy was I surprised. The speakers had a fuller-bodied sound with excellent separation and an almost holographic sound quality while listening to a variety of materials. It is a good 5 steps above the typical built-in tiny speakers you get with some other monitors. This came as a welcomed treat because I periodically like to give my audiophile amps and associated electronics a rest. In fact, I was watching a band perform on YouTube just a few minutes ago, and for a second, I thought I was listening through my KEF speakers. Of course, when the bass section was performing, I realized then that I was listening to the PC monitor speakers because let’s face it, those tiny speakers were limited with what they could do.So all in all, I am absolutely delighted with this quality-made Dell S2425HS monitor. It provides superb screen and picture qualities, and also gives you the bonus of including two small, yet highly competent speakers that provide excellent sound qualities, despite their small size.Highly recommended!

This review is for the S2725HS 27in model.This is a very nice, high value, well featured monitor. Very well thought out and designed, and certainly a complete package sort of item in its budget friendly segment.Aside from its clear and vibrant picture with good color accuracy and contrast ratio, its the extras here not found on many other monitors in this segment that set it apart. It features a fully adjustable stand that can be easily set for height, tilt, angle (swivel), and also rotate 180 degrees. It’s base is anti-slip, which adds even more stability to an already sturdy set up. Two HDMI ports mean you can seamlessly connect two devices to the monitor, which is very nice for the casual gamer such as myself. And its built in speakers are very good for what they are. The unit lacks USB ports, a headphone jack, and has no audio in/out features otherwise. But given the quality of the audio, the less demanding user won’t miss separate speaker options. The audio output quality is on par with popular, basic 2.0 computer speakers on the market today, if not quite as crisp. They’re simply a convenient alternative to have, whether you want a less cluttered set up, an alternative to your current external speakers, or need an additional audio source for a connected device. As for myself, it was the former and latter. I have a very small space to work with and added a game console to it. I wanted to upgrade my aging and average monitor to go with, and this monitor made it all plug and play, no additional hardware or wiring needed. Two HDMI ports for laptop and game console, acceptable built in speakers for said game console, and it was a wrap. Simple, space efficient, and easy. I like that.Nothing feels cheap or flimsy about this monitor, and its attractive and a bit stylish. It has nice cable management touches, and a fair enough range of adjustability concerning its set up and physical footprint. Considering its a standard FHD monitor with a 27in display, it also doesn’t lack clarity or sharpness concerning its 81ppi count. It is a good, colorful, and even vibrant panel in its segment with nice clarity and good viewing angles. If you are obsessed about perfectly sharp text and inspect it with the macro lens on your cellphone to verify it meets personal standards, don’t get this. Otherwise its more than fine for us regular folks. And the “Eye Comfort” rating is no joke or gimmick. It may sound silly but this monitor is almost relaxing to look at. It never bothers, strains the eyes, or fatigues. Easy to sit before and task with for hours at a time.Good value, quality build, stylish looks, acceptable built in audio, quality panel, and easy to live with. I could have done so much worse and am glad I didn’t. Very solid, budget friendly choice.

This monitor replaces another Acer monitor which gave up the ghost after a long life. I really like this monitor’s size and the graphics are really good.One item which may be of interest: the factory settings for the monitor were set way too bright for me. It is possible to dim it using the power button on the back of the monitor which doubles as a joystick to select options. With the monitor on, simply push the power button once which brings up the options, then tilt the power button one of four directions to select the option you want. There was no mention of this in any of the documentation which came with the monitor.
