I bought this last October for cold weather motorcycle riding but I haven’t been able to find it yet this year. I was looking at alternatives but I figured for the price, next day shipping, and how freaking good this balaclava is, why look elsewhere?I used this every single ride last winter in freezing temps (Western, NY) and it worked great. Fit perfectly under my helmet, the material is very nice, it’s durable, didn’t lose its shape as I put my helmet on or during rides, kept my face, neck and head warm and I never felt a draft. It was pretty amazing… the fact that I was out riding in 30°F weather for hours and felt perfectly comfortable. Without this balaclava I would freeze!Can’t wait to ride with this again. Something about having the right gear and riding comfortably while most people retire their bikes for the winter is pretty cool. Goretex, Thinsulate, merino wool, some good cold weather riding pants and jacket, maybe some heated gloves and you’re good to go!I can imagine this mask would work just as good for snowmobiling, skiing and any other snow sports, hiking, working outside, under a hard hat… fine product, 5 ⭐️

Good quality fits great

It’s light, stretches around your face just fine without breaking, and I like the camo and design of it.I wear glasses, so it kept fogging them up unless I adjusted and shifted it perfectly around my face and nose, which made me think it could’ve been improved if there was some sort of wire that could stay and wrap around the top of your face to trap your breath below your eyes.It wasn’t as easy to use as I would’ve liked it to be because of that, but that’s only an issue for others who wear glasses like me.It also works as intended. Your breath goes out the little thing in the middle of it, so condensation doesn’t build up and freeze and make you colder when it’s really cold, and it traps in the warmth of your breath, so no more runny nose from the cold, or frozen noses.It got to the negative twenties last winter, when I bought this, and it worked perfectly.You can also throw it in the washing and drying machine without any bleach or rough cleaning agents on a very gentle setting, since cleaning it with water and drying it in the winter by hand has its notable challenges.

Keeps me warm in the winter time and thin enough for my hard hat to not feel like its squeezing my head.

So I’ve been trying to get out to ride my bike later in the year. (Chicago) As the weather gets colder I need to keep the wind off me to stay warm. The algorithms pushed this up to the top on Amazon so I figured for 20 bucks why not. I was kind of surprised when I got it how thin it is. You realistically could ball it up in your fist and close your fingers over it and it would be hidden, its really like that thin. I expected more meat on the bone. I have used this now for rides down to 40° it’s worked out well. It does keep me warm, enough. Fit wise, I’ve got a fat head and it fits OK, I wouldn’t want it a lot smaller but I don’t think most of you out there have as fat of a head as I and it doesn’t appear to come in sizes. Also, I don’t have a lot of hair. That’s good and bad. Keeps me from getting dates, but makes my head circumference smaller.The mask covering your mouth you can pull down to your chin, which is nice and its not overly “pully” on the rest of the hat (?). Its somewhat breathable if you use it to cover your mouth. I haven’t ridden with it covering my nose much as that makes it (for me) harder to breathe, but that’s my problem not the product. Side benefit I’ve got headsets on and I can now talk on the phone because if you pull this over your ears, it blocks out wind noise meaning people can hear you talk on the headphone (Jlab, in the ear type). It’s worth buying for all but your arctic adventure, for that you might need more “meat”.

Full coverage, comfortable, provides some warmth, and a decent fit. Just wish it was tighter around the neck and had smoother stitching and perhaps slits for earbuds.

it is very bendable in terms of how it fits to your steering handle and the angle you want it to have towards your reading.now it is very easy to have navigation on your bike!the top and bottom clips are internally attached so if you say slide the phone with its bottom in the bottom part of the holder the upper left and right clips extend upward and outward allowing you to slide your phone in and when pressure is released from the bottom part the clips center again and hold the phone from the bottom and tops very nicely.its very sturdy. used it on iphones with case, without it, different sizes, so it is very portable as well.

I use a wallet case on my phone, so most phone holders don’t work for me but this one does a great job. It clamps down on all four corners, giving a secure grip, and I can easily put my phone in with one hand. Both the phone grip and the bike mount feel solid and tight, so I don’t have to worry about anything slipping.The mount itself feels well made with durable materials. It even came with several layers of padding so you can adjust as needed and crank it down without worrying about snapping anything.Price-wise, it’s a winner. I saw a similar name-brand version locally for nearly four times the cost. This one works great, feels sturdy, and doesn’t break the bank. Definitely worth it.

The product is great. Easy to install and holds phone securely. The problem I have is regarding delivery. 2 day prime delivery turn’s into 4 day delivery when it’s transferred to USPS at in my experience.

Construction feels solid. Came with more than enough shims to clamp down on any bike handlebar I’ve ever seen. The real bonus for me was that it fit over my stem so I didn’t lose a hand position on the top of my drop bars. Just finished testing it on a 30 mile road ride. No issues whatsoever.

I use this with my Power GOAT V3 e-bike. Allows me to view maps and routes and control my music. Super convenient and easy to use. Secures to the handle bars with ease and no worries of falling off. The grip onto the phone is also intuitive and strong. You don’t have to worry that your phone will fall and be damaged. I routinely get up to speeds around 40mph and never experience any wiggling or looseness. I’d recommend this phone mount to anyone riding an e-bike and wanting a convenient way to access your phone during your rides.

First off. There was no double diamond stitch like there was claimed in there Amazon page. The stitch pattern is like every other strap out there. So if this is why you are choosing them the hold fast on that.Things I like. I like that they come with the choker strap to secure your bike or atv. They are nice and long and have an included hook and loop fastening strap for the excess strap if needed. The last thing is the latch on the hook. Very nice to know it’s not going to fall off when you are working on the other end.

I just got my hands on the Rhino USA Medium Duty Ratchet Tie Down Set, and let me tell you, they’re a game-changer! These tie-downs are so strong and reliable, I’m pretty sure you could use them to anchor a space shuttle. (Not that I’ve tried, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they held up just fine.)The ratcheting mechanism is smoother than a Sunday morning, and the webbing is tough enough to withstand anything life throws at it. great price, decent battery, fantastic customer service!! Battery died 60 days after purchase, seller immediately sent a replacement for the battery. Even though it was past the 30 day refund window from Amazon!!I ordered this battery from this seller in February. The battery worked great until it didn’t. Idk what happened or why but the battery out of nowhere went completely dead. my bike started I began backing out of my driveway. I was low on fuel so I turned my bike off to close my garage and when I went to turn the bike back on I got nothing, zip, nada. At first i thought my ignition switch was dead so I swapped it with my old one. Still nothing. That’s when I said okay I’ll swap the battery to my old Harley one. Bike was slow to crank as the battery was dying, hence this replacement. But nonetheless the bike turned on and cranked over eventually. I hooked up the battery to my charger and it was so dead it wasn’t reading it at all. Knowing most motorcycle batteries usually get no warranty or only 3/6/12 months if it’s a fancy expensive battery. I read through the item descriptions and all I saw was 30 day amazon returns. It was past 30 days at this point. I was thinking oh well, serves me for buying a cheap battery even with the high reviews. But then said what the heck, Ill send an email to the seller inquiring about warranty anyways. i got nothing to lose. First reply back they asked for a couple pics showing the trickle charger I used and the info on it. (I think I might of actually bought it from this same seller ARKPOWER) And a photo of the battery on a multimeter which showed -0.07 volts. They responded back within a couple hours on a Friday night and asked to confirm address to ship a replacement. Wow, Totally awesome! the seller went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely recommend buying this as a oem replacement for an older EVO Harley. If the replacement dies in less than 90 days I’ll come update but my rating won’t change since I technically shouldnt of got a replacement anyways. But even if it does, I’d definitely buy from this seller again. Super satisfied with the customer service, so much so I logged in to write this review!!

Great battery. Stays charged in the cold winter after forgetting to charge it. Used it on my 2017 gsxr 750 as replacement battery and has not failed me yet. Fit perfect has had zero issues since purchased. Would recommend as a cheap replacement to a shop price battery!

Battery works well, however a better design would have the nuts that the bolt screws into that secures the positive and negative cables build into the post area, quite challenging to get the cables attached in where the battery sits in my can am 1000 marivick. Seems like a good battery at a reasonable price.

Like many, many other Pacifica owners I was getting the dreaded “Start/Stop System Requires Service” notification on my wife’s 2018 van. This went on for several months and I didn’t really think much of it. I did do some reading about the system however; it looked very confusing–so I left it alone. We don’t really like the feature anyway (for those who don’t know–and yet still care to know–this is the system that allows the car to turn off at stop lights and such and then restart as soon as the driver’s foot lifts off the brake pedal. It’s supposed to save $ on gas). Then, my wife called me from Costco to tell me that her car won’t start.She called me back about 10 minutes later and said the car had now started and that a bunch of warning lights had popped up on her dash. We now had several warning lights up on the dash: the symbol for the start/stop system (which was nothing new…this one had been on for weeks) and now the check engine light was on. Correlation is not causation but I assumed that the start/stop system had something to do with this. Great. Now I was going to have to take the thing back to the dealership and offer to trade them my first born son in exchange for making this right. First, however, I decided to do some sleuthing. Digging in to my bag of tricks, I busted out my multi-meter and tested the battery. Low and behold, it read 12.5 volts–indicating the battery was JUST hangin’ on. I tested it again a bit later and it was lower, reading 12.3, then 12.2. I figured I was probably on to something.Here’s the (tricky) thing: these dang machines have TWO batteries! One big primary battery (the crank battery) and one small auxiliary battery (which is used by the start/stop system. You know this already because you are shopping for a small auxiliary battery and reading this review). The things is, you can’t really check the voltage of just one when they are both in the vehicle and connected in parallel. Both batteries will read the same voltage. So, I knew that one of the batteries was dead but didn’t know which one. I took a chance and ordered this battery, at the time hoping I wouldn’t have to also fork out $200 on a new primary (crank) battery. Fun story: I had to buy a new crank battery, too.So, the new battery arrived on Sunday (yesterday) and I started disassembling the old batteries out of the van. Remember when removing a battery used to just be a strap over the battery and disconnected the negative and then positive terminals? Ha! No more! It took me darn near 45 minutes to get the two batteries out (for the record you need a 13mm and 10mm socket). The small battery has to come out first; the crank battery does not have room to come out unless you pull the auxiliary first. I got the auxiliary out and inspected it to the new replacement: they looked very similar in size and the labels indicated very similar properties in terms of capacity and such. The one big difference–and this was noted by another reviewer to my benefit–the old battery had posts mounted to each of the positive and negative terminals and the new battery had bolts that were supposed to connect through the terminal and then into a square receiving bolt. The problem was, the bolts that came with the new battery are rather short and–at first glance–don’t appear like they will work. I’m getting ahead of myself in this story but when I went to put the new battery in I was able to make these bolts/nuts fit by cutting a rubber band in half, folding the rubber band over itself to about 3/8″ height, and then squeeze the square receiving nut into the battery terminal with the battery under it. This pushed the receiving nut up and tight against the underside of the terminal and made it so that when I pushed the bolt down through the terminal the threads would catch. Saved me from buying longer bolts (a savings of probably 50 cents–still, it worked!)Now that I had the auxiliary battery out and it looked like it would work, I decided to pull the main battery and take it to an auto parts retailer to have them check it. The first one I drove to closed literally as I pulled in (because of course it did). The second, an Autozone, checked the battery for me: they measured it at 75% cranking power while at full charge and labelled it “dead.” Gone are the days of a battery slowing dying; cars now are entirely electronically controlled. My suspicion is that if the car reads a certain level of battery it just stops working. There is no slow turning of the starter like on older vehicles. The Pacifica seems to be especially hard on batteries and so won’t take anything but the battery’s very best. Once performance falls below a certain point it is “dead” for all intensive purposes. $203 later, I had a new battery with a 36 month warranty.I took the new battery home, installed the big/crank battery first, then the auxiliary battery (then removed them both again because I had put the crank battery in backward). I reversed the multitude of cable connections to the battery exactly as they were before and…it worked! After a few miles of the car telling me the start/stop system was unavailable because the battery was charging, it became available and I had the joy of being able to turn up my music with the windows down so that everyone around me could listen to what I was listening to without the annoyance of the engine idling. I bet I looked PRETTY cool in my mini-van. With functioning start/stop.Long story short, this battery worked for what I bought it for. I have no idea how long it will last but–considering all other options for this battery are well over $100–even if I have to replace it twice, or even three times, as often, I still won’t be losing much by giving it a try. I’ll update this review if it fails ridiculously fast.

Great for toddlers and small vehicles or going on ranger rides! Fits snug but not too small for my two year old with some room to grow.

Seems to run a little big. We measured his head and it said he needed a large based on his head size but it’s a little big. The chin strap gets it’s fairly snug but it still has some movement to it. He’s little so he’ll grow, probably won’t be big for long but I thought it would fit a little more snug based on the measurements. For a first helmet though, it’s a good purchase. It’s protecting his head and he likes the way it looks. Can get better ones as he gets bigger!

Arrived the next day which was AWESOME. When in need – next day delivery is exceptional. I have a 2003 Yamaha Grizzley 660. If you have the same model, here’s a few things to note:Taking out the battery from the ATV is a pain in the butt because the holder is form-fitting. Grab a pipe wrench and open it wide enough to grasp the top part, then pull straight up and out (super easy this way).Next – this battery comes with two screws and two washers. The washers need to go underneath the metal part of each terminal to since the screw to. The problem is (in my case) I had to attachments which needed to be on each terminal and it made the distance from the screw to the washer to wide. Do this (it’s really simple). Cut a piece of cardboard. You want about 1/4 inch wide (just enough to fit into the terminal) and long enough that you can pull it back out when you’re done.Put the battery in. Curve the cardboard so it makes a ‘j’ – this will also help to keep from losing the washer. Slide the washer in (on top of the cardboard, but under the terminal), secure the screw, pull out the cardboard. Repeat on the other side.Hope this helps!

Works great, good fit

I use this cover to primarily cover my e bike while I was at work and it does its job well.I live in Florida so during the rainy season it rains nearly every day 99% of the time it would keep water out only a few times is when there was a ton of wind involved then it gets swept underneath and it gets a little wet nowhere near as much as it would’ve been without the cover though.I also have been putting it on on sunny days and it’s completely prevented my bike from taking sun damage I’m sure the leather on my seat would’ve started peeling by now if I didn’t have it.I also leave it on my bike when it’s not in use keeps my bike looking brand new.

I really love this cover and it’s great quality, has clips to stay in place and has a band that hugs what’s under. ONLY MISTAKE was on my end, I wanted to be safe and ordered a bigger size than needed. (104”) this was my fault because I wanted to be safe than sorry. If you own a MT09 I recommend getting the size 96.6 for a better fitment. Mine was too big because I ordered the wrong size. It still gets the job done and straps are more than secure.OTHER THAN THAT 10/10

Fit my Suzuki Boulevard M109r perfectly. I have no garage and needed something. This thick and with the straps it holds in strong wind. So far it’s doing great in Ohio weather as it’s seen some long days of rain, a snow day and wind. Would highly recommend

It is a very nice cover. The texture and colors was matching with my bike and that made me so happy. it fitted just right and it got rained for couple days and it never leaked. I am happy with it 10/10!

The cover fix the bike properly and snapped together well to keep it in place. The only problem with it that I seen is that. I removed the cover the next morning after a light rain over night. The bike was as wet as if i did not have a cover. They said the cover was water proof. That was the main reason I got the cover. I had to water proof the cover myself.

Totally worth the money. Stays on without cinching under most conditions and protects very well. Will buy again, in hopefully ten years.

Excellent Quality at a Great Price! I used the Mighty Max YTX14-BS battery as a replacement battery for my dad’s 2023 Honda Pioneer 700-4 side x side UTV. It is a perfect fit and performs absolutely Excellent. I Highly Recommend Mighty Max Batteries for your replacement needs!

Decent quality for the price. It is a cheap battery and don’t expect too much more than 3-4 years. The quality could be better and it could last longer. For meeting this price point at the performance given, its a 5 star battery.

Perfect fit and had enough juice out of the box to start snd run my 30 year old Polaris quad that hadn’t started in over a year. Ran all the auxiliary LED off-road lighting too. Why pay more? A nice touch was the inclusion of not just one but two sets of terminal nuts and bolts, tucked the spare set in the tool box for when I drop one in the sand. Very happy with this purchase.

This battery turned out to be a perfect fit for my 1984 Honda Goldwing. It dropped right into the OEM battery mount with no adjustments needed, and the polarity lined up exactly with the factory wiring. That alone made the install quick and hassle-free.Out of the box, it arrived fully charged (12.95v on the meter), which meant I didn’t have to trickle-charge it before use. The packaging was solid enough to protect it from minor bumps in shipping, and there was no damage when it arrived. The overall build quality seems decent, though of course the real test will be how it holds up over time.The real proof came when I hooked it up—my Goldwing had been sitting for over 21 years, and this battery was strong enough to fire it up right away. Put this one into a Yamaha VStar 1300 where the battery refused to charge. This battery was easy to install, and my motorcycle works again like a charm 🙂 Make sure to bring any battery you replace to a recycling center!

I replaced the auxiliary battery A0009829608 on my 2015 Mercedes CLA250. The cars eco on/off at stop lights kept dying completed and had to restart the car so then got Auxillary Battery Malfunction warning. It’s exactly the same size and fits with the cover snapped. Only paid $39.95 and MB online wanted $165 plus shipping. Looks nice and well packaged. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because 1) it has no vent hole so the tube from the car can’t be used 2) the terminals are not a solid piece of metal that is treaded for the bolt. Instead it comes with two rectangular threaded plates and what should have taken me 5 min to change took me 30. First I thought the plate fit snuggly one direction but instead it is perpendicular and loose. Second as it is loose it can’t stay in place and under the dash is tight and goes in at an angle. I had to use my McGyver skills to wedge a rolled up piece of paper in each to push the plate and center it. Then once threaded a few turns I pulled the paper out. Worked awesome. TIP: remove the cabin filter cover before removing this battery.

Perfect fit for my 2010 Honda Rancher TRX420TE. Perfect fit. It’s was fully charged and ready for duty. Turned the motor over easily and without hesitation.

I am only leaving a 4 star review because amazon told me this battery would fit my 2006 Buell Blast. But while the battery will obviously power the bike, it is actually too large for the seat to actually go over the battery. So i cant actually latch my seat onto my motorcycle. Amazon should update this because it is too large for the space underneath the seat for that motorcycle. Other than that the battery works fine and i don’t believe i have bad any issues. Decent value as well.

After getting my hands on this item myself, I can honestly agree with all the 4-5 star reviews.The spray was able to clear off some hidden gunk ( day-to-day humidity crap build up over the years) that found it’s way into the pcie slot. But come to think of it, there’s a good chance the Ionizing function of my A.C. could had contributed to this too… Anyway, after spritzing some of these chemicals ( you don’t want to inhale any of the aerosol ) into the crevices just simply use a brush and sweep inside a good 3 passes. It dries pretty fast, but to err on the cautious side, you’ll want to turn on a fan while cleaning and blast it into the pc. Great for drying and great for ridding of the funk smell from getting into your lungs.In the end, I was able to fix the constant BSOD issue. 5/5 would buy again.

This helped me clean my transmission shift solenoids and linear solenoid on my 99 Honda accord with automatic transmission without damaging the internal seals caused usually by using solvents, it helped also clean all the transmission fluid and oil grime from the sensor connector ends. Thank you CRC for making this effective easy to use product!

Been using this stuff for years, always gets the job done. It’s a little cheaper at Walmart but they were sold out last time I was there, so ordered online.

I have used this product for about 45 years with fairly good success fixing motors, cars and electrical contacts. You have to help it along with a scratch brush, very fine sandpaper, etc but it definitely works. Oxides form on contact surfaces as well as dusts which have to be cleaned of them.

The radio and cd player in my car had something spilt on it before I bought the car. The radio controls were iffy at best, and the cd player wouldn’t take a cd. Hoped to at least get the radio controls to work. After using the cleaner, the controls worked great. It would even play cd’s again, which I didn’t expect. Have used it on some of my old electronics, and it has worked like a charm. Would highly recommend it.

This vehicle has had problems with the engine control computer connection to the vehicles wiring harness. It seems that the contacts develop some form of oxidation or corrosion and when the data signals transiting the connections are affected the vehicle loses it silicon-based mind. I get very strange messages on the computer readout window and, most recently it would simply stop running after 15 seconds. I resolved the problem several years ago using contact cleaner on the contacts and plugging the computer into the wiring harness several times to wipe the contacts. The mechanic at the dealership thought I was insane and told me so. He wanted to start firing the Parts Cannon at the problem. My solution worked and it has been about ten years since this problem last occurred. So, it is time to do it again and I needed this product for the process. I have used this product before and found it to perform well. I use this product for cleaning the connectors and the area around the connectors. I then use a separate product for the actual contact cleaning process.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stuff genuinely worked for me. I have a 2011 Honda CR-V that started throwing a P0420 “Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold” code about a year after replacing both O2 sensors. I was dreading having to replace the catalytic converter, but decided to try Cataclean first.After adding it to the tank and driving normally for a few days (mix of highway and city), the check engine light went off and has stayed off for over a week now. My scanner shows all systems ready and no pending codes — first time that’s happened in since the check engine light came on about 2 weeks ago.I didn’t expect much from a bottle of cleaner, but I’m genuinely impressed. It seems to have helped clean out the catalytic system enough to restore proper readings and I passed emissions yesterday. I’ll definitely use it again as preventive maintenance every few oil changes.Highly recommend trying this before spending thousands on a new cat!

it works really well IF your cat is dirty. If your cat is melted inside you can only fix with a replacement cat! cleaned up a dirty high milage cat that was showing a lowered effiency. WILL NOT fix a damaged cat!!!!

Here’s the quick summary: Yes I used this and yes my car passed smog test…. but I would try lots of other things before using Cataclean again.My vehicle is a 2004 Toyota Sienna with 137,000 miles. Check engine light (CEL) has been on for two years now. The CEL is on due to the following codesP0420 – Cat Bank 1,P0430 – Cat Bank 2 ,P2238 – AF Sensor Circuit.This year we got the registration renewal and were required to get a smog certificate. Since you can’t pass smog test with CEL on, we took the van to the dealer to see about getting it the CEL fixed. The dealer recommended replacing both catalytic converters the A/F sensor and calibrate ECM. All for a cost of over $2,800.So instead of spending the $2,800 I figured it was worth it to give Cataclean a try. I followed the directions and added the entire contents to about 1/4 tank of gas. Then immediately drove the van until it was empty. The van was not completely empty, but the yellow fuel warning light did come on and the gauge was on E. At this point I filled up the tank with premium gasoline. After filling it I immediately drove the van for about 40 miles. I was expecting the CEL to turn off but it did not.At this point my story gets less normal than most I suppose. My wife drives this van most times and I have another car. It just so happened that my wife was sick with a bad case of the flu and she did not drive the Sienna for more than 1 week. So the Sienna sat with nearly a full tank of fuel and whatever was left of the Cataclean for 1 week.After 1 week of sitting in the garage, I decided it was time to try to drive the van and see if the CEL would turn off. This is where it gets very weird and discouraging and expensive. I pulled out of the garage and the van barely ran at all. It felt like only half of the engine was running. The engine had very little power and to make matters worse the CEL was now flashing ON and OFF. I pulled over and did some quick research on my phone and found out that a flashing CEL is bad news. I spent the next 4 hours “babying” my car. I would drive it for a little bit and the CEL would flash. So I would pull over and let it idle next to the curb. When the engine was simply idling the CEL would not flash. I did this for hours and hours and the CEL flashing got less and less prevalent. Finally the CEL stopped flashing after about 4 hours of driving and idling. If this does happen to you, you need to be very careful. Driving with a flashing CEL could lead to really expensive damage and even your car catching on fire.After that long evening of babying my car, the CEL never flashed again. But the car did not run correctly after that either. The car was rough at idle and vibrated a lot while it ran. And now, my car had a new code P0354. I took it to a mechanic and he replaced the #6 ignition coil and spark plug and cleaned the fuel injection system. This made the car run smooth and cleared the P0354 code. Replacing the ignition coil spark plug and cleaning the fuel injection system cost $510.I had a lot of expensive problems after I put in the Cataclean (see above). These problems could have been a coincidence and I could have had those problems without the Cataclean. After all, it’s an old vehicle with lots of problems. Anything is possible. But I don’t think I will be using Cataclean again.I cleared all codes and tried to run the monitors. For those of you not familiar, there are “monitors” which run in software on your vehicle. These monitors must be run and passed with no codes before you can have your car smogged. If the monitors generate codes, then the CEL turns ON. If you clear the codes, your CEL does go off, but your monitors are now “imcomplete” in your cars OBD memory. You cannot pass smog with incomplete monitors (actually the number of incomplete monitors allowed to pass smog varies from state to state so check with your motor vehicle department). You can find the rules for California here: […]So now my car runs smoothly, the Cataclean has run through the emission system and the CEL is off. I have two incomplete monitors. One of the incomplete monitors is the Catalytic Converter monitor. So I then drive the van around town running some errands. Mostly stop and go, but some highway driving. After about 50 miles the CEL turns ON and generates code P0420… very discouraging. But I did not give up. I cleared the P0420 code and decided to try nothing but highway driving at moderate speed. Just a hunch I guess. So I got on the freeway and drove. Entirely freeway driving at very moderate speed. I got in the slow lane with the trucks and probably averaged 55 MPH and for it’s worth I turned my Air Conditioning off. I did this for about 75 miles. I kept checking the scanner to see if the monitor for the Catalytic Converter had run, but it said incomplete. I must have checked the scanner 30 times to see if the monitor had run. Then it happened, the Catalytic Converter monitor ran and the status went to OK with no code. As soon as the monitor ran with no code I found the first smog station I could find and got a smog certificate. YEAH!!!!In order to do all of this I needed an OBDII scanner with me in the car to check monitors, read codes and clear codes. I used a very inexpensive OBDII scanner that I bought at Wal-Mart for $21. I think some of the inexpensive models offered on Amazon would work as well. You don’t need an expensive scanner to do this. The main thing for checking monitors is a feature called “I/M Readiness Status”– make sure your scanner can do this function.So did the Cataclean help pass smog? Did Cataclean cause the damage to the ignition coil? Did not driving it for a week in the middle of this process cause a problem? …. I don’t know. If I were to ever need to use Cataclean again, I would drive the vehicle… a lot and try to get it through the system as quickly as I could. Hopefully, I won’t need to use it again.

Had check engine light with catalytic bank 2 error code, and engine was acting funny. When cruising at a steady mid-range speed anywhere between 30mph – 45mph the RPM’s would kick up on its own even though I applied no extra gas. It was like the engine was starving for fuel. This would last for a second of two and then the RMP’s would come back down– mind you my pressure on the gas pedal never changed while this occurred. I used this product with about 1/8 tank of gas and drove for about 30 minutes. Then filled up the tank the next day. During the next day or so the problem with the RPM’s kicking up went away. The check engine light is still on about a month later, but the engine is running great. That’s good enough for me on this 2017 Kia Sedona SX with 130,000 miles. I’m thinking if I add one more bottle maybe that will take care of the check engine light. That’s why I’m here as I was adding another bottle to my cart and decided to leave this review.
