  • Sturdy but cracked a bit – love & dislike some design aspects of it
    Update:I love these bottles and I’ve dropped them a few times or bumped them and they are just fine. I would a few small cracks here and there but it’s on the outside and not the inside and they are super small. Only thing is, the cap will sometimes unscrew and from my observation is due to temperature change. So just make sure to the cap completely off then screw it back on after heating the bottle before shaking it. Then no problem!I’ve done my research before I picked this bottle. Other reviews have shown that these might crack or break easily but I wanted to test that out myself.So far, there’s only been slivers of cracks on 1 out of 4 bottles that come in the box set. And that is highly likely due to the fact that I’ve dropped it multiple times while washing them because the soapy water is slippery. But there was one crack that I didn’t notice before that was there that I don’t think was caused by my error. So I’m unsure about that.As far as sterilizing them, they have no problems fitting or being sterilized in Papablic sterilizer (which I highly recommend; has much more room, simple to use, and less pricy than other sterilizers). They haven’t had an issue of being sterilized and dried and then crack due to temperature change. I just run the cycles and leave them in there until theyre done and they come out just fine.I chose this bottle because glass is always better than plastic, no matter if the product says BPA free. Plastic does affect human body hormones and reproductive system at times and with usuals and time I’m not willing to take the risk with plastic when my kid is this young.The other reason I chose this bottle is because of its nipple-shaped that actually resembles bipple and requires the baby to suck rather than letting it flow free into their mouth, which can then cause nipple confusion because it makes them think they don’t have to work for the milk. And the material of the nipple on the bottle is just a more soft and flexible than let’s say Dr. Browns which seems so hard and not fitting for their mouth to suck on. I mean really think about it, if you have to suck 24/7 all the time, wouldn’t you rather use something comfortable?Only issue I have had with this is 1 out of 4 bottles from the box had a strange dripping issue from the little hole in the side of the nipple. My husband noticed that while feeding our kid so just watch for that.And the cap for the bottle can be hard to get used to at first but they require you to squeeze then take off. They can be very snug at first so beware as you use them more often it’ll come off easier and you’ll get the hang of it.I’m planning to get flow 3 once my kid hit 3 months old or drinks faster from let down, whichever comes sooner. But I urge you to read this review thoroughly so you can hopefully buy the best bottle for your child.Overall the benefits outweighs the tiny inconveniences so definitely recommend!

    I have tried several bottles, including Dr. Brown, BIBS, Suavinex, and Avent, and settled down with Avent. Here is why.First of all, there is no leak even when the bottle sits on its side, which was the major problem with Dr. Brown’s. It was not fun to find milk stains on the bed sheets whenever it dropped on its side. Also, my baby experiences less regurgitation or vomiting, which is likely related to the flow of the nipple. While this can be a problem for some babies (I will talk about it later), I found that the right size of Avent nipple does provide the right amount of flow that does not overwhelm the baby and its GI tract. The shape of the bottle is ergonomic, making it easier to hold while feeding the baby. I am not sure of the weight of each bottle that I tried, but I found Avent felt lighter, which I think is due to the shape of the bottle that does not have to be grabbed tightly not to drop the bottle on the baby. Durability is another point that I like about Avent. While the thickness of other bottles was about the same, Avent does not chip or crack easily, while Dr. Brown’s bottle got chipped when it was dropped in the sink accidentally.Now it is time to talk about what I don’t like about Avent, or I should say to be cautious with the Avent nipple. When I first purchased 4 fl oz bottles, they came with flow 2 nipples. As a first-time mom, I didn’t know what the right flow for my baby should be, and my baby struggled too much to suck it all day long to finish a bottle. We were eventually sent to the ED by a pediatrician to figure out what the problem was (yeah, my husband and I were upset at the fact that we had to pay the hospital bill to figure out the reason). I would recommend buying a bottle with a flow 3 nipple or purchasing different flow nipples to find out which one works best for your baby.Overall, I am happy with Avent and hope it works well for you as well.

    Originally bought these to use as bottles but my baby didn’t like them. Instead, I now use them on my pumps to limit plastic use! They work great on both the spectrum and the baby Buddha.Also fits with the Eve flow nipples, if you’re looking for a nipple that passes the triangle test! Because the nipples that come with it DO NOT pass the triangle test.

    I really like these bottles. I find that they are easier to keep clean than the plastic ones. Plus I feel better about warming up milk in these since they’re not plastic so they won’t leach anything weird into the milk.As far as glass bottles go I feel like these are pretty reasonably priced and they work great. They’re also bigger than some other glass ones which I appreciate.I will say that I don’t use the nipples they come with because I didn’t want my baby having nipple confusion so we went with something shaped differently. So I can’t speak to how well the nipples flow or anything like that.So far we haven’t dropped them but I have hit them against the counter, sink, other bottles, etc and so far we haven’t had any break.

    When I first started out pumping and breastfeeding I had a really rough time. From wrong sized flanges, to my baby poorly latching and me not knowing how to safely unlatch them… the girls went through a lot. I was so sore that I would be wincing, lightly bleeding at times and in tears during pumping/feeding.     These were a total lifesaver for my sleepy, jaundiced newborn. The size 2 nipples that came with our bottles were too slow for him, and he was working way too hard just to get a little milk. With these, the flow is a bit faster but not too much, and after our pediatrician gave us the OK, we started using them at a week old. He finally stays awake long enough to finish a bottle.     Love these Avent bottles! It’s hard to find these nipples in the store (at least this size)! So thank you, Amazon, for saving the day!If you have never tried the scent bottles that fit these nipples… try them. This is the ONLY bottle that doesn’t leak at all, no matter what size of nipple you put on. Size 2, size 3, size 4, etc. doesn’t leak. The baby has to actually suck it out before it comes out. Comparing to the MAM or Dr. Brown bottles (because I only use those)… the MAM and Dr. Brown, even in the smallest size (that includes premie) with leak at least some. You can use a size 4 in the Avent bottles, and it will not leak. LOVE these bottles to at least start out every child!

El dispensador de jabón es una bendición porque con una mano presionas y sale la cantidad justa, sin ensuciar todo.     I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I did not have this when I traveled with my baby. I could not have brought the sterilizer with because that would have taken up a quarter of my luggage and there was just no way I was gonna do that. Instead, thank God I have this because it came so clutch when I washed my bottles and then be able to dry them on the little sticks it came with on a clean surface, which makes the drying time go faster!! One of the places we stayed at had cats so I’m thankful the bottles were able to dry without directly touching the counter.It’s an amazing product! Once my Munchkin brush dies, I will be switching to this for full time use as needed. I also have a bottle washer but sometimes it’s just nice to get the edges in there and have a compact travel one in case needed.Absolutely loved this and would 100% recommend!

    I love this travel kit. I bring it everywhere with me and my son is over a year old. We bought it before he turned one and we still use it even though he’s almost 1 1/2. we use it for his sippy cups, his snack cups, everything. It is so helpful for when you visit family members. we have flown down south with it and we have visited family an hour away with it. It doesn’t matter the distance, we bring it. The brushes are pretty good and come in different sizes so you can wash straws and anything you may need to. The straw brush did break on ours. It became disconnected from the ring. I think it was user error and I think we just let it get too wet without it drying properly.

    I recently just had my first baby. I have been a homebody and not going anywhere since having my little one. I have gone through so many bottles brushes it’s not even funny. This brush is definitely my favorite. It fits into Dr Brown bottles really well. The straw brush is perfect for the green parts of the bottles. The nipple cleaner, I personally don’t use that to clean the nipple I use it to clean my pump parts. It comes in so so handy! The only thing that I wish was different about this kit was the drying rack, I wish it was a bit bigger. I went on a bachelorette party a few weeks ago, there was another mom there and she had a really nice big portable dying rack. This is a great investment, especially for traveling. Don’t expect to be able to dry a whole on the drying rack though.

    Love that this is a flat compact as opposed to the round one I previously had. The only con to this one is if water is left behind when you put it away it’s going to sit on the brushes where the other one the water sits under it.

    Not ideal, but glad I have it. Doesn’t hold much on the branches. The bottom area is flat so not great for draining. If they had ridged the bottom to raise pieces up a bit I would have loved this. I don’t like the main bottle brush that comes in two pieces, it traps water inside handle. The other brushes are great though. My favorite piece in the soap dispenser. It holds a good amount, dispenses well and doesn’t leak. Over all it’s great to throw in bag/car for the occasional clean on the go but this would be my go to if I used often. I keep in my pump bag for times I’m out longer than expected.

  • Perfect for travel and comfort!
    If I ever have another child, I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. FTM, and with that comes zero experience for bf, of course. However, this made pumping on the go so easy! I loved the bags for each pump and the ease of cleaning. They weren’t as bulky as I’ve seen some, but of course they’re not tiny. They’re not too loud, and I’ve recommended them so many times to other moms! These were a great replacement for going out with, rather than taking my primary pump.
  • A little difficult to use but does the job otherwise
    Seems to be a very good pump and I think it empties me well. However, it is difficult to wash because the pump parts take up all the space in my klean pal bottle washer. It is also unstable if you wish to place it on flat surfaces while getting the other one it may roll over and spill.

    Easy to clean and easy to use! I wish the battery lasted longer. I use it about 3-4 times a day and notice it gets down to 1 bar by the end of the night. But it is pretty small, so I can understand why the battery doesn’t last long.

    I have breast fed and pumped for a total of 5 years and have been through many different pumps. Now 4th baby and bought this one. Should have bought this pump before. It doesn’t feel like it’s pulling your nipples.

    I’m rating this pump a 3 because when it works, it’s great. Also, because of great customer support.One of my breast pumps stopped working. I emailed the company and described the issue, provided all the details, and they graciously sent me a new one. I was really happy about that because, given the cost and the fact that only one working pump doubled my pumping time, getting a second working pump was such a relief. Until the working one from the original set stopped working too. I tried troubleshooting it by resetting it as advised, I read the user manual, trust me, I kept it away from water and made sure to wipe the washable parts dry before connecting in, I’ve tried different charging cords just in case, but it just stopped working. Now, I am down to just one working pump again out of the three. When it works, it’s good and I like the adjustable settings, the pause function, and how easy it is to wear. When it randomly stops working, it is frustrating.

  • Perfect nipples
    This worked perfectly for my baby. I’ve seen some reviews where some of the nipples didn’t have any holes. However, I have purchased 2 twice, 2 different flow sizes and I had no issues with item being defective. The design is as intended easy and literally matches perfectly to the Philip advent bottles. The speed of the nipple will depend on what you select. My baby is 3 months and will use size 1-2 without any chocking.

    Love these Avent bottles! It’s hard to find these nipples in the store (at least this size)! So thank you, Amazon, for saving the day!If you have never tried the scent bottles that fit these nipples… try them. This is the ONLY bottle that doesn’t leak at all, no matter what size of nipple you put on. Size 2, size 3, size 4, etc. doesn’t leak. The baby has to actually suck it out before it comes out. Comparing to the MAM or Dr. Brown bottles (because I only use those)… the MAM and Dr. Brown, even in the smallest size (that includes premie) with leak at least some. You can use a size 4 in the Avent bottles, and it will not leak. LOVE these bottles to at least start out every child!

    Size 3 is what I needed for my newborn even though size 2 is what comes with the bottles! I have a strong flow for breastfeeding, so changing between size 3 and breast hasn’t been a problem for us!

    Love these Zak cups! They are very durable, thick, hold alot of fluid, easy to drink out of and they are very easy to clean and are spill proof which is a plus! We love the Cookie Monster and Elmo design!
  • Great toddler cups
    These are great cups! They are leak proof and very easy to clean I put mine in the top part of my dishwasher after taking the lid and straw out and they put back together fast and easy. My son had this exact cup for about a year until I got him these ones since they are the same exact brand and cups that I like. They fit into any standard cup holder and my son is 1 and a half and he can hold it with one hand perfectly fine to drink out of it. The straw on the top of the cup is a soft silicone straw the colors and design on the outside haven’t faded even after being washed in the dishwasher countless times.

    These cups are great! They do not leak, they wash in the dishwasher well, and they come in several different designs and colors that my kids love. They are easy to take on the go and I know they’re not going to spill in my car. They also seem to hold a little more than other sippy cups, so I’m not refilling it all the time and it can last a long grocery trip.

    Love these cups for toddlers. There are only a few pieces and all are machine washable, an essential for parents! Leak proof and has held up really well. I like all the different design options – there is something for everyone. I will say the designs on the plastic cups seem to hold up better than on their metal cups.

    I love the design and how much the cup holds for toddler but i would say it is not leak proof it leaks all over the couch i only put water in it because of this… i got the bluey one before and didnt have any issues but unicorn ones leak unfortunately
  • Best straw cups
    We’ve tried a lot of straw cups. I read reviews and saw other parents recommended this brand. They work great for our 13 month old. The best part about these cups is that there’s 4 parts and it’s easy to clean and reassemble. They aren’t completely leak proof but they do a really good job at being close to it. Time will tell how they hold up but I’ve already repurchased these cups twice because of their functionality. The designs are very cute and I appreciate that the cup and straw is somewhat see through so I can see if my little one is actually drinking. Also, I did a drink test and the straw seems to not be too easy or too difficult to drink liquids through. I wish they had some measurements on the side but other than that 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend getting these.

And my son loves it too!It doesn’t spill, it’s soooo easy to clean and there are so many adorable designs that my son likes it.It’s pretty easy to drink with the straw and I also like how affordable it is!   • Harvest Print Approved, Bluey Not So Much
    As a first time mom I was flabbergasted at the fact toddler cups were $25-$30 per two, but I unfortunately loved the harvest print too much to totally care. I loved them so much I bought another set, but unfortunately the Bluey set leaks from around the rim of the lid and the spout itself.Pro’s: Ease of disassembling to clean, size of the straw to accommodate anything from water to a smoothie (I reach for these before I reach for my reusable *also expensive* silicone smoothie pouches), and size capacity. The 15oz is a generous size for the price if you stack it up against competitors typically being 8-12oz. They also are truly leak proof.Con’s: For the price, it is a bit frustrating that some cups leak badly. Our Harvest print would have minor pooling at the spout, but as mentioned before, the Bluey ones (photo inserted) leak badly.I would love for Zak to have some prints that aren’t affiliated with tv shows or stereotypical boy/girl things. Having both boys and girls makes gender-neutral products preferred so they can share. I’d love just some simple prints and basics. The bright, busy cartoon prints are fun to have as an option, but not all kids, especially under two, know about some of these shows or characters. As a minimalist myself I do just appreciate less busy prints. We’ll be able to use it for longer than our child knows about, likes, or cares about these characters when it’s kept simple.
