    I’ve had my AirPods 2 for a while now, and I honestly use them every day. The sound quality is really good — clear for music, podcasts, and phone calls. I love how easy they are to connect to my iPhone; I just open the case and they’re ready to go.The charging case is super convenient too. It keeps them charged up all day, and I hardly ever run out of battery. They fit comfortably in my ears and don’t fall out easily, even when I’m walking or cleaning around the house.They don’t block out a ton of outside noise, but that doesn’t bother me since I like being able to hear what’s going on around me.Overall, these are definitely worth it

    I bought two sets, one for each of the kids. My some doesn’t like to wear them, although he likes truth sounds, fit, ease of use, and quality. My daughter loves them for all the same reasons. She had no problem pairing them with her phone and wears them to shut out her brother so she can hear what she wants to hear. She carrie’s them with her almost all the time.

    The media could not be loaded. Um… this doesn’t feel ok to me. I explicitly purchased “refurbished- excellent condition” and received this.I’m nervous to try it because what even is this??? If no manual, no box, no MFI-certified charger, how is this product “excellent”? Not to mention but the box says “renewed”… I mean, tell me that when I click on the item listed on the store. Don’t tell me it’s refurbished.Not to mention, the short, 3 inch charging cable???? What is this Amazon? Seriously?? If I wanted CHEAP I would’ve purchased the CHEAP version.I happen to love the second gen AirPods. They fit my ears perfectly and don’t fall out. Believe me, and Amazon can check my purchase history, I shelled out HUNDREDS of dollars trying to find my perfect headphones. But this? This is not ok.After opening the package, there are scratches that look like a dog got into it. The whole front of the charging case is scuffed like it slide on the ground from running from the dogs. Then I opened them. Oh Lord Have Mercy on Me!The inside of the case was NASTY! I picked up each ear bud and each ear bud must’ve been in a dogs mouth. The scratches are not from “oops” or “I dropped it”. They are TEETH MARKS.Tell Me Amazon. How is the “excellent” condition?Oooo I’m so raging mad right now.Durability? Clearly they are durable! Someone must’ve stole them and returned these for a full refund!Wireless connectivity? when they paired, they said “AirPods #7”.Ease of use? Fine. I love this specific model.Overall, I am so disappointed. I will be asking for a replacement because this isn’t “excellent”. This is “good” at best. And I paid for “excellent”.

    Not AI real buyer. I selected the Excellent Refurbished option and was extremely surprised by how clean they were. Of course I cleaned them more but after popping them in, they worked flawlessly . I opened to case up to inspect them and I automatically popped up on my phone. Legit genuine Apple. I was so skeptical because I read reviews about how theirs were gross and sounded bad. Mine barely had any scratches on them. Dickies into the settings and saw the warranty ran out in 2020 so these may be from 2019 and they’re still in great condition!! Guess I got lucky!

    I have small ear openings so it’s really hard for me to find wireless earbuds. I thought I’d try this generation because it has the same shape as the wire ones and those fit me fine. But unfortunately, these did not work out for me because they just kept falling out of my ears, so I had to return them. The product came in good condition, they looked brand new, and when I did wear them, I had absolutely no issues with sound or battery. These were in great condition.

  • SAME IF NOT BETTER FOR CHEAPER
    I didn’t want to spend crazy money on buying some new AirPods that I so desperately needed, so I turned to Amazon and some renewed/remastered ones instead, and honestly, I truly don’t regret my decision. They are the same as if I had bought some new Apple ones. The design is the same, the use is the same (music, shows, etc..), the sound quality is identical and perfect for daily use. They fit like a glove in my ear, they are truly portable and perfect.

    Let’s start the list with what WASNT wrong with this order- it’s MUCH shorter. The AirPods arrived when it said they would. That’s it. That’s the list. Now, on to why I rated these one star and wish I could rate them as lower.They came to me in a small cardboard box that was unmarked. Fine, I get it they were refurbished. But not even a little bit of bubble wrap to keep them broom banging around the entire time they were in transit? I work for fed ex I know how stuff gets knocked around. Came with a charger cord which is cool except it was a usb-c and I ordered a pair of lightning port AirPods sooooo yeah.The sound quality was what you would expect if you took a tin can, tied a string to it and had someone scream into it from another tin can tied to the other end of the string. I tried to have a conversation with my husband and he could register approximately one out of every 4 words I said. When he spoke, it sounded like he had a mouthful of dry crackers. So the sound quality was trash.None of the controls on the pods worked. Volume? Nope. One push mute? Also nope. I went into the app to make sure *I* wasn’t the problem and also nope. So that was a fail.The battery also was terrible. Two hours max per pod. This is my third set of pods (I’m on my phone A LOT) and I’ve never seen battery deplete so quickly. Not only that but there was NO WARNING before they just died. Normally you get two heads up warnings that your battery is depleting. Not so with this pair. After 2 hours of use just BOOM dead. So mid conversation I had to scramble to remember where I had left my phone or while I was at work I had to stop what I was doing to change out the pod. Just a mess all around.I had gotten a refurb phone so I thought this would be a great way to save a little bit of cash while also cutting down on electronics waste but this was just trash from one end to the other.And let’s not forget the return procedure. It used to be a simple act of taking them to one of the return places in my area. Drop them off, get my money back. Simple. Now, I have to box them up, print a label and BE HOME for UPS to come get them. What a headache, since as I said I work for fed ex M-F. I’m heading to Best Buy to get a new pair of these and give myself a break from this whole trashy experience.

    Great Product!! Took half a week but came on time. Packaging felt and look like I gotta it from Apple it’s self. Came with charger and the AirPods. Sounds very nice and clear, beautiful noise cancellation. But doesn’t give option to tap to pause music but it’s fine to me. I’m satisfied with this purchase!

    My AirPods have been pretty banged up over the past few years. The left headphone has internal damage so there’s always an annoying screeching sound so I really only used that one when the right one died. Well, the other day the right one was damaged so it pretty much rendered both AirPods useless.I decided to purchase these since they were within my budget last minute and they work great! No issues whatsoever. If I ever need to replace them I will repurchase from here.

    Dear Amazon Customer Service,I am writing to report a significant issue with a recent order for Apple AirPods ProThe Product is Faulty:• The right AirPod does not work at all. After a full charge and a successful connection, no sound comes out. The device repeatedly prompts to “Make sure both AirPods are in ear” for the right side, despite it being correctly positioned.• The left AirPod and the charging case had extreme difficulty connecting initially, taking several hours and multiple attempts. Furthermore, the unit keeps randomly disconnecting entirely.• I have previously purchased this exact item without any issues, but this specific unit is clearly defective.Shipping and Delivery Issues• The order was delayed by two days past the initial estimated delivery date.• The item was not shipped on time, and I only received shipping and tracking information after I contacted Amazon myself to inquire about the status. I was informed the system hadn’t flagged the delay.I paid a premium price for a working product and was also promised timely delivery, neither of which I received.I am requesting either a full refund or an immediate replacement of the faulty AirPods.oh and before I forget the photo of the QR code says it’s a warranty for 1yr but it’s for some kind of camera which I didn’t purchase a camera it was AirPods so how could I sign up for it when I don’t have the camera make that make sense..????it made me pick a star which this product is not worth the highlighted orange ink

I returned for a second pair and in a few hours of receiving them they too had an ear piece stop working along with disconnecting from Bluetooth. Poor quality on both sets, I returned and requested a refund.

    Ok im amazed by these earbuds. The sounds quality is amazing. It has surround sound that is so crisp. They fit well into my ear and I’ve called several people on them and they all say they can hear me very clear!! My husband has had his for 2 years and no issues and always telling people how great they are so I decided to buy some. Mine are refurbished and excellent condition and affordable!

    If you just want something that works with Amazon Music on your phone then this will work. It’s refurbished so it’s just okay and it won’t compare to a brand new SGBP2. Sound quality is decent (kinda like the first edition) but for some reason,I can’t adjust volume by tapping the buds which I could do with my other SGBP2 I got from Samsung Store. Also,I didn’t get extra earbuds for other sizes but it’s a good thing that the one that came with it was perfect fit. So yeah,we’re just getting our money’s worth.

    Bought on 02/15/25 at about 11:55pm and it came fast…it was here by 02/16/25 between 8-10am.I’m coming from using the “Samsung Galaxy Buds+” and “Samsung Galaxy Buds2” which i have had for 5 and 4yrs+ respectively. I love to stick with things and i love comfort and i don’t like the unpredictability of new things.My Samsung Buds2 tip got spoiled plus it’s no longer as loud, while working out last week, the left side of my Buds+ went out. I did everything i could and even called Samsung to no avail. I have small ears and so i really loved my previous buds. I was really apprehensive towards these ones being that they don’t look as compact as the last ones I own. When i got them, they did not have the original box, so i was even more apprehensive and thought to myself I will surely be returning this. BUT, upon opening it, it was clean and no visible damage or anything.So far, the sound quality blew my mind immediately i put it on, I got chills. Also, upon taking a picture of it on my S24+ to leave this review, it automatically gave me option to pair(interesting). I hadn’t had it on for long before the battery ran out but i can’t comment on this because i do not know if it was fully charge(update later on this).The fit is also something I’ll have to get used to as my ears are small(I loved the fit of the Buds+ better). It also has some settings that are not available on the other sets i have such as-“Voice Detect”(reduces volume if it detects your voice incase you are having a conversation while listening so you don’t have to take them off)-“Head tracking”(adjusts volume according to how you turn your head)-Neck Stretch reminders(incase you bend your head too much looking at your screen).Now i waiting a few days to post this review( 03/02/25). I’d have to say although i really love the sound quality, but i have to constantly adjust it in my ears alot more than i did my last two especially when i go jogging/running. Literally every few seconds. Annoying…but I don’t think I’ll return it because i don’t have a better audio option for the price point at this time. Also, it doesn’t have the volume touch controls like the previous ones.07/06/25: Update.This is a long overdue update. Now i get why it was on refurbished sale. The earbuds are horrible for calls which are very important for me. No one can here me on the phone if i use them which is pretty annoying since it was one of the most important reasons i bought them.

    I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they’re gone. So I got these.Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I’m probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It’s not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn’t get a perfect grip. Broken ears.)I will admit I haven’t tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven’t at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn’t know I wasn’t using my phone and they sounded normal to me.I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don’t think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier.I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it’s simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing.I can’t give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don’t use them a lot because I’m disabled so I don’t go out much, and I’ve never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that’s not bad at least.

    Does not have ambient noise for only one bud in, which is a bummer as that was my favorite feature in my Beats and a previous version of buds owned (and lost ;-;) but they seem to work fine. Can’t complain about that. Surprisingly good condition for used earbuds!

  • I’m very pleased overall, but ANC only so-so.
    Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this product because my ears get fatigued from AirPods (Pro) sometimes but I want to still listen to my audiobooks. I also wanted something for airplane trips. Sleeping with earbuds on the plane is painful and then I’ve had one or both fall out and roll under my seat or way back under someone else’s seat, which is really gross. Even though they are a bit heavy, they are very comfortable. I have small ears, so these fit really well—right inside with no pressure on the cartilage. If you have big ears or a big head, I don’t know. It might be worth a try anyway.I love being able to control the volume on the device, unlike my AirPods where you have to pull out the phone to control the volume. I have a few cons though. I can’t really wear these outside or for intense workouts because if I get sweaty, they slide around on my ears. My son would wear these while mowing the lawn and I thought I could too, but it didn’t work well. I got sweaty and they slid around and broke the audio seal, letting in a lot of background noise. And they don’t have the noise cancelling capability that AirPods do. When I mow with the AirPods, I only hear a little background noise. With these headphones I still hear a lot of background noise. Same thing goes for using the vacuum cleaner and even at the car wash. With AirPods, I hear nothing. With these, I have to turn the volume way up to drown out the background noise. This concerns me for flights because I want everything tuned out except my audiobook or maybe a movie. But the Bluetooth range is awesome!! With my AirPods, the phone has to be in fairly close proximity or it will lose connectivity. With these headphones I can go way down the street away from my phone and they will still be connected! I will have my phone plugged in inside the basement and go all the way out to the mailbox or to the neighbor’s house and still be connected. It’s like a dream! I can go places around my home and property with these headphones I couldn’t go before (with the phone left inside somewhere). They also are comparable to AirPods in regards to phone calls, Google meet, or FaceTime. I haven’t worn them long enough to determine battery life. My hope is they will last on a cross country or international flight with constant use. AirPods definitely don’t. So these headphones have not replaced my AirPods, but I certainly prefer them in certain situations over others. I’m happy I bought them!

    I used to always buy Bose, but this is my first time buying beats by Dre and I am seriously impressed. I think these definitely rival Bose. Nice bass, treble and midtones; the noise cancellation could cancel a lot more of outside noise for me for when I’m on trains or airplanes, but 85% noise cancellation is not bad either. Very comfortable, but if you wear these for gym use they will slide off your head when laying on your back. Portability is great as they fold up easily, and battery life is incredible; I can get through an 8 hour work day, with a hour commute (round trip) and still have at least 30% battery life life, if not more.

  • Uncomfortable, poorly-made garbage.
    Everyone warned me not to buy Beats headphones: I was told they’re badly made, they’re uncomfortable, the sound quality isn’t great for the price, and so on. But my friend had a pair, and I thought they looked great and felt great, and I had no issues with the sound, so I bought a pair. It was a big mistake.After wearing them for a few hours, the top of my head started to hurt terribly, and I had to take them off. After a few weeks of wearing them each day, I had a permanent bruise-like feeling on the top of my head. Eventually I did some research, and bought a padded protector to wrap around the top. It didn’t solve the problem entirely (they were still too tight around the ears), but it made them wearable. Unfortunately, my nice looking headphones now looked ridiculous.And then, today, about one month out of the one-year warranty, the band just snaps. I had put no special pressure on them; I wasn’t rough in the least. I handled them as I’d always handled them. I looked closely at the place where it snapped, and I see that, even though the internal band is made of metal, the place where the band meets the actual earpiece (where the hinge is) is just a couple of millimeters of plastic. So of course it broke: a piece of plastic being stretched on a daily basis isn’t going to last very long.So, basically, you’re paying $200 for uncomfortable headphones that can’t withstand a year of daily use. They sound fine, they connect fine, they look good, but they hurt to wear and they’ll be fit for the trash can within a year.

    I did not care for these AirPods—they haven’t been great, and I’ve had issues from day one. I was told to take them to Apple for resolution, but that got me nowhere. The box even arrived with water damage. At first, I didn’t notice any problems, but after using them daily for six months, issues started.My noise-canceling feature is always on and I can’t turn it off for some reason. The AirPods also randomly make loud noises, which is super frustrating. On top of that, sometimes my phone is in my pocket, and it acts like I’m too far away, disconnecting unexpectedly.I would never buy AirPods from Amazon again—I’d go straight to Apple.

    I bought these because of the external sound amplification feature,, in lieu of hearing aids. I put my audiogram into the Health app and they’re supposed to use it to tune amplification. They work AMAZINGLY well for that.They make music sound good too, although I have another pair of earbuds that I like better for music.But they don’t stay in my ears! No matter which size of tips I use they fall out within a few minutes even if I’m not moving my head. I’ve been trying after-market gadgets to help them stay in, but so far no luck.The battery life is only five hours or so when I use them with the sound amplification feature. The charging case is supposed to work with an Apple Watch charger, but it doesn’t work reliably…worse, sometimes it PRETENDS to charge (it sticks to the charger and the charging light comes on) but then continues draining the battery. I have to plug in the lightning cable to charge them. Not a big deal but it was annoying until I figured out what was happening.

    I am someone who likes to have a set of headphones for just when I travel and these get the job done well. These headphones have noise canceling to mitigate the noise of the aircraft, they have the ability to connect Bluetooth or via aux cord so if you end up getting one of the old aircrafts that don’t support Bluetooth on the IFE screen you have that option as well. Battery life is very good, you supposedly get 24 hours per charge, never used the headphones for anywhere near 24 hours on a single charge, but it is plenty of use time and you can even skip a few nights of charging the headphones and still not run out of battery. They fold up and fit in a nice and compact case so it can fit in your bag very nicely. If you are someone who likes to travel, these headphones will be perfect for you and on your trip as they are reasonably affordable and it will make the in flight experience a lot better. These aren’t the main headphones I use everyday as I got a pair that is for my desktop computer exclusively, but they are a nice secondary pair that I can take with me on trips and connect it to my other devices.

No sarcasm here folks – it’s the honest truth.I bought them reconditioned from Amazon, something I never do, buy used electronics but since cash wasn’t flowing in my direction at the time I decided to give them a try – it has payed off.They are extremely comfortable, easy to adjust and the sound and mic quality are superb, no cracking or popping. As a matter of fact I have discovered words that I didn’t even know were in my favorite songs! The volume control is great and I love the sound cancelling feature which comes in handy on long airplane flights, bus rides and preschool musicals. Also love the easy blue tooth connectivity to my iPhone, fast charging speed and battery life – seriously as long as you don’t forget to toggle the switch to “off” they seem to stay charged for days! Then there is the way they look – sharp with black and silver detail, the “BOSE” name visible, stating the obvious that you like to buy expensive stuff. Then there is the thoughtfully printed enormous “R” and “L” on the inside of the ear cuffs so you, like me, won’t wear them on your head backwards. They come with a charging cable (granted it’s short with no plug) and also one of those early plug-in cables for old stuff that still uses them like the tvs on airplanes and your walkman.     I bought a set of these on March 19, 2025. They fit great and sounded amazing. I have used them though, only for about 2 to 3 hours total. They have been babied, and kept in a case. About a week ago, around September 27, 2025 I attempted to use them and they will not power on. The battery is charged. But when you turn on the power switch, nothing, and I mean, nothing happens. No LED lights or anything. I looked online, and tried the steps on the Bose website. Nothing happened. I contacted Bose to see about maybe sending them in for repair. I was told they do not repair headphones. All I could do was use it as a trade in on a new set, which even with trade in will cost well over $200. I feel like I was ripped off. I paid a lot for a refurbished set, and they lasted at most, 3 hours. Be very careful, and think it over if you want to buy a set of these headphones. No support from Bose other than attempt to sell you another set, and they will not repair them. That is outrageous for something that is supposed to be so good, and costs so much.

    I bought these to drown out my husbands loud snoring so I could actually sleep and avoid starting fights in the middle of the night, which then wakes up the dog and the whole house and causes me to lose performance during the day while working. At first I was skeptical. Then on the very first night I slept through everything. I didn’t hear him playing video games, or snoring all night long and I didn’t even hear my alarm go off. I was getting ready in the morning apparently extremely loudly because I was wearing them still. If these didn’t work, the next option was industrial ear muffs or a bigger house. Glad these worked! Well worth the money!

    I always liked ordering renewed because I’ve scored in the past. I ordered a pair of these Bose renewed headphones and initially they worked perfectly. For a price of $155 it was a great deal. However, after about a week of using them, the right earcup made a lough “WHIRRRRRRR” and just shut off completely. It wouldn’t output any sound besides a low static hum.Welp, no biggie, I figured I’d return them and get another pair. The new pair came the next day and wouldn’t turn on at all. It would indicate its charging and even show it was fully charged with the white light, but it wouldn’t power on.I’m 0/2 on these Bose renewed and wouldn’t recommend trying your luck. You’ll probably just get one of the pairs I returned haha
  • Pretty good, not as good as the competition
    The Bose QC is an amazing pair of headphones; they sound good, look good, and the battery life is outstanding. I used these for about two weeks before prime day, and after having the Sony XM4’s for over a year, I can confidently say the XM4’s are better. Let’s break it down.Sound quality: These sound amazing. When I first got them, I didn’t really understand the sound profile; it wasn’t my cup of tea. However, after some EQ adjusting in the Bose app, I made the perfect headset. They sounded perfect. Tbh, Sony and Bose are pretty equal in sound quality, thanks to their highly customizable EQ’s. On sound quality alone, I would probably just get the cheaper one.Comfort: When it comes to comfort, I think Bose has a one up on most brands. I’m a pilot and use a Bose headset for my ears. Bose comfort is really unmatched. That’s not saying the XM4’s are bad, they’re an extremely comfortable headset, and with the WC covers, they’re basically the same. However, on base comfort, I’d choose the QC’s.Noise Cancelling: Hears where the XM4’s take the lead, and to me, is the main dealbreaker. The QC’s NC is just not that good. It’s alright. It cuts out most white noise; was real nice on my flight to Puerto Rico, and that sound quality carried. However, Sony NC is honestly only best by the AirPods Max. In the airport, the QC’s failed to block out the annoying announcement voices that were too loud. I thought I was on transparent mode for how loud it was, surprised to see I was on NC. After an hour of straight yap, and constant trouble shooting trying to understand why there was essentially no NC, I just accepted their position.Bottom line:These aren’t a bad headset. In fact, they’re amazing. They sound great, look sleek, forgot to mention, very travel friendly, but severely lack in the Noise Cancelling department(imho). I would get the XM4’s, which is what I did for prime day after losing mine????.

These are comfortable (although they do get hot on my ears so ordering some cooling pads). The battery life seems good so far. Noise cancellation is very good, which is the main reason I got these, plane travel.Only con so far – Charging is ridiculously slow… I hooked it to my power bank and see it’s only using 1 or 2 watts to charge… I guess that’s good for the battery health, but man it’s slow. At least it’s usb-c.These are fantastic though and you won’t be disappointed!

    Sound is OK, little big, the worst is that it has no auto off, so if you leave it on, the battery goes dead.
