    I giving this 5 stars because it’s gorgeous and well made, a good continuous roll. Riblli ribbons are superb. But KNOW THIS: when it says GLITTER, it means really really glittery. Teeny tiny micro glitter like a powder, exploding everywhere. Wish I’d understood this, I didn’t, my fault. It’s not easy to work with as the edges were very heavy & hard to manipulate due to the glitter stripes, for me anyway. After struggling to make the large bows I needed, I finally realized I couldn’t have them in the house. Didn’t want to breathe in glitter or clean it up for months. Donating it. Expensive mistake. Otherwise, if you don’t mind that, it’s a lovely ribbon.

    This ribbon is beautiful and rivals the more expensive brands. Its smooth velvet is strong and the wire is very pliable. I started one tree with the more expensive brand , but finished it with this brand. You can’t tell the difference and it looks good! The price is what sold me to try it…..and I’m glad I did! You can even use it to wrap presents. It’s multi functional.

    As usual, it’s The Wire. It’s very weak as far as ripping. It’s pretty. I just like very strong wiring. To keep the shape of my bows, I’ve used wireless ribbon for years and when I finally got to The Wire. It makes such a difference to me. I just prefer it now. I can still use nonwire Gribbin, but. Use much more depending on your length of your loops. Or what you’re doing and you have to really work with it for a little bit other than that. This ribbon is pretty, but the wire is again week

    color- CAMEL (everyone needs to say what color they are showing pics of!) 1″…. im very impressed. the color is SPOT ON. it’s what i would compare to a “classic khaki”. zero yellow, but not super light, so not to be confused w/a cream or off white. (the back/under side is however a cream color) &my fav part, is the note they added, about lightly burning the edges so it wont shred. i was like hmmm, I’ll giv it a quick try. expected it to burn off the frayed edge, but didn’t expect it to ACTUALLY SEAL the whole edge. i was immidiately SOLD! very excited! especially since im making outdoor wreath bows with this ribbon. i have yet to unroll it to check&see if it is all one continuous 25ft/roll, like the other comments mentioned. BUT, when i do, IF it’s not. &its 2 pieces….i will come back&take a few stars off. because the math i did…. well that will REALLY mess it up. so hoping for the best. (will know by Thanksgiving)

    Our old sectional couch had a hide-a-bed on one side that, over the years, provided less and less support to the foam cushions over that part. No amount of blankets, towels or pillows under the cushions helped to support my plus size spouse. My AI helped me learn that I needed “FIRM” upholstery foam. Since I’m retired, I didn’t feel I’d be able to buy new inserts for the battered cushion covers and get the covers over large pieces of foam, SO I chose this long piece of upholstery foam MADE IN THE USA and FIRM. I knew I’d need to cut the foam because the area I needed to replace was 60″. this piece comes as 72″. The package came quickly. I knew the vacuum-packed 24x5x72 piece of foam would EXPAND quickly when unpacked, and it did! But it’s not exactly heavy, just awkward to wrangle around the room so I could remove the old couch cushions. I bought this long piece so there would be no break in the middle of the area where my spouse reclines all day. I knew the piece would need to be cut, so I drew a line on one end of the foam, 11 inches in, rather than 12 inches because if it was still too long I could trim it a bit more, but the extra inch turned out to be perfect!!! To cut the foam I used my electric kitchen knife (40 years old) and with slow, steady pressure, I was able to cut the foam in about 2 minutes. The long cushion is a perfect fit! It stands 5 inches tall. The 24″ width tucked under the back cushion just like the original cushions, and fits flush with the front skirt of the couch area! I cover this area with fleece throws (for ease in laundering) so it looks perfectly normal! AND when my spouse sat and then reclined on his new area, his doubtful expression changed to surprise! Wow! The FIRM upholstery foam is supporting his weight. Now he’ll be comfortable all through football season. And I got this wonderful piece of foam for an absolutely wonderful price. No need to buy a new sectional at our age!!! Thank you!

    I purchased this to make a cat bed for my arthritic cat. He no longer feels safe jumping up on my bed and had difficulty jumping down because his back legs/hip area are athritic. My vet has prescribed meds for him, however, his bad experiences with jumping up on furniture means he prefers to sleep on the floor. I have other cats, and so I have a few cat beds. What I wanted was one that he could share with his buddy, who is about the same age. They cuddle up together now on the bed. Here’s how I made the bed.I purchased the foam, then unwrapped it for a few days to “breathe” and then I folded it in half, made a pillowcasing out of an old sheet and a few seams later I had a slipcover for it. Then I wrapped a soft polyester throw over that. I am planning to shop for soft fake fur similar to their other cat beds, to make a pillowcasing. I don’t like using zippers so I will sew on some large snaps (purchased on Amazon and used for lots of other things) so that I can easily take it off to wash.d I am very happy with the quality of the foam. The cats are about 13 lb each and while they snuggle onto the bed, they don’t sink into it. Just the right amount of firmness. I can also sit comfortably on this bed.In the meantime, both cats are happily snuggled up on the cat bed. The bed fits nicely in the corner of our bedroom where we will not stumble over it. This was money well spent!

    This foam is wonderful so far. I’ve been using it a few weeks now as a bed topper! I got the firm, but I should have gotten semi. It’s okay though. The foam squishes, and molds to your body a bit, and when you move, or get up, it bounces back to its original firmness. It’s kinda like magic, really. When I got it, it unrolled really easily, and only took a short time to fully relax (maybe 15-20 mins?). It has been really easy to use, and there’s no nasty smell to it. I have a very keen sense of smell, and am sensitive to the slightly chemical scents. I definitely want to get more of this foam to redo my couch cushions, too. And maybe my chair… ???? This is really great stuff and super reasonably priced!
  • Very Good as Mattress Pad in SUV!
    I’m glad I ordered the Semi-Firm as the Firm would have been to hard for my needs. It came as the correct size that I ordered of 3″H x 24″W x 72″L. I’m using this as a mattress pad in the back of our SUV so I can lay flat on trips longer than 20 min due nerve damage in my spine and pelvis. I had to trim 3″ off the width making it 21″ wide to fit from the trunk through to the passenger side with rear seat laid flat. I had to trim an extra 1″ to make a snug fit around the rear wheel well so it stays in place and straight. Then I cut the long edge in half to give me 2 x 36″L pieces for easy transport and setup. I used this on a trip last week with my head pillow and pillows under my knees and feet. This was very comfortable and was able to fall asleep. BTW- the easiest way to cut foam is with an electric kitchen carving knife which cuts quick with nice straight edges. My wife is good at sewing and will make zippered covers for both pieces to protect the foam and also hide the yellowing that occurs with age. I would definitely recommend this foam product.

    I bought this stuffing to use for small, hand-sized crocheted stuffed animals, and it’s been fantastic. I’ve made about 10 adorable plushies so far and still have plenty left in the bag. The stuffing is soft, light, holds its shape well, and is easy to work with, it doesn’t clump or stick too much together, or poke through stitches.If you’re working on larger items like pillows or big stuffed animals, just keep in mind that you’ll go through it a lot faster,probably only enough for a couple of bigger projects.     Having already tried another zipper repair kit from Amazon that was a total disaster, I was reluctant to try another one. However, I really did not want to discard my costly, heavy duty. tactical packback just because a zipper for a side pocket had broke off.After a little more research on Amazon, I decided on the FixNZip even though it was pricey. But I figured that the higher price was becaue it’s a metal zipper head instead of a plastic one. The fact that Amazon disclosed that it’s a FREQUENTLY RETURNED ITEM did not inspire my confidence. However, detailed reading of many reviews gave me enough confidence to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed. The Fix-N-Aip zipper head is high quality and durable.The directions were easy to follow and straight-forward. My backpack side pocket zipper is the water-proof type. So and as per the directions, I needed to flip the zipper head upside-down before installing it. Apparently, I measured the zipper width correctly because the zipper sides slipped into the Zip-N-Fix zipper head and the zipper teeths engaged perfectly with little effort. I followed the direction to tighten the zipper head and seated the zipper head firmly at the bottom. It took two very short slides up and back to firmly seat the zipper sides inside the zipper head. Then and to my surprise, I was able to easily pull the zipper head all the way to the top of the pocket without any problems. I immediately repeated full open and close for a dozen times with no problems or failures!! The zipper did not split open when I pulled hard on the side of the pocket.Some of the reviewers noted that it doesn’t last long. I hope mine will prove them wrong. If not, I will update my review accoudingly.Thank you Fix-N-Zip for extending the life of my tactical backpack!!I definitely recommed this product!

    Brilliant product, easy to install. Minor frustration when I unwound it too far and it came apart. Simply place the pieces back,and into the zipper as instructions show, tighten to stay on it, and it works beautifully. Even over the teeth that are bent on the corner of my zipper, no hang up! If it doesn’t last long I will update my review. It seems sturdy and even reusable if I need to place it on something else later.
  • Great Product, Great Customer Support!
    So, my initial order was very disappointing. What I received was an already open box with an item inside that was a cheap piece of plastic that clearly wasn’t going to fix my zipper issue. I reached out to their customer support department, via email, and received an immediate response. They were amazing! The problem was not on their end, it was on Amazon’s end. I’m guessing someone had ordered the product and returned it with a fake piece of plastic junk inside the box, and then taped it closed, which Amazon did not check, and then resold it to me. Amazon shipped me a replacement, and the company shipped me another one for the inconvenience. The Fix n Zip company was prompt in their response, as well as shipping me a new piece. As far as the product itself, it works perfectly! It’s easy to install, it looks great, and it’s clearly made of quality material! I will absolutely be ordering more in the future.
  • It works with my O’neill Wetsuit, but you have to pull the zipper very slowly or it gets screwed up
    I’ve surfed a few times now with this replacement zipper and it’s working great! The old zipper had been having issues, and it eventually pulled right off when it was stuck and I was trying to unzip it. The FixnZip arrived quickly, and it took a little fiddling with to figure out how properly attach it, but I had it working in about 10 minutes. The action felt a little stiff and it worried me, so I ordered “Gear Aid Zipper Wax Lubricant Stick for Wetsuits and Drysuits” and rubbed that on the zipper teeth, and that seemed to make the zipper a bit smoother. So now the zipper works better than it had in awhile with the old zipper. Oh, and a tip to move the zipper pull cord to your new zipper. Cut the old plastic zipper pull to remove the pull cord/string and put it on the new zipper (see instructions that show how to open it).UPDATE 1: Turned out I only got a few sessions with the FixnZip until I had problems. I wore my wetsuit surfing yesterday and didn’t realize until I was paddling out that the zipper was entirely open, even though I had no issues zipping it closed. So before I went surfing today, I re-attached the FixnZip, made sure it moved up and down smoothly when I wasn’t wearing it (I added more zipper lubricant, and also found I had to loosen the screw a little bit, or it got stuck), but then when I put on the suit to surf and pulled up be the zipper, it was entirely open again after pulling it up. The wetsuit isn’t very tight or anything, so I don’t know what to think at this point. I don’t know why it worked a few times and then stopped working.UPDATE 2: My rating has gone from 5 stars, to 3 to 4. I decided to try the FixnZip on my wetsuit again, but now I’m super careful when I zip up my suit, which is a little difficult with a back zipper, but I basically just go as slowly as I can. So I’ve had 3 successful surfs now that I’m very careful while zipping up my suit.I also sent FixnZip an email asking if they had suggestions related to my issue and it’s been a week and they haven’t responded.

    I am new to quilting and wanted a good sewing machine for a not so expensive price in case I found out quilting is not for me. This machine is great. Takes time to learn how to thread but once you learn it it is a breeze to use. It seems great . I would recommend this for beginners in sewing. Lightweight and cute. Multiple stitch selections also. Following the YouTube tutorial was also a great help in getting my machine up and running.
  • Solid beginner machine but flimsy spool pin
    I researched beginner-friendly sewing machines before buying, and this model consistently came up alongside the Singer Heavy Duty. My previous machine was a basic Brother that lasted 14 years—I was just tired of threading it manually.This one works great straight out of the box. I did need to watch a few videos to learn the threading, but overall it’s simple and does everything I need. My only concern is the spool pin: on my first Brother, the top pin broke almost immediately, and this one looks just as flimsy since it’s plastic. I’m worried it may break again.
