  • Just like the one at Costco
    I bought this same model at Costco on sale for downstairs. It does a good job and I’m happy with it. I got this refreshed unit for the upstairs. It was a little more than $100 cheaper. It came with everything the Costco unit came with except the original box. There was one dog hair in a filter that got missed, and the round foam filter was no longer white. A couple of specs of dust. Otherwise, it was very clean. It works just like the unit from Costco. The Shark app controls and schedules both my units.

    I don’t have a dog or kids, so it works well for me. I empty the dust been every few days even if I don’t really need to do so. (Got to have some excitement in life.) Replacement filters and brushes are available on Amazon for about $20 even if they don’t specify the model. I gave up on trying to find a equivalent model and just went by looks on the filters and brush rollers. Note that this unit would not be cost effective if the replacements parts had to be purchased directly from Shark. I have not had either unit more then 6 months and have not needed to replace anything yet.

    The battery holds it’s charge just as well as the new unit from Costco. Both units run about an hour for the first pass when cleaning. Both units need to recharge a couple of hours before finishing their floor – it’s a large house. BTW A battery replacement is available from Amazon for about $20 should it be required someday.

    I use my old vacuum cleaner to clean the Shark robot once in a while. The filters collect a layer of dirt. The white round filter can be washed, but I find vacuuming it works just as well.

    The robot will get hung up on cords if they are out where they will be run over, so don’t be sloppy with the cords. The robot tends to “hop” around the base of standing lamps. This can be noisy. I should use the app to exclude the lamps, but I’m lazy.

    One last note. Some units have a filter and screen that’s molded into the dust bin used on the robot. Replacing it means replacing the entire dust bin. This is not the case for this unit. Both the filter and screen can be replaced separately. The “orange” filter slides out. The screen screws on.

    I originally named by first unit “Dirtbag”. A close friend suggested I was insensitive to my robot. Okay, “Dusty” it is. I was tempted to name it after that person as a joke, but I decided to live instead. 🙂

    [Update] I bought a 2nd one for a friend in need. Can’t beat the price. The unit came very clean. It was cleaner than the 1st one I bought. It also smelled clean. When pairing WiFi the first time it spoke Spanish, but I managed. Once connected to WiFi I used the app to change the language to English. I now manage 3 sharks from my app. Somebody else’s map was linked to this unit so I did a factory reset from the app. This required starting over, but the WiFi pairing was in English this time. The unit works well. My friend’s floors now look clean again.

  • We LOVE our Shark!
    We absolutely love this refurbished Shark! I was hesitant at first bc the price tag was so low, but I figured it was worth the risk. I got it during Prime Day as it was on sale. My previous roommates had this same model and it always cleaned up the pet hair from their two large huskies, so I knew this brand worked well. My house is around 1500 sq ft and it takes two passes to clean the house, charging in between for an hour or so. You also have to charge it for a couple of hours right out of the box as it won’t start mapping until it’s charged up. It maps out the house quickly and gets to work! We were surprised at how much dirt it picked up every week considering we take our shoes off at the door and have no pets. It easily avoids large objects—only thing it doesn’t avoid is cords so make sure you don’t have any hanging down on the floor or the shark will suck them up and take them on an adventure (it dragged one of my phone chargers under the bed in the next room lol). The suction is great on our laminate flooring, bathroom tile and our rugs. We made sure to get a heavy rug so that the vacuum could go over it without getting stuck. This is a great and sturdy machine and we have no issues so far, we’ve only had it for a month but it works great.

    Side note: even though this was refurbished it looked brand new and even had the brand new stickers attached. Couldn’t tell it was refurbished at all.

    I’m am so impressed and thrilled with my little Sharknado, it has helped me so much daily. I have it set to vacuum everyday at 9am and it does an amazing job. I was very pleasantly surprised!! I love that it self cleans. Has a great battery life, super easy set up. I works excellent on my hardwood floors and the carpet and move with ease throughout the house. And the price was very affordable. It’s also much quieter that I thought it was going to be. It’s not loud at all. I would honestly recommend this TO EVERYONE

    This was a refurbished Matrix and I paid $99 for it, I really do like it, I think it does a great job of picking up pet hair and overall vacuuming. I’m using daily to keep up with boxer dog hair on a luxury vinyl floor and area rugs. It’s pretty quiet, mapped out the floor well. The dirt bucket is easy to dump and I was shocked at how much the robot picked up! It is saving me time to where I only need use my big vacuum every few days. (Which is also a shark brand!) the only complaint is it can’t find its dock which I believe to be a slight inconvenience and something that was missed when refurbished. I really don’t want to go to the trouble in sending it back for that. Now if it were a brand new unit that I paid full price for I would send it back for a replacement. Overall, it does exactly what I need and I am happy so far. I highly recommend Shark/Ninja appliances. I have several and they have not let me down yet!

    The engineering that went into this coffee maker is amazing. It easily adapts to making a great pot of coffee or brewing a single cup with the K-cup compatible adaptor. It will brew single cups in a variety of sizes or pots of coffee in a variety of sizes. The reservoir has a great capacity and is easy to fill. While I can’t imagine why people would wan their coffee cold it has a special process for that also. It is the “swiss army knife” of coffee and does it all very well.

    I am beyond impressed with my (Renewed) Ninja Drip Coffee Maker. Honestly, it’s comparable to my Nespresso in taste and quality, but it wins big when it comes to value.   • 1st impression Great coffeemaker
    I bought this model refurbished (excellent condition) per the description at a great price. I saw other buyers post of some issues they had with refurbished version of this coffeemaker. Since it had features that I was looking for, I decided to roll the dice and ordered it. The unit arrived in a day late and it was repackaged in an Amazon box (as opposed to the original Ninja box). Other than that, it appeared all the internal packaging to prevent damage during shipping was intact. People complained about a lack of instructions but there was a card with a QR code that will link you to a site to download the manual (pretty common these days). (NOTE: The site to download the manual instructs you to use the product ID located on a sticker outside the box to search for the manual online. Do not use this number as it will lead you nowhere, use the product ID number on the product description on the Amazon post where you bought the unit.). Made my first pot of hot coffee, so delicious and the unit is easy to use. Love that the water reservoir is detachable for easy fill up and cleaning. Lots of selections to brew coffee the way you want it. So far, so good

    I am enjoying this very much so far. We like pot/kcup combos, but on the last three brands we had, the kcup would give out. We went back and forth about getting the Kerig or this one. (We’re familiar with the Kerig combo because my mom has one.) we have other Ninja products, so we are giving this one a chance. I like how compact this is. I like that I can easily select how big a pot of coffee I want (more than three options). I like how quickly I can switch it to the kcup and my travel mug fits. We use the “rich” setting all the time (you can do “classic,” which brews very fast so the coffee is lighter in flavor). I have not tried the iced setting. Coffee brews up in no time even on “rich.” It is pretty noisy when it gets started, but that quickly settles down. I’m happy so far. I hope it lasts me many years.

    The coffee maker is good, the only issue is the manual was not included. The paper with a link to view online did not take you to a manual nor to anything about the machine. I had to google it. This is for the office and directions to put it together and instructions were needed.

    Beware. This is a renewed product with a 90-day warranty. We don’t make ice cream but maybe once a month so we figured a renewed unit would be okay for our very limited use. We purchased ours in July and were out of the state for 5 weeks. We used this a week ago (11/1/25) and the unit is shot!

    Very loud noise and grinding. We have only used this 8 times since July.

    Informed by Ninja it wouild cost us $129 (plus shipping and tax) to get a new base. Even then I’d have a “renewed” product. Not worth saving the $60 to try renewed product. First (and now last) time I will do that.

    So far I am loving having this ninja creami the one that I bought was a refurbished one but I have had no complaints about it I just made yesterday a lavender Earl Gray ice cream and oh boy it is superb. I haven’t tried out all of the settings yet I’m looking forward to trying the different settings like making my own gelato and then some of the drinkable options I am also really looking forward to if I had bought this a little earlier in the season I definitely would have been making a lot of the drinkable options with the hot weather. But I love having this and being able to make my own ice cream types of desserts with far less garbage ingredients then what the store-bought stuff has. I also really like having this particular model because the other deluxe one that I’ve seen has the acai bowl and I don’t think I would use that option much. The fact that it has the function to where you can blend the different segments so like just the top or the full thing or just the bottom is really awesome. It’s a bit noisy but I’ve heard from YouTube videos that the seven and one is actually more noisy than this one but honestly the noise level is really not that bad to me I found it easily cleaned I have not had any difficulty with cleaning the lid with the blade but I clean it every time I have used it which has only been yet a few times since I only have the two containers I will probably need to purchase more and then I can use it for more options more frequently. I tasted the earl gray ice cream that I made yesterday as well as my parents and we were both highly impressed. The only downside that I had seen since this one was a refurbished was that it did not come in the box with the inspiration guide I had to download that online. Not that that’s like a really big deal but if you were hoping that it came with it he would just have to go find it via the computer.

    I bought the renewed one and it came as brand new. Without original box and manual (not sure if it comes with it), but the machine and containers were as new, no superficial scratches.

    With all the newer models that are coming out I decided to buy a renewed version and not sure why someone decided not to keep it or what the issue was cuz I absolutely love this. I use my protein shakes and make my ice cream base and freeze it I then add some fresh protein shake that’s ice cold on top to mix them to create a nice soft serve consistency and then I have a low fat low calorie delicious treat that gives me more protein than any other options out there but I know it’s in it. Sometimes I add in some fresh berries to my protein shake to give me a little more nutrients and I feel better about giving my kids this then store-bought stuff. I bought extra containers so I can have a variety a different flavors and consistencies I even like the fact that I can just throw frozen berries in my protein shake mixture and just check it in the freezer it is a bit loud when you’re using it but considering how quickly it makes ice cream in the smooth enough of it. I think I found this about a month and I probably used it 15 times and have it even finished off two of my containers yet because I just keep adding more protein shake to the Frozen one that I already have I’m taking a few bites off of it sharing with my family adding a new mix in or what not
  • Oh boy I wasn’t disappointed!
    This was a purchase that I was excited to have bought. My daughter had researched it online and recommended I buy it. Oh boy I wasn’t disappointed! The instructions and manual were easy to follow. As I bought it at the end of summer I didn’t use it as much as I would have liked. I have made ice cream of many flavors like: coconut , strawberry , mango, vanilla with chocolate chips and I have even made Frozen Margaritas. I highly recommend it.

    I’m a cleaning lady and this vacuum is an absolute steal of a deal. Most vacuum’s at this price point are decent for at home use, but are not effective enough for any real amount of time. This is a premium vacuum for a bargain price.

    The cord is amazingly long, so much longer than my last cord. While the machine itself is heavier, it’s super quick and easy to remove the bottom piece to make a canister vacuum, or to store/carry in a bag and because it’s all solid I feel comfortable it’s durable enough to handle it.

    Function? A dream. One pass wonder. And the headlights? Super bright and helpful. The accessories that came with it are great quality and also work well.

    I also bought a round brush attachment and will be getting a handful of reusable filters to cycle through.

    I’m recommending it to all my co-workers and you.

    I NEVER write reviews, but I had to share…Amazing vacuum; best I’ve ever bought especially for the price! We have 5 huskies so we have tumblefurs all over our wood floor, vacuuming is a non-negotiable multiple times daily task. The Shark has an extremely large cord, so I can take care of the whole house without unplugging. The LED lights are a godsend, I can see every single hair on the floor while using the vacuum. Emptying the vacuum is a piece of cake, I love that you can clean out the dust bin from both the bottom and top; it makes it super easy to not get covered in dirt and hair when emptying. Though the Shark is corded, it is way lighter than even cordless vacuums I’ve used! The suction is very strong, and it is able to pick up even big pieces of dog kibble off the floor. I love the detachable handle for hard to reach places too. Overall this is an amazingly accessible and powerful tool; 100% recommend especially for people who have dogs who shed!

    This is a refurbished vacumn and I am Very Pleased with it. It came well packed with no scratches, dents or missing parts. It’s a Shark and certainly does a terrific job on my carpet. I was concerned it is pre-owned but it has a warranty and runs like new. I do have a problem on hard wood floors as it swivels and I’m learning how to control that since I’ve never had a swivel vacumn but it’s almost like it finds the dirt anyway! It’s fairly lightweight and easy to push on the floor. I am 100% happy with this vacumn and will not hesitate to buy another refurbished product from Amazon.

    I dont normally post reviews on these types of products but feel compelled to with this one. This vacuum is over $200 new and by getting it refurbished i literally saved 50%! It looks and functions as if it were brand new! Great suction and great power! I only with it came with the accessory tool mount like everyone else complains about. Seems that they intentionally dont include that. Other than that, its a great unit! Deducting 1 start for intentionally not including the tool holder. Still highly recommend.

    This vacuum is awesome!! I had NO IDEA how much my old vacuum was leaving behind. With pets, I vacuum constantly and my old vacuum was on its last leg. I started vacuuming with the Shark once I received it to test it out and ended up vacuuming the whole house because I was so impressed by how clean the carpets looked and felt.
    I was hesitant to buy a refurbished vacuum but, other than minor wear such as scratches, it’s in great condition and each part works very well! Amazing price for a really great item!

    This vacuum is very powerful without being that heavy, and is really maneuverable. Easy to figure out (i.e. how to empty canister, attachments, etc.) and all the different attachments are very useful for getting the hard-to-reach spots where pet tumbleweeds tend to hide.
    I will be sticking with Shark for a lot of appliances now!

  • Overall I think it is great!
    This is a good price for a good vacuum cleaner. It is renewed but it looked brand new out of the box. These sell new for about $325 and one store I checked had them for $225, so this price of $109 is a steal. I like that it is light weight, powerful suction, self cleaning brush (no hair), and it has a headlight so you can see the floor well. It also swivels when going around corners. The things I don’t care for is it has a shorter hose than my last Shark vac and the button to release the handle is too low and harder to work than my last Shark. Also the dust tank is smaller than my last one. But overall I think it is a really good vacuum at a fantastic price.

They are very good at addressing your needs or replacing things if needed. This is a very reliable product and a reliable company.     I will preface this with we are a family that prefers to buy used/refurbished items so this was specifically what we were looking for. This works perfectly, you wouldn’t even know that it was refurbished! I work for a family that owns a smaller version of this air purifier so I was able to get used to how they work through that. My husband has never experienced this specific shark air purifier, but he was able to figure out within seconds without the help of the instruction manual, it’s that user friendly! I have MCAS so making sure we have clean air for my flare ups as well as my husband’s allergies was essential for us and it does that well! The highest setting is quieter than a fan, but still have some noise to it, but the lowest setting is so quiet I forget it’s even running, it’s THAT quiet! It is a lot bigger than i expected, yet when we set it up in the area we wanted it, it doesn’t actually take up that much space, although i believe if set in a small bedroom it can take up too much space so keep that in mind. Our cat uses wet food and unfortunately it doesn’t help with the smell entirely, but it does significantly minimize the smell! If we ever needed a second one or know of anyone in the market for an air purifier we will definitely be recommending this one, especially since the quality of the product for this reduced price is unbeatable! (Used our Norwegian forest cat to help show how large this purifier is)

    Refurbished is what it is. There’s no sense running it in automatic because it’s always at 100% and never changes. Put it in auto and it just shuts down and never turns back on. I’m using it like my other filters by just letting it round all of the time. Plus, the online owner’s manual states that there’s a remote that wasn’t with it. Other then all of that, It’s quiet and
    it filters the air. Not perfect, but it works! After using this for awhile, I now can say it’s total junk. I clean the screens once a week, and noticed dust on the outlet side on top. I decided to check the filter and found the 5 year never change filter was filthy. I’d hate to see how it would look after 5 years of service. It’s still on 100% clean air and has never changed. I guess when someone returns an item that doesn’t work, they just install clean filters and call it factory refurbished. I’ll never buy anything from shark again.

    If I could give this review, zero stars, I definitely would. I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience I’ve had with the seller, which is woot. They have no experience in selling products. They attach fake serial numbers on items that they shipped to you and when you tell them, you have a problem they are of no assistance. I am extremely infuriated with the quality of this product. I spent a lump sum amount of money on this now piece of junk. Oh, and to add my house almost caught on fire because the product overheated. I do not recommend anybody buy from the seller. The functionality is terrible. I am going to spread the word to everybody about my experience.

    Vitamix blenders totally rock — this is our second one we have purchased reconditioned, the first one lasted 10 years and was still going strong, we just wanted to something with programs. This one is really great — we make multiple smoothies every day, and being able to turn it on and walk away is amazing. It is a bit loud, understandable given that we have it grind a pile of ice, and the ability to walk away from it and let it run helps deal with that. It is pretty fast, like less than a minute, and the consistency of the product is perfect. And the pitchers are easy to clean — unlike many blenders where the blade screws on from the bottom which creates potential for leaks and crevices to clean, this one is one piece and super easy to clean — definitely recommend!

    This is our first Vitamix product and it has been a star performer in the kitchen. Looks and works like brand new. Smoothies and other blends go down easy. The container and food pusher was brand new. Just remember to put the liquids on the bottom and you will be golden. Or don’t; and just push the stuff down there.

  • Powerful blender. Chews through ice with ease.
    Amazing blender. This blender is very powerful and has no issue chewing through ice cubes. It can be a bit noisy on higher settings, but nothing I would consider to be a problem. I would expect noise if something is powering through ice cubes like it’s nothing. I like that it has some automatic programs so that, for example, it’ll start slow to mix, then ramp up to grind/blend. Cleaning it is a breeze. You just lift out the container, which has the blade built-in, and wash it out. The lid is a silicone type material so is easy to clean as well. I’ve had it for a few months now and it seems to be very durable. I will update the review if I run into any issues.

    Excellent item. I am delighted with the smoothies, so well blended and tasty. Also tried the ice cream feature for chocolate ice cream and it was a hit too. I haven’t tried the soup setting yet. It looks and acts like a totally new blender. Not as loud as other people mentioned. Besides, smoothies and ice cream do not take more than a minute. Very, very happy with it.

    Awesome blender and as powerful as a wood chipper. My only negative (thus not a five star) is that the juice setting is as loud as a wood chipper. I tend to either plug my ears or leave the kitchen in the morning when I’m making juice. That being said, i wouldn’t trust a wimpier blender to fully liquify whole fruit as this device does. I also appreciate that this particular device is completely analog. I want devices with knobs and switches, not ones that tals to me.

    Holy cow, this thing is scary loud. Sounds just like the blenders at Starbucks and I thought it was going to take to flight and blast off thru my ceiling on the highest setting. The instructions make it sound as if you don’t start it up in the correct order you might regret it. First power button, then check the second power button, then ramp it up. I’m used to the old 10-key push buttons where you just plug it in and use it. I bought this because it can make soup from scratch and that appealed to me. Just throw everything in and turn it to the soup setting and walk away and in 5 minutes you have piping hot soup.

    I had gotten the blender and the first time I used it, it walked all over my countertop. The rubber feet and base peeled from my having to keep it in place even marking up my white countertop. This was supposed to be a renewed premium product. Not sure how it passed their inspection process. Ive returned it in hopes maybe I’ll just buy a new one instead? It blended well, but boy did it move all around and leave a mess. Even the base was rubbed off where the blender sits from the vibration. Please Amazon have a better inspection process so people don’t have to go through the inconvenience of returning, waiting for a refund, and then only hoping the next one works properly.

    Coming from a v11. This thing is one bad mother! Cleans better, looks better and the laser is probably the coolest most helpful things I’ve witnessed on a vacuum. Attachments are so cool. It also counts the micro particles it collects so you can see how dirty your house is! Lol. Seriously cool vacuum and it fit in the v11 stand I bought from Amazon too.   • Faulty product poor customer service.
    Vacuum worked well for a couple of months but now it will only work for a second or 2. And the display isn’t working at all. Messaged seller and they said it was past the return period even though it said it had a 6 month warranty. They directed me to contact Dyson directly but I can’t do that because they removed the serial number from the vacuum.

  • Great vacuum!
    Item arrived in outstanding condition & was like brand new. The vacuum itself is the best I’ve owned with great suction & attachment options. The light on it to illuminate the dirt and dust is a game changer!
  • You will see dirt and dust you never knew was there.
    I cannot say enough about this vacuum. This vacuum is more efficient than my $900 Miele HEPA canister vacuum and so much easier to use. The green LED is excellent, as it lets you see dust and debris. The green LED works similar to the low angle sun entering you house in the morning. It shows off all the dust. The downside is that you will want to use it every day. Furniture, carpet, area rugs, clothing, bedding, etc. sheds little microscoping fibers. These go unseen to the naked eye except for low sun angles and when using this vacuum. I will be purchasing a spare LED floor attachment just in case.
  • I will never buy anything other than a Dyson from now on. They suck so much.
    Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Bought it refurbished – no issues yet. Picks up everything! Battery lasts for a fairly long time if you let the vac determine the power mode on it’s own.
  • The V12’s bigger (more powerful and expensive) brother
    I got this Dyson renewed with an Amazon insurance/warranty plan. I had a Dyson V12 for a while and loved it. I needed a new vacuum and thought I’d get another V12, but couldn’t find any online. Enter the V15.

    The v15 is bigger, more powerful, and has a different set of cleaning tools that it comes with. It’s easy to use, but I dislike the need to hold down the trigger (because the V12 was a simple on/off as opposed to a constant button/trigger press.) The battery life so far has blown me away, 15+ min more run time than the V12. I have yet to struggle when cleaning my car or apartment.

    Overall it’s a nice vacuum but I’m not convinced that there isn’t a better option given the price. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good value, but I don’t know anyone who needs a vacuum this powerful and light for every day messes.

  • Powerful, light, smooth, low noise and beautiful
    I am in love with this vacuum! I had an older model (the V11), which I gave to my son when he moved to college. I figured for my next one I would go up a model, although I didn’t think it was going to be a huge difference. Wrong! I was blown away by the suction power and how little noise it makes. It’s really smooth and beautiful. Having bought renewed on amazon I didn’t know what to expect, but it looks and works exactly like brand new, and I got it at a killer price. I am more than satisfied and cannot recommend this enough
