I’ve only had it for a day, but I’ll update if anything changes.I got mine in “good” condition and so far so good! I was able to turn mine on and sync my iCloud just fine. It loads most things pretty quickly and has great sound in the speakers. There are a couple tiny little darkened spots on the screen but they’re barely noticeable. The charge on it is not perfect, but it’s not bad either. It came with a charging cord and a plug, too. Overall, solid iPad.Something worth mentioning: as of September 2025 the iPad 7th generation (which is what this model is) will no longer receive major IOS updates. It will only receive minor security updates and will not update past IOS 18. So if that’s something important to you, you would need to look at a newer model. For me; it isn’t a problem. Most modern apps will work on it for a long while to come.

Came in 5 days, it wasn’t broken and it works great! The on,y thing is there is this like blue spot but u can barely see it at times, but other than that I’m not disappointed. It’s a huge IPad for a very cheap price, how can u beat that?

Wow! I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger because of some of the reviewers on here saying they got a terrible renewed iPad… I can assure you that the one that I received was in overall 4.5/5 condition. The screen looked brand new, and even the rest of the body didn’t appear to have any sort of defects. The cellular connection I’m getting (Ting Mobile, baby) is as steady as my cell phone (I was a little worried that the cell antenna in these wouldn’t be of great quality, but I’m happy to say it is.)I’ve never owned any iPads, but recently got an iPhone and chose this over other tablets because I know Apple retina displays are actually very nice. Colors come across as vivid. Resolution turned up to the point where you’re really struggling to make out individual pixels, and the screen is bright enough that I’m not struggling to see this in the car. And I bought this because I wanted a nice, big screen to look at when I’m in the car. One note about the display – it’s a 4:3 display rather than the more contemporary 16:9 displays of the Android tablet world. That makes this about a ~9″-9.3″ display when watching content with a 1.777:1 or 1.85:1 aspect ratio which are the standard aspect ratios for films/TV shows (which is why your TV at home is a 16:9 aspect ratio!) Back to car use, the GPS works very well alongside cellular data. There are some cool navigation apps available on Apple, plus now I don’t feel left out when there’s other neat apps for Apple that I can’t get on my Android phone. Also there are actually so many good accessories available for this thing because Apple has a small product line in comparison to the dozens of Android tablets and phones coming out each year from numerous manufacturers which equals lots of accessories with not so many reviews.I chose this specific model because it’s the newest cellular Apple tablet at this price point. As of now, it’s about 2-3 years old. The other ones I found on Amazon around the $200-300 range were as old as 8 years and without cellular, which is why I spent the extra money for something like this. I am happier than I was when I made my impulse buy which is impressive. You really do get a lot of tech for the money. A new 64gb iPad 10.2 with cellular is $459. This is only 32gb, and with a fresh install of iOS you get 23gb available to you. A little worried it won’t be enough for me, but I’ll probably manage.My only con so far is that the battery had a weird glitch. When you’re in a high state of charge, it seems to be discharging at a slow enough rate. I got down to around 40% after using it for about 4 hours after using it to stream Hulu using cell data with full brightness. Then while using it with GPS on and streaming Spotify with full brightness on, it jumped from about 35% down to 20% within a few minutes. I can’t complain too much because this is a 3 year old device about 2/3rds the price of new.I got mine from the seller “techexchangee” – came with a 5v/2.4a charger (or 12 watt) charger plus cable. Shipped in a plain box with lots of bubble wrap. Again, from the outside, I wouldn’t have been able to tell it was renewed.P.S. On Amazon, I found a tablet mount for a car using a CD player and that thing is great. Highly recommend that if you want to use this in a car. It’s the “APPS2CAR universal car mount CD slot” for $20.

It’s honestly not bad for the price. I got the $145 “acceptable” one and there is one tiny pixel missing on the screen and 2 tiny, barely noticeable red spots on the screen as well. My only thing is that it will not charge while I’m using it, but if I’m NOT using it it charges at a pretty regular speed. I just got it for fun, not for work or school. It runs very smooth, no complaints for the good price I got it for. Thanks!

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say when I was shopping for a cheap ipad for my 7 yr old for her birthday i was definitely scared to be scammed. This ipad arrived fast and showed up as if it were a brand new ipad. Not a scratch on it. No broken screen. Battery is good. My kids play on it all the time and the battery hasn’t failed us yet. We have had it for 3 months now. Was easy to set up and update. Works fast like it should. Zero complaints! They packaged it well and even sent a charger. It even showed up fully charged, so that showed me they actually tested it out and made sure it worked before shipping which i really appreciate. If you want to buy a refurbished ipad i recommend this company.

iPad is amazing currently using it right now, it is a 2019 iPad so I don’t expect the greatest quality, but it is definitely worth the price, I use it for my school work and just for daily life activities, it’s perfect for does. The charger that was included stopped working so, if you are getting this iPad I suggest getting a new one or if you have one already you’ll be fine.

Just got it today, refurbished but looks brand new , doing the software update right now which is a pretty normal thing. I am on a tight budget and need one for a teaching device and I also use YouTube a lot so this should be a very handy tool for me. Better than trying to move around with a laptop and can see the screen much better than a phone. By reputation I understand that these are very sturdy devices, when I took it out of the package it showed 23% charge , it included the charging block and the cable btw and it charged up fast to 99%, I’m pretty excited about having this new device and believe it will make my life easier, I also read a lot from my Kindle so I now have a bigger screen which is really nice , I’m not getting younger for sure and my vision is not what it used to be lol !I never thought I’d need one of these but I’m actually glad the need arose as I need it for bible teaching and I can also use it for so many other things.

Great refurbished iPad. Came looking like a brand new iPad, only had one minor scratch around the charger port, but with a case on it now you never see it. Loads up super fast like a brand new iPad would. Was quick and easy to set up and is lightweight.

I pad was Renewed excellent condition. The screen was like new and the body was like new. An excellent device should have at least 80% or better battery life. I tested the 1 pad I received and I found it to have 75% battery life. Apple claims 10 hours. The reality is 8 hours and the i pad I received had 6 hours. A charging cable was included but there was no charger. I would have given them 5 stars if the the battery was just a little better and a charger was included

It works great for an older iPad. It has glitched a few times nothing major though. Didn’t come in a box which is okay but might not be if you’re gifting it.

The Ipad is in excellent condition. Just remember Apple like Google only supports their devices for about 5 years. An Amazon Fire tablet is a good choice, but it lacks access to Google’s Playstore. I hope Jeff will allow this at some point. I’m looking forward to the Leo internet service, for now it just Starlink. Robinhood is a great place to invest in Amazon! Hope Jeff will include this in the Amazon Prime Membership ???? package!

I wouldn’t say this is excellent condition. There’s quite a few dents and chips in the exterior and it’s very slow and laggy. The battery life is not great either, it takes a while to charge and dies very quickly.

iPad came in very good condition with only some sticky residue on the back from a small sticker but it was easy to get off. Only cons are the charger and the battery life. The charger it came with didn’t work but luckily I had another one on hand. Battery life isn’t the best as it does get warm after a bit of use and the charging time does take awhile. Other than that the iPad is great and doesn’t really lag for what I use it for. I will say though I will be getting the battery professionally replaced at a local shop near me to improve the device. I recommend this iPad for affordability and for product condition.

Bought from the seller PDI MOBILE. Very pleased! Battery lasts pretty good but that’s because I always use low power mode even on my iPhone. You can tell it’s refurbished but not in an obvious way, just little subtle things. I think it’s great quality and will last me a long time. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s definitely worth the what I paid. Should have bought one a long time ago! Only thing I wasn’t happy about was when I got it the tablet was turned on and battery was about to die so had to charged it for a while but I think it took longer because the wall block they give you with the iPhone charger chord I wouldn’t recommend using. The block gets hot when I had it charging which I think can damage your battery so I used the chord they gave and one of my own blocks to plug the chord in and it started charging faster and it wasn’t hot even again after I used my own.. I would just advise people to use their own wall block for the charger chord so you don’t mess anything up. Other than that small issue I’ve had no issues! Love love love this iPad.

When it arrived it arrived with no battery. Took about and hour or two of being connected before it turned on. Charges pretty slow, however the battery life lasts very long. My daughter used it all day for roblox and YouTube and at the end of the day it was at 30% battery life. Tablet was in good condition looked completely brand new. Had to run an update to get the ipad up to date but thats fine. Over all 10/10 I would recommend.

This iPad was in amazing condition and looked better than expected. Packaging was well done and was very secure when I received it. Battery life was great and kept charge really well. Battery loss when the screen was not in use was minimal. Overall better experience than I expected. Worked right out of the box and had all the specs you expected.I did end of returning the iPad after a few weeks because I ran across a few apps that would not run with the older iOS. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have kept it. Not a mark on it, front or back. It has 90% of battery storage power. Everything works just like a brand new unit. I’m as happy as a sissy at the YMCA!

I only kept the iPad for a few days, but it was good. Nothing wrong with the item itself. It lit right up, and setup was quick, easy, and straightforward. The item arrived on time and in good condition. The appearance was like new, with no scratches on the front or back. It’s a bit different working with tech this old (2018 I think), but It’s not difficult. The value/price ratio of this iPad can’t be doubted.The only problem was the 32GB storage capacity. That filled up pretty quickly, and you know that when that happens error messages start popping up. Anyway I returned this iPad and ordered one of the same model but with 128GB capacity. I’ve received it and everything I said above applies to this one as well. Maybe I’ll review this one someday.

it came with No scratches Like new at the beginning it did something at beginning when trying to getit started i beleive it was waiting for it to finish the process but its already fix it works fine , i had it now for a while and i can say its working super Good no problems at all screen is big as well i did purchased a glass screen protector which they are really Good and a cover toprotect the tablet that are proof for it in case it droped. which it did droped ones and nothing happen to it. there was this time i tried it for downloading i believe it was doordash and because of the version i could not download it but i just went to internet no big deal , but all other apps games ettc i have been able to download used it ettc . DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IPAD UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND ON USING IMESSAGE OR FACETIME.I purchased this 9.7 inch 5th generation iPad for my son’s birthday. I received my package on time, which I was eager to get it set up and wrapped for his big day! Luckily, I had not procrastinated and had time to get it together. I was able to set the iPad up quickly with ease until I approached iMessage and FaceTime. iMessage and FaceTime both continued to display an activation error. I contacted Apple support to correct the issue. Apple stated my account (that I just made only an hour before) had been blocked for spam and to submit a request to have it unblocked. I followed the directions and waited 24 hours as directed. Apple never reached back out to me so I contacted them again, same outcome. I decided to create yet another new Apple account thinking it couldn’t be blocked for spam as it was brand new. Yet again, it was also blocked for spam and unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime. I reached out to customer service yet again. Followed the directions for a third time. This time I was given a reference number and instructed to contact them again if I did not hear back. Of course as fate would have it, I did not hear back so I contacted them as instructed. This time I was able to get a senior tech on the phone. The senior tech and I decided we would trouble shoot by creating another new Apple account (this was my 3rd one) on my MacBook to determine if it was the iPad or the Apple account that was causing the problem. The account activated perfectly on my MacBook so it was time to test the iPad. I logged in as I had before and unfortunately the iMessage and FaceTime still could not be activated. Apple support then informed me that the iPad operational system was outdated and could not support iMessage and FaceTime as it was too old. I then submitted for return as the iPad did not work to its full ability. I received my mailing label and dropped it off at the UPS store. Seven days later the seller informed me that additional action was needed to which I complied and followed every direction perfectly. It was then I was finally issued my refund of $8.54 which was the tax I had paid on the iPad. The seller charged a $87 and some change restocking fee, the exact price of the iPad itself. I did reach out to them to determine the reason for the lack of refund, but never heard back.EDIT: I have finally heard back from the seller and they did indeed issue a full refund. If you have issues stay on top of customer service and they will do right by you eventually.Now that you know my experience with this seller and this product, I hope you think twice about your purchase.The overall condition of the physical I pad was great, but functionality was not what I was looking for!!!

The first iPad had a screen issue when we opened it but I reached out to the company and a amazing representative name Gabriel went above and beyond to help process the replacement and get the old sent back , the new had been great and 10/10 we do recommend

If you are looking to purchase an iPad and don’t want to spend tons of money this is the iPad. This is actually the second time I have purchased this particular refurbished iPad. My 5 year old grandson accidentally broke the screen to the first one. Now with this one I bought the insurance. He typically uses it when he comes to visit me on the weekends so I don’t want to spend tons of money on a brand new iPad. The set up on this was super easy. The tablet is in excellent condition. 128GB is the perfect amount of storage for me. With my first one I only used half the storage. Now with this one, I decided to only add the apps that I really used on the iPad before so definitely using less storage.

I am new to Apple, so fumbled around a lot. Upgraded from software 16 to 20 something. Seems to work as it should. I worry about the obvious wear and tear in and around the Lightening socket. Battery is good. Screen is perfect. Button shows wear.

Works perfectly, was very easy to set up. There is one ding on the side, and some scratches on the screen which I only saw when I took the screen protector off to replace it with a matte protector. All of this was to be expected since I bought refurbished. Well worth the money, saved me about 200 to buy refurbished. Came with a charger and charger block which I appreciated, and was wrapped very nicely in bubble wrap. Very happy!

I can binge 7 episodes back to back and still have additional life. To play games.I had a 2nd gen Pencil that works beautifully with the Mini. Im glad that I got 256. I think it made a difference. I can load all of my apps and my 20,000+ pics and still have roomI don’t know how I lived without it before. I don’t think I’ll ever get a new device ever again! I was skeptical on buying a used IPAD on amazon. I ended up buying one on amazon premium because it had a 1 year warranty. It cost more however this IPAD looks and works well. We will have to see if it all works out.

There wasn’t a charger included despite the advertisement listing it. I can work around that as I have other non-Apple chargers.The installed OS was IpadOS 15.6.1 which is 3 years old. I did an initial update to 18.7.1 which took a very long time.

Ipad is great I have no complaints, I use it every day. Battery stays up all day and charges kinda slow but otherwise good. Setup was easy, picture quality is perfect, & it has no scratches so far. I got a case for it though (plz dont get an ipad without a case)

Battery was completely dead upon arriving. I changed ipad for over 5 hrs and it only got to 85% Battery charge before I disconnected it. That tells me the battery life is very low and will not last very long. Returning this junk that seller says it was good.
