Ok, WOW. It took me a little bit from my original order to write this because I wanted to get some usage out of this.I live in an apartment which is older and doesn’t have a dishwasher, but I was sick of doing dishes by hand. I thought to buy this and I needed to make some adjustments so that’s why it took me a long time.1. This dishwasher is NOT compatible with pull-out faucets. I had to learn the very hard way. Pull-out faucets are not equipped for high pressure situations. This is one of those situations. I had to buy SO many adapters just to make the dishwasher spout to fit and with those stacked up with eachother; water was spraying everywhere! Fast forward, I got great usage, but the dishes weren’t coming out clean and water eventually leaked out of the bottom of the sink all over the floor because the hose busted under pressure.2. I had to find a faucet compatible. I asked my pall ChatGPT to find one compatible. I did and once that was installed, the dishwasher worked PERFECTLY. The dishes were HOT and clean.3. As you can see by my pictures, you need counter space or it installed under the sink. You really should take the specs and measure your space before buying. That said, the height and width are perfect for where I have it.4. I chose the color white to match my other appliances and to stand out from my dark cabinets. Though, if silver was an option, I would have bought that.5. You can fit larger dishes than what is recommended, but you have to tilt them and make it fit.6. You can put extremely dirty and caked food on the dishes in there and they’d come clean, but I rinse them before to keep the longevity of the machine.7. You have to play around with the functions and choose the drying function on top of your cleaning function, which adds like 15 minutes. If you don’t, the dishes are wet. If so, leave the door cracked open when it’s done to dry them, but I wouldn’t recommend because you get water stains then. I put a stone mat on top that can absorb water if I don’t want to wait and I have a dish rack on the other side that I use to drain water if needed.8. Yes, it cleans pots and pans great.Overall, I LOVE this. I feel like I never have to do a dish again, but I have to if I use a big pot that won’t fit. There’s two house chores that I hate. I hate folding laundry and I hate doing dishes…You will not be disappointed in this machine. Promise. Just have the compatible things and learn the functions and you’re set. Thanks for reading.

We’ve been wanting to get a dishwasher for some time to help with the hassle of washing dishes. We didn’t want to get a big dishwasher due to our kitchen being so small and there would be no space to put it anywhere. So, after some research and digging, this is the one we decided to buy. This has been worth every single penny and has helped me not have so much back pain from hand washing dishes. The only thing that gets hand washed now is the pots/pans and anything too big to fit in it.The size of this fit very well by our sink. We were worried it would be too long for the counter, but it was the right size for that space. As for the space to hold dishes, it fits a good bit. We’ve put multiple bowls, plates, cups, etc. in it and they come out very clean. There has only been a couple of times where 1-2 of our dishes that still had some residue, but a quick hand wash gets it.I would recommend when the drying cycle is complete, open the door a bit to let out the remaining heat. That way the dishes can cool off and you won’t burn your hands.The noise level on this isn’t really loud. When it’s first booed up, it a little bit, but that’s if you’re right there in the kitchen. Once it starts the washing cycle, it is quiet and only can hear the water splashing around. Even the alarm is kind of quiet, but we can still hear it in another room to know that it’s finished.Side note: Do clean your dishwasher every month! This helps it working longer and not smelling sour. Clean out the filter first, then run a normal cycle with a dishwasher cleaner solution/tablet. And let the inside of the dishwasher dry out completely.

I almost want to be poetic about how much I love this thing already, but I don’t want to jinx it either. The house I am renting is very old (ie: had no modern amenities), and I hate hand washing dishes, passionately. I felt like I was just putting it off constantly and that they never truly felt “clean” without having a dishwasher. I have lived here for two years before I finally caved and bought this portable dishwasher.I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Install was relatively easy- the included supplies to hook up the washer fit everything like the way it was suppose to. My one and only “compliant”, if you can call it that, was that I did need some plumbers tape to make all the hook ups snug so they wouldn’t drip. Without the tape some dripping did occur but nothing extreme, and in my opinion some dripping is way less inconvenient than hand washing 10 + dishes. I will update later on how the included equipment holds up.The machine is very sturdy and on the heavier side. I had noticed several reviews had products that were dented and used- this was not my experience. I haven’t noticed a smell, just the detergent when the machine drains. For sound it is a little louder than an average built in dishwasher, but this is a non issue for me. I do rinse every dishes to get rid of large stuck on pieces- but this thing does blast off what I can’t. It is more than enough for just a single person, and I feel like I can cook again. I can feel how much cleaner the dishes feel after taking them out, it functions beyond my expectations. 10/10

Five star because having a counter top dishwasher is a win. This said, you may wanna consider the product knowing issues that might manifest.Pluses: spacious and medium noise but not an issue. Great price though more on why purchasing the added Asurion is a must so it’s $50 plus more than asking price.Compliment to kitchen devote. Top fill is a win as do not wanna connect to the vintage spigot.Issues: off the bat the top spinner doesn’t spin. It’s pressure activated and it could be my water pressure. But the other machine worked okay. So expectations on that working were lost. Most of the time the dial remained stationary. Dishes still got clean.Though the instructions said the machine should heat water. Never had hot water. I filled with hot tap water and this works fine.About six months in the 40 minute cycle stopped working. I switched to C3 aka 20 minute. This was adequate. Not sure why but the 40 minute began working again.All of this was manageable. I’m so happy to have a little machine. That even would wash produce if needed. Since I manage a donation garden with lots of produce this is a fun option if wanted.Bought May 2024, it is July 2025. Ed code blinks. The manual only show E1 E3 and E4. No worries. Do my due diligence. Attempted to write the seller. Pushed send. The note never manifested in my messages.Called Amazon. Explained details. They say call Asurion and file the claim. Easy peasy, except they gave me the wrong number that’s been disconnected. No worries, looked up the number.Screen shot the full order number from the machine and Asurion insurance order number. This is all they need. Two day wait for them do do their job.They couldn’t find a place to repair the item within a hundred miles. They are issuing a refund of the full price via gift card and I’m shopping for a dishwasher.Only down side, tariffs may have risen costs of some products but no matter. I’m happy to have bought the insurance and the process for claim submission is simple.Instead of tossing the machine. Cut the cord and convert it to a tiny green house. Thought about making it into a little library. But a top folding down door is a challenge unless the Little Library is lower to the ground.Moral of the story, buy a machine with the insurance.This isn’t my first counter top dishwasher rodeo. The first one I bought had a two year manufacturer warranty. I thought great. But when the machine wouldn’t drain after a year the warranty comprised of the seller having me take the machine apart and send them pictures and they’d send me the parts to fix it. No thank you. That machine is now a green house.Because the machines are made with a ventilation system it gets humid but air flows.Anyway, if you buy this gadget despite its nuances please include the Asurion plan.The only downside is having to purchase a new Asurion plan with a new machine. So the cost of the insurance is kinda like renting a machine. Though an under counter machine is an idea it is a space hog in this vintage property with a small kitchen. Under counter storage is prime real estate.I liked the machine except for the few nuances. So gonna look elsewhere for a top fill machine with simple settings. Hoping I find a fit that resembles this machine.

Whoever invented countertop dishwashers deserves a cookie and a crisp high five. 10/10 recommend getting one!We’re a family of 6 and do not own a “real” dishwasher. I was crashing out DAILY over the amount of dishes we had piling up and hated spending so much time washing them.1) this can fit a decent amount of dishes. Anything from tall cups, plates, silverware, baby bottles, etc.2) I do run it a few times a day (again, family of 6, and I hate washing dishes so I use it for everything that will fit). I really only handwash pots and pans these days! *Has not increased my water or electric bill really, so I’m stoked*3) I do run this on RAPID setting 99% of the time. I tried normal (which uses the heat dry setting) but I noticed it didn’t get the dishes completely dry, so it didn’t seem worth it. Rapid runs for 40 mins (normal is like.. 1.5 hours). Once rapid is done, I just dry the dishes on a drying rack so that I can load it up again with more dishes. Keeps things moving efficiently and quickly!4) my dishes get very clean in the washer, but I do recommend scrubbing them clear of debris before adding to the dishwasher. It’s a countertop dishwasher, not an industrial one from your local Chili’s, so let’s be realistic with what it can do lol5) no leaks (knock on wood) and no maintenance or parts issues so far. I did buy the warranty but haven’t used it yet.6) I am small in size, lazy, and a wimp, so top loading water was not for me. I had my husband set it up where we can get water from our sink directly and that’s been wonderful. Just be careful detaching it from the faucet; wait about 10 mins for the pressure to dissipate, otherwise you’re gonna be a unwilling participant of the splash zone. No rusting issues so far. *NOTE: I do air it out overnight so there is no mold or musty smell7) it’s super quiet, easy to use, quick, efficient… I’m a happy mama! (It’s also fun to watch. Yes, I am easily entertained)I have had this for 2 mos now, will update again in the future!

I wanted to write this review in a pros and cons format; however, the cons are due to user error…so I opted not to. Although, I will list my errors to help others. The set up for this little powerhouse/life changer, couldn’t be easier. We didn’t hard wire ours in and pipe it in, so I can’t speak on that, but pour in water until it chimes 3 times to alert you it’s full is easy enough (3 of the pitchers it comes with). The dishes come out clean, shiny, and bone dry! It’s a lot quieter than my husband slamming half clean silverware into an empty sink waiting to be rinsed. (I’m disabled and can’t stand up (like for a minute) for extended periods of time to wash dishes). I can fill this in a few trips to the kitchen a day and have it running in no time. My husband loves being off dish duty and I fill like I’m accomplishing something. The dishes are a lot more sanitized. I run a sink of hot soapy water at the beginning of the day so I can wash off any big pieces before putting things in the dishwasher. By the time I start the machine, I only have pots and pans left to contend with and I just make a fresh batch of water to finish up while the dishwasher is runner. Our cabinets come down too low for it to sit back all the way on the countertop, it overhangs by about an inch or less. I will likely purchase a mobile cart to place it on since it’s so versatile and portable. Our silverware is entirely too big handled to fit through the tiny little squares in the flatware holder. I understand the concept, but had to remove the lid (separator) to place our flatware in. I have it washed pretty well by the time it goes in the dishwasher, so I’m more concerned with the sanitization aspect than I am of it not getting clean. Each piece comes out shiny and perfect. At the end of the wash cycle, it will ding 3 times to let you know it has completed that cycle. Something I was doing wrong and had to call about. I was selecting dry as I did the programming, at the end of competition, it would stop 6, the DRY cycle was still lit, and the fan continued to run. This is where user error came in. By not holding the DRY button down for 3 seconds and waiting for the 3 dings, I was setting the 73-hour air circulation mode. The 6 just represented the machine had 6 modes. To stop the mode, I would just hold down the power button for 3 seconds to make it stop, but I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong, or if it was the dishwasher. Also, on the first fill, I splashed water everywhere (I was being a little overzealous) and forgot about it until the end when my husband about blew a gasket thinking the dishwasher had leaked everywhere. It had not. I was more careful on the second fill, and the surroundings were still dry at the end of the cycle. He was happy then. He also ran some quart Mason jars through the dishwasher to see how they would come out for canning. They looked brand new. It will take one step out of his canning process. It holds 6 jars at a time. You could probably work it around and fit more in, but it was our first run, and we just wanted to see how it would do. I can’t say enough good things about this dishwasher, as well as customer server. They were easy to reach, quick to answer, and quick to find an answer to my question. They put their phone number on everything, so I didn’t have to search tirelessly to find it. It can hold more dishes than I expected it to. I even tried a lightweight skillet and a saucepan together to see if they would fit, while that would be a waste of electricity and water for most, for my needs, there are times it’s a gift. They came out beautiful.

Bought this because our kitchen is very small and we’re so glad we did. Some complain about it not fitting under their cabinets very well. We just use a shorter cup to fill the water basin that does not get in the way of the cabinets. We have a farmhouse sink, so the faucet hose is flexible, we can run it up to the fill basin if we like. The hose that comes with it won’t connect to our sink faucet directly without finding a special type of adapter but that is because of our specialized farmhouse sink. Most people likely will not have this problem. It holds a lot, especially if you take the time to stack it well. Pots and pans don’t fit in it well, so we do those by hand but most things fit just fine. However, most dishwashers aren’t made to do pots and pans. We took the top off the silverware tray to get more in there and that works out well. We often interrupt the drying function to save time and electricity. We pull the drawer out to air dry instead. We will probably take the flexible shelf out of the top as well to fit more things in. It works very well, just like a regular dishwasher. A large bottle of Cascade Free & Clear Liquid Gel has lasted 2 months and it’s still over half full. To save more $$, we will buy the offf brand next time. Installation took maybe 10 minutes and most of that was getting it out of the box. It was packed well for shipping. It does not leak and has safety switches to shut off during run if someone, like a child (which is doubtful when it’s sitting on the counter) would open the door. I like the light to watch it and it lights up the kitchen but it only stays on a few minutes. I wish it had an option to stay on during the enitre cycle run. No big deal though. It’s saved countless hours of us washing by hand. The idea that we have it is a motivator to make sure our dishes are always clean and sink rarely full anymore. And yes we wash the dog bowls in there too. It runs very hot like a reg dishwasher so to us it’s fine. Obviously, if that grosses you out then don’t do it. It has an extra removeable basket that can be used to sterilize fruit or baby bottles, nipples etc. Since we don’t have babies, we just leave that part out. And it has not added more than a few cents a month to the utility bills. We sometimes run it twice a day. That depends on if we had people over or how much we have cooked obviously. With only 2 living in the house, once a day is fine most days. I think if you had up to 4 people in your house you’d be fine with this dishwasher. And if you have a small kitchen like ours, a countertop dishwasher might be your only option. But at least there is an option not to have to do manually. We are pleased with this purchase. We have had it a couple months now and really had a chance to use it a lot. If you are considering this, you won’t be wrong to get it.

so, I know people don’t like washing dishes. but believe me when I tell you it’s the bane of my existence. I work a lot of hours and also am on call 24/7 for my elderly mother who lives with me (and is extremely messy), so I don’t have a lot of time for chores, and washing dishes was really adding to my stress.finally I made the decision to have a dishwasher put in, did a ton of research, and bought this one.I am SO happy with it. I pat it when I walk by in the kitchen and it’s just quietly humming away. it works great, fits our amount of dishes with no problem, and is very quiet! If you have like a baking dish with food stuck on you do have to get that off before putting it in there (or just wash it by hand) but otherwise I’ve had zero issues and everything comes out perfect. I ADORE this machine.

After having a horrible experience with UPS (said address was wrong even though all other packages arrived from other shippers and also came in damaged). After contacting Amazon about the issue they had another one shipped out. It arrived on time and in perfect condition from a Amazon driver. Hopefully I will be able to avoid UPS in the future as Amazon’s drivers are way better with treating all packages with care.The product is great very high quality build and has plenty of room. It is not overly complicated and not too loud. Easy to clean and cleans dishes well.Installation was very easy but would be better if it came with a few parts (90 degree water hookup, waterline, and hose clamps)

I purchase this dishwasher for my 86 yr old father,and installed it , it only worked a couple times , Mideas service center is very difficult to work with , they are asking a senior to do videos/ take pictures of the dishwasher and email them to prove it does not work, instead of sending a repair man. Stay away from Midea products and Amazon, after all the run around the product is past the return date , mean while my father has no dishwasher.

This dishwasher is a real gem. It’s quiet and does a beautiful job of cleaning. just my husband and I so I run it twice a week. If we entertain, I will run it dice. Perfect for space saving kitchens.

This is an awesome dishwasher. Smaller than your normal size which works well in tight spaces. I would recommend it.

This mini-dishwasher is so much quieter than my last model. It can run while we sleep or watch a movie and you cannot hear it. I have had it for about 7 months and there have been no issues so far. I only use the eco cycle and find that it is sufficient for most loads.

Works well as it should. Very convenient and the right size per the space I had. There’s just enough room so you can’t really load up a full day’s load. Only what you really need to put in the machine. It does its job. So far it looks durable and right value for the money.

I’d love to give it 5 stars. Great little dishwasher for my RV(we live in it so this is nice to have) quiet and efficient. Easy install HOWEVER, came damaged. Box ripped all apart. Wasn’t sure I had all the parts at first. Caved in on the back. Dents, etc. we called customer service and got a run around. My husband pushed out the dent as best he could and installed it. Figured the next one would be just as bad. (No one cares anymore) It didn’t affect the usage but it was pretty heavily damaged in back and on sides. (Front somehow was ok) There were no straps holding box together so when I picked it up the whole top came off. Anyway, luckily it still worked but feel customers service could have been more helpful.

Starting with the cliche line of “I never leave reviews” because it is true. I do however go through them all when I make purchases so hopefully this helps someone else in making their decisions. The bottom line, we love this thing. It’s been in our home (at 37ft 5th wheel trailer) for exactly a week and has been run at least once a day, if not more. Our floor plan has the kitchen in the middle of the rig with an L shaped island and overhead cabinets. Counter space is a premium in RVs so dedicating something to take up that much space was a commitment. This unit fits the exact space that we had our dishrack anyway. It’s much taller obviously but it was often piled high with dishes anyway. We like to cook at home and go through a lot of dishes which means a lot of time handwashing. Even with its compact size, we have been able to stay ahead of the dishes with so much more ease and efficiency. Normal setting handled all types of dishes, including greasy ones. We do rinse well and are happy overall with the results. We are currently using Better Life Dishwasher Gel.Ours is set up 3 feet from our television and we are able to run it with no problem while watching tv. It is not loud or make any kind of racket. There are also no vibrations when running this machine. If you live in an RV, you know what I am talking about.We did not plumb this directly to the faucet because of the type of faucet we use. The onboard tank works very well and is great for when you are running on limited water. It uses a fraction of what normal handwashing does. If you dry camp, this is a plus! This also lets us maintain the use of the sink so we can continue to do things in the kitchen such as washing the larger items.This machine is one of the best items we have ever bought in our 8 years of living full-time in an RV. Neck and neck with the Instant Pot. Again, if you full time, you know.If anything changes over time and continued use, we will update this review.

After purchasing a Comfee portable dishwasher back in February and then having it completely malfunction on me June of this year, after a mere few months of use, I was ready for a new machine.Enter the Novete, which is bigger, way more slick, stylish, sleek and chic, and more importantly, leaves my dishes perfect. How I WISH this had been my first purchase so as to not have to deal with the Comfee which is full of problems.This machine on Heavy mode will leave your dishes spotless, and with the auto dry setting, it makes things so much more convenient. On lighter modes like Rapid or Normal, I’ve also gotten VERY good results. The machine holds a lot more than you think, but unlike a regular conventional washer, you have to play Tetris a bit sometimes in accommodating everything inside the unit, but I promise it’ll come out amazing.After using it as my replacement for the Comfee model, I couldn’t be happier and I LOVE the auto dry feature and how the unit just does everything right. Also, you DON’T need to hook it up to your faucet. PLEASE avail yourselves of the pitcher and loading water up top and you get the exact same cleaning power minus hooking up issues.VERY pleased thus far! :)Also, I’ve added some photos of my machine during different cycles to show just how much it can hold. Pictures of any portable washer show then as small boxy things barely able to fit anything inside. On one load, I was easily able to fit my Dutch oven, a pasta colander, all the cutlery used, dishes and other utensils used during cooking with room to spare on the left hand side, as you can see. This model really can hold a lot, especially if you get creative and fit things in nooks and crannies and I’ve never had something come out not washed well.

I was so skeptical of buying a countertop dishwasher, and only chose this because i watched a video and it fit my big plates. But when I tell you, this product is amazing. It takes longer for sure to do dishes, but I left a spatula out after making burgers for like a week on accident, crud was tarred all over it and it cleaned it instantly. It works with pods and regular liquid detergent. It’s silent, and honestly has been the best method for cleaning my dishes, absolute life saver. No error codes at all, just if I haven’t used it in a while I gotta shake it a bit before I fill it up. Hasn’t leaked at all, no rust. A real life saver, totally recommend

The media could not be loaded. Countertop portable dishwasherThis countertop dishwasher is absolutely amazing. It is just small enough to fit under on my counter under the upper cabinet, but yet lightweight enough that if I need to move it, I can easily do that. I use the express wash and the dishes come clean in 29 minutes. I either fill the water tank with the enclosed pitcher (since it cannot be attached to my kitchen faucet because I do not have a screw on adapter for my faucet) or I just pull out the hose from my faucet and fill it that way. The machine beeps when the water tank is full. I put in several very dirty plates and they came completely clean.It cannot be compared to my full size top-of-the-line dishwasher, but for its size and price it does a wonderful job cleaning my dishes. I use it when I have more dishes than can fit in my installed dishwasher.The light inside makes it easy to see what’s going on inside when the dishes are washing. It also automatically stops to dry them when the wash cycle is finished. That is one feature I wish I could shut off because I air dry all my dishes. The one thing I would definitely change is where the water fill is for the holding tank. It is in the center top of the back of the unit. This means you have to pull it out from under your cabinet every time you want to fill it. It should definitely have been on the front of the machine to make it easy to fill without having to move it ever.Overall, I am very pleased with this tiny countertop dishwasher.

After not having a dishwasher since owning this home my opinion might be a little biased, lol. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with this product. We had a little bit of a problem trying to get it to reach our 35-in countertop (I wish The manufacturer had done better with that aspect). It will not reach without having something underneath of it to lift it.Ultimately it works great and now saves us lots of time not having to hand wash dishes. That’s a great value for the money and it seems to be durable enough. It’s very easy to use and would definitely purchase again.

Love this little machine – it’s super quiet and does a great job with getting the dishes clean. Installation was a little tricky – getting it set at into the proper depth to align with the cabinets. The bottom, at the toe kick, is recessed about an inch back compared to the base cabinets, but honestly it’s not a big deal, and this could be remedied with a custom-thickness toe kick built-out to align with the cabinets. Also, at the depth that mine is set, to be flush with the countertop edge, it’s impossible to see the digital display to see how much time is left on the cycle, but also not a big deal – just listen for the beep that signals the cycle’s end. Overall, this is such a great, compact dishwasher for the price – it can’t be beat! It looks very sleek and modern. Very pleased after almost a year since installation.

Brand new unit LEAKS! – Sump pan fills up, E4 code comes on, drain motor runs without end.Spent a couple of hours repeating the process by sopping up the water in the sump and turning off the float switch that clears and triggers the E4 code and the problem keeps repeating.Honeywell: DO BETTER !!!Resolution was either to replace the unit (but leave me with the burden of having this piece of junk hauled away) or money back. I chose money back.Honeywell: DO BETTER !! How hard can it be to – oh I dunno…MAKE A DISHWASHER THAT DOES NOT LEAK??That would seem to be job one, no?Additional comment; operation of the controls is confusing and non-intuitive for grandma and other non-techie types

Dishwasher works well, but it comes without instructions to run it. Manual is vague and mostly focused on installing unit.I learned that you have to hold down the two delay buttons for 5 seconds while door is open, then close door to begin wash.One final warning… the stainless steel is like tinfoil, and any pressure against it will bend it. It’s fine once it’s installed, but be very careful while laying it down to attach plumbing and connecting electrical lines. I dented mine permanently.Take the electric cord off your old dishwasher to use on this new one.

I was skeptical buying this dishwasher it had mixed reviews. I have had it a couple of months now and it is great!! It is very well built I love that even the inside is stainless steel it runs very quiet and cleans the dishes very well. It does force you to use rinse aid which I don’t mind. It was also very easy to install I would highly recommend this dishwasher!

I was reluctant to order a dishwasher from Amazon due to the fact that i imagine it is a hassle to return a bulky item like that if it would be damaged in shipping. I am really glad that i did, the unit arrived in perfect condition, no dents or anything like that. So shipping, not a problem.Appearance and dimensions, the description and the pictures are accurate, it looks great in the kitchen.It cleans the dishes well, even when i did not rinse the dishes before loading the dishwasher, just to see how it will do.I have only just had it installed so i cannot comment on how well it will do long term, but so far i do recommend this dishwasher, due to its appearance and how well it cleans, not to mention the price, it was actually cheaper than most other 18 inch dishwashers, so if you are like me and are worried about ordering an appliance on Amazon, i tried it and it was a completely positive experience for me.

This is so quiet and really washes my dishes well. The installation instructions were missing when I purchased so hopefully they have corrected that. I gave it 5 stars because I do love it.I wish it was easier to load bowls though and it arrived damaged with a couple of dents but Amazon gave me a little off for thatOther than that it is perfect for me because I live in a small home and my kitchen and living room are one room. It doesn’t interfere at all with conversation or listening to TV.I am off grid solar and it is very efficient.

I live in a 120 year old home, no room for a built-in dishwasher or rolling portable. For 25 years I have been hand washing my dishes, let me tell you, I loooooove this machine!!! I choose to use the pitcher to fill the tank, I feel there would be less chance to leak. I bought this in July and now it’s October, I use it daily sometimes twice. I can cram a whole lot of items to wash at one time. It fits my large dinner plates, pot lids (they are so shiny now!!) I have a silicone mat in the picture, I added that after I fill the tray. I have no complaints. If anything happens in the future, I will update my review. I don’t think k you can go wrong with this purchase. Oh I haven’t tried the WiFi feature, I really don’t see a need for it in my situation.

Love it! This is a great quality, in my budget dishwasher. Is bigger than I thought but fits my space. Does a great job cleaning the dishes. Very easy to use and install. As you can see in the video I didn’t read the directions first lol. I used my faucet to fill. It’s perfect.

This is after daily use for over 3 months. Small footprint that works well in a small kitchen, holds more dishes and silverware than I expected, and gets the dishes cleaner than my old full size. Very easy to set up and clean. The only quibble is the cord could be a bit longer. I use an old IKEA plant waterer to fill, it’s easier to pour.

EXACTLY what I wanted. It does have app capabilities but I don’t really use it, though it is straightforward and the app does work. I have a very old home with uneven, limited counter space, so it doesn’t fit under my cabinets but I bought a bamboo 28×24 cutting board and it fits perfect. I’ve used this probably 25+ times since I got it and it is a dream. It does not fit larger pans, but handwashing 2 items is so much better than handwashing everything! Have saved on water and time. Leaves dishes clean with no water spots. Love the heated dry functionality as well as the extended dry that dries out the inside after use. I don’t have a way to hook up inlet water but the outlet hose drains directly into my sink. When filling up the top, I just use my sprayer and it beeps when it’s full, but it does come with a measurement pitcher. Highly recommend.

Things like this all look the same, so I thought buying the cheapest one would get me the same experience for less money. This is the worst version of that sort of thing they can make! The fill hole at the top is very splashy, and the rack meant to hold the dishes is very poorly organized in ways that make me wish it had the feature many other small dishwashers do, where you can fold some of the support structures away. The app is nearly worthless- all it’s good for is remote-starting your dishwasher, which is… Not a useful feature. The schedule/delay start feature doesn’t actually work, and other features presented inside the app itself don’t work with this machine.Beats having no dishwasher by a country mile though – I just think we can do better. It works, gets dishes clean, uses very little water, the whole 9 yards. I recommend dropping an extra 40-60 bucks

The first few times I used it I was afraid the suction cup might not hold so I did a quick cycle and it’s great. Dry dishes, no spots; I used Finish gel and a tiny bit of the drying stuff, Finish brand. It’s awesome!

2 days into owning this dishwasher, which incidentally arrived a full day early (!) and I am in love. I have not had a dishwasher for 3 years and I am so happy with this purchase. It took me a long time to pull the trigger, and I read review after review on every single dishwasher available before deciding on this one. I got the black glass door one.One thing that I noted was that the hermitlux dishwashers had far less negative reviews than other brands in the category I was looking (I needed a tank, couldn’t hook up to faucet). Thank you to all the prior reviewers of this and other countertop dishwashers, you really help me make my decision!Since I have had this dishwasher, I’ve run eight loads and it has been seamless. I purchased a $60 stainless steel rolling cart for it because I don’t have enough cabinet clearance, and I really didn’t want to give up my very small amount of counter space anyway. This gives me the added bonus of rolling the cart directly into my hallway to run my dishes instead of trying to navigate my very few kitchen electrical outlets. I have two window air conditioners running at all times and I do occasionally have breaker issues in my apartment so this doing dishes in the hallway thing is working out very well. I have a collapsible bucket on the bottom shelf of the cart to collect dishwater, so easy!Onto the dishwashing, I’ve had a couple of things which were already stained not get as unstained as I would like but they were already stained so this was not a surprise. Everything else is coming out spotless! And so shiny. Clearly, hand washing was not going as well for me as I thought! I am using Cascade gel because I really just did not want to deal with any more research this week. This may change later on down the road but I wanted to get my dishes washing. In my estimation, this dishwasher can hold about a third of a standard dishwasher load but it’s been awhile since I’ve had a standard dishwasher so I could be a little off on my math. The silverware situation annoyed me right out the gate so I popped the little lid off of the silverware container and haven’t used it at all, which has caused no issue. I see people less happy about that little flip down rack not holding anything but I put all of my cooking utensils up there, and I also put my yeti-style lids up there. I love that rack! I’ll probably learn more how to fit more dishes in there as time goes on but I’m highly impressed with how clean my plastic ware is getting, and it’s really nice to be confident that my dishes are sanitized. So far I have used quick wash, standard wash, and strong wash on some of my grungier dishes and all cycles performed really well. If I allow it to run through the dry cycle which I really have been a little too impatient for, it does dry well. Plastics will likely still have water on top but that’s that’s it’s something I dealt with on standard dishwashers.I’m single and still expect to be running this dishwasher daily because why not? It doesn’t take very much water and it will be one less thing for my ADHD brain to deal with. Clean sink for the win! Speaking of my ADHD brain, this thing is also nearly silent. I can occasionally hear water slashing but that’s about it. Even the notification beeps are very low volume.Since I am rolling the cart into the hallway to wash dishes, I pour three containers of water into the tank (I love the guide piece for it since I can’t be trusted to pour water slowly), then I fill the container about halfway in case I didn’t get enough in there and roll the whole thing down the hall. Twice I have not gotten enough water in there and the machine let me know so I was able to top it off with my container.I did purchase the extended warranty for 2 years because this was a big purchase for me, even though I do not normally buy extended protection.Tldr: This is a great machine!

Okay. So I intentionally waited a whole year before writing a review on this portable dishwasher. I did this to make sure that I was able to accurately assess durability over time, as well as effectiveness. SPOILER ALERT–it still works just as great now as it did on Day 1. In fact, I’m using it right now, as I write this review….Now I grew up during a time when parents would give their children something called “chores” to do. If you don’t know what “chores” are, you’re very lucky. Somehow, my daily chore was washing dishes. By hand. No dishwasher. I once asked my folks at the dinner table if we could get a dishwasher installed. What did I say that for?!? The reaction to my apparent blasphemy was immediate: My mom stopped, mid-chew, and gave me a look that could have turned Medusa herself into stone. My dad, seeing this, laughed out loud and answered [tongue-in-cheek] “Your mother and I already have 4 dishwashers–and we don’t need to plug y’all in! Now. Go do the dishes. I’m sure your brothers thank you for volunteering, don’t you boys…” That pretty-much settled the matter.Anyway, fast-forward about 30 years and I live in a rental apartment that-most unfortunately-did not come with a built-in dishwasher. To this day, hand-washing dishes is still my most hated house chore. So much so, that I would let dirty dishes sit in the sink for days at a time until there’s no more room in the sink. Then, instead of washing the dishes, I would just stop cooking and get take-out everyday. All, to avoid hand-washing dishes, as though the dirty dishes would suddenly disappear, or get up and wash themselves, or something.And then, one day, my whole life changed! I know that sounds a little hyperbolic, but that’s the only way I can describe what happened….I was browsing on Amazon [having totally abandoned that sink full of dishes, of course] and this wonderous invention appeared in my You-May-Also-Like thread. I was actually browsing for something completely unrelated, by the way. As soon as I saw it, my jaw fell to the floor. Phrases like “Why didn’t I know about this?” and “Where has this been all my life?” came to mind. A portable dishwasher–who knew!!! The company that makes this just got a little bit richer, because that day, I hit Add-To-Cart immediately.But I consider myself a savvy shopper, so I made sure to read the reviews, the good ones and the bad ones, before I took that proverbial leap-of-faith. When it was delivered and I unwrapped it, it had condensation inside. DO NOT PANIC about that; it’s supposed to come that way, as the manufacturer runs each machine through a full cycle for quality assurance just before shipping it out. I make a point to mention this, because some of the negative reviews were complaining about this, as though it were some kind of problem. In fact, the manufacturer has a video of this very process posted right here on Amazon. So, give it a watch.Now you can set it up to operate in one of two configurations. You can connect the dishwasher directly to your kitchen plumbing, or you can simply fill it with water manually by pouring water into it’s top opening. Personally, I do it manually, since I live in a rental and I don’t want to tamper with the plumbing, and I am definitely NOT a plumber, either. It uses only about 1.5 to 2 gallons of water for a complete load wash and rinse, as opposed to the nearly 10 gallons of water needed to hand-wash dishes in the sink. [Yes, I did compare water usage.] The dishwasher has several speed settings as well. I won’t go too deep into that; it’s in the user manual.But I will say this. I can confirm and attest that the dishwasher does also clean small pots and pans and skillets, as well as dishware and utensils. I mention this specifically, because I did not see anything about whether or not pots and pans and skillets could be cleaned. If it will fit inside the machine [even at an angle] the dishwasher will function.Then, I kinda went on a crazy cleaning blitz, and washed all sorts of things in there: All of those reusable plastic take-out containers I had accumulated; I took down the glass enclosure from the ceiling fan lights; the light bulb covers from the kitchen, bathroom, front and back porch; I even disassembled the chandelier and washed the glass pieces in this dishwasher. All came out bright and sparkly like brand new! Even the grease catchers from my electric stove burners came out clean!As for which type of soap to use, DO NOT use regular dish soap for hand-washing dishes, under any circumstances, as the resulting bubble-action will cause a malfunction. I cannot emphasize this more strongly [I learned this the hard way]. You MUST use dishwasher gel designed for use in dishwashers. I know that there are powders and even pods designed for dishwashers, but I have found out [from my year-long experience] that dishwasher gel is the most effective by far. So, think “Cascade” not “Dawn”.When in use, the dishwasher itself is totally silent. All you will hear is the gentle sloshing sound of the water as the dishes are being washed. Personally, the sloshing sound is quite soothing to me; I have actually fallen to sleep listening to it several times. Imagine the sound that water makes when you are slowly rowing a boat on a calm lake.OMG! I didn’t realize that I had written a book here; maybe it was the soothing sounds of my dishes now being washed for me that has allowed the words to come flowing!Well, my dishes are done.Oh, PS and by the way, It dries the dishes spotless, too!Enjoy!

This has changed my life for the better! I have struggled with the dishes my whole life. Which means I always have dirty dishes, a full sink and a whole spiral of excuses to self hate.I got the larger capacity washer for the 10.5 inch plates and it is amazing. I fit everything in here including cookware(except cookie sheets), just realize a spaghetti pot or a skillet will fill the wash basket pretty much up so you won’t be able to wash much else with it. I will run multiple loads if I need to but it will fit everything.The normal cycle takes 2 hours and 10 minutes at the end the door will pop open to vent and allow the dishes to dry perfectly your dishes come out cabinet ready. But I find that it is not necessary to use anything except the rapid cycle that takes 40 minutes. There is no dry function on the rapid cycle only a beep, but I towel dry my dishes and clean out the filter screen after every load and love it.I have mine sitting on a rubber drain mat next to the kitchen sink and its so close that its easier to fill the tank with the faucet sprayer than the faucet adapter (mine was missing so make sure you have it if you need it). The pitcher that comes with takes about 3 and a half times to fill and you need to pour slowly or the water will splash out of the included funnel. Here is a tip-I put the funnel inside a zip lock bag then cut a hole so the water will drain into the dishwasher, now there is a top to the funnel and I can use the sprayer without the water tidal waveing over the side.One thing about soap, this machine comes with a packet with some liquid and a couple of those pods, do not use either. This machine doesn’t produce the operating temperature to process a pod you must use powder. Also there is a cup for powder built-in the door, with a half full mark. I have found that your dishes will need to be rinsed off if you fill the soap powder cup past the half full mark it is simply to much. I keep an old table spoon in a zip lock bag of power for use and I only use a third of a table spoon for a perfect load. Dish powder is very efficient and pretty cheap I got a 3.5lb box of generic powder for $3 bucks and haven’t used half the box in the 5 months since I got this dish washer.People say even at 40 minutes I could wash way more dishes by hand faster than that machine. — That is true and also a bad comparison. 1) You will not be able to wash the dishes in water as hot as this unit so that means you will not be able to get your dishes as clean as this machine, so not the same. 2) this machine washes and rinses an entire load with the same amount of water that it would take you to wash a sauce pan, so not the same.If you are considering this and you can afford it I promise you will love it××1 year update××Just to let potential buyers know that I have used this dishwasher for a year and about 3 months now and it has performed flawlessly! I clean out the screen every 2 cycles and never have issues, also I just started the 3rd box of detergent. I get the cheapest generic soap powder so this is exceeding affordable to own and operate. I would make this purchase again happily.

All cycles use the same amount of water.CyclesThere are 5 cycles. 4 for washing dishes and a 5th for cleaning fruits and vegetables.C1 – 130 minutes. Pods work great with this cycle. The manual makes it very clear what can’t be washed. The rack folds up and down to allow differs loading puzzles to be solved. Standard stuff.DetergentI use pods that came with the unit. Finish pods are highly rated and work well. They can only be used with the long cycles. The 40 minute cycle needs liquid to work correctly. Either way pop into the door slot.Selecting your cycleTurn on power.The control panel is a bit small but still easy to view. Choose your cycle.Filling with waterAdd 6 liters of cold water. After 3 full pitchers, fill with a fourth until the until beeps loudly for 3 seconds. The water faucet light will also turn off when filled sufficiently. Alternatively, you can use the included hose to supply water directly from the tap.Starting the loadOnce you’ve loaded the dishes and detergent and selected your cycle, choose START or DELAY. You can delay the start by up to 24 hours. One press per hour.RunningIt’s very quiet. It runs at a max of 50dB according to my Apple Watch Noise Meter. The manual says 58dB. On C1 door auto opens with 15 minutes remaining. This is a cool down period. My apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher and I spent 10 years putting off washing dishes right away and letting my sink fill up way too often. This changed my habits and has made life so much easier! It’s easy to setup, it packs a powerful punch, and is perfect for what I need.It’s great at cleaning everything that I’ve put in it…and I fill it up nightly and sometimes twice a day. It’s pretty quiet, but the loudest part and the one that always takes me and my dog by surprise is when it drains into my sink. It shoots out powerful jets throughout the cycle and it takes a bit to get used to it.There are several cycles to choose from, but weirdly the “normal” cycle is the longest…taking almost 2:30 hours. I also use the extended dry feature bc just like regular dishwashers it lacks the ability to dry Tupperware lids. But if I need to run some dishes and don’t have 3 hours, the 45 minute quick cycle is great, just doesn’t dry like the regular cycle.Some things that are cons but still not a dealbreaker for me: the rack doesn’t allow you to adjust it, so it can be challenging to always fit bigger bowls, pots, and some pans. It also doesn’t allow for tall items. I have a 40oz hydroflask and it needs to really tilt in order to fit. Finally, it really needs Jet dry and you can tell when it’s low bc the items will spot for sure. I also use liquid detergent to make sure it dissolves with no issue and I can control how much for the quick cycle.Lastly, for the cost and its abilities…totally worth it! Highly recommend.

We so glad got this counter dishwasher, it’s a game changing no more handwashing, it’s fit perfectly under my cabinet, we purchase this one for our rv. And for the basement room. We actually have trouble connecting it we end up bought new faucet that fit the hose connector.It’s fit easily 4 medium bowls, few dishes, chopsticks and utensils. It’s have rack for wine glasses which is plus, the drying it’s awesome. This perfect for older couple I do recommended.The dish washer counter top it’s heavy, good quality, I just wish if the racks are adjustable so it’s can fit other pan n pot.Thinking getting one more for my parents house they use less dishes which is good for the amount dishes go in the washer.

This dishwasher has cleaned my dishes effectively. It’s reasonably quiet and exceeded my expectations. I do wish that there was some slight modification to the tray inside it. I think it might’ve been designed a little bit better but it’s a minor thing. Some of my dishes have come out much cleaner because of the temperature on the strength of the detergent. The connection to the faucet is easy, although I wish it had a slightly different design overall, Irecommend this product.

This product is absolute trash. This is the second one I’ve ordered with two different product names the exact same model thought maybe they had fixed the issues but no, it’ll flash E4 and spit water all over your kitchen.

It won’t take up too much space in the kitchen and has a capacity suitable for 3-5 people. However, if it’s inconvenient to connect to a faucet, I suggest choosing the type with a built-in water tank that can add extra water for washing And this dishwasher can only be directly connected to the faucet, but the advantage of connecting to the faucet is that it can directly turn on hot water for washing during use, making it easier to clean oil stains and cleaner The disadvantage is that when you connect the faucet for use, your faucet can only supply the dishwasher and cannot be used separately Anyway, it’s still highly recommended.

Received dishwasher and still have not been able to use it. Little disappointed adapter doesn’t fit my faucet and can not find one at local hardware stores. So, dishwasher is sitting on my table until a plumber comes today to look at it. Would have been nice for the price if multiple adapter with it now I may have to buy a new faucet.
