Very compact unit. Runs beautifully. Well designed. Very quick. Usual Apple excellent quality. Need to get the increased gram as well as as an external hard drive, since the storage is really inadequate. The only downside is the poorly placed on off button underneath the unit. You also really need an ad on docking station to get enough ports. Excellent product.

4K support. Good speeds and gaming works well. Played graphic intense games with decent fps. The power button placement is awkward to press underneath. I bought a dock that helps with pressing the button and added extra NVMe storage, USB’s & etc.

Powerhouse of a tiny machine.I got it for Art and Music/Video editing. And it is a dream come true.The storage capacity is a bit on the lower end, and any upgrade jumps the price significantly, but just get a decent SSD external, or a Dock that handles interior hard drives and your golden.For what you get, at the price, I can’t imagine a better deal.Only draw backs is there are so few ports you have to get a dock.

I purchased the base model, so far so good. I’m not too sure if its because it’s the base model or if its the buggy updates that apple has been throwing out but I have been having SOME laggy experiences here and there. Not all the time, maybe 3-4 times now this month. Most likely it’s the software update glitches.This thing is really small, and was impressed by the size of it. Never thought I would have a full on PC on my desk.I do think it’s a bummer that the power button was added on the bottom, not the worst but not the greatest either, especially since I like to shutdown my electronics.I think that the base model is a great fit if you’re not looking at doing crazy amounts of work. I’m using it as an office PC and it handles well. If I’m ever in the need of more storage, it’s really simple to connect an external storage. Fun fact, apps can be pushed to be downloaded onto external storages if they are greater than 1GB automatically.I do wish apple made these in different colors, a black one would look so much better than the silver one.

I’ve been using it for about a month, and I’m really impressed. It’s super fast — apps open instantly, and everything runs smoothly, even when I have a bunch of things going at once. The fan is whisper-quiet, and the little box barely takes up any space on my desk.It works perfectly with my iPhone and iPad — I can copy something on one device and paste it on another, share files instantly with AirDrop, and keep everything synced through iCloud. The overall experience feels seamless and very “Apple.”My only real complaint is the storage. The base 256GB SSD fills up quickly, especially if you store photos, videos, or big projects. I purchased this computer after my laptop died a few months ago. It’s a great little upper mid grade starter PC but keep in perspective that it is an office grade PC repurposed for gaming use. The graphics card in it is a bit outdated, but the space provided in the case makes switching it out simple. The build itself on the inside is so well organized! Also, the storage gets a little crowded if you’re downloading games but they leave you a port to easily plug in extended storage, which was nice of them to do for us so we don’t have to worry with creating a space or messing around with wires. The peripherals that came with the computer are also fine. The monitor is decent in quality. Plenty big enough for a smaller desk setup. The keyboard and mouse I did not use because I had better quality ones already but I passed them down to my teenager and they’re really not bad. The headphones that came with it really left something to be desired though. I am not a large framed woman, I regularly use children’s headsets without trouble and this one was not comfortable for me. If you’re a larger person definitely purchase a separate headset for your own comfort. The WiFi dongle was included and pre-installed. The RGB panel is an add on, but it is pretty and I like that I can choose to not have it on at all. I use this computer every day for extended periods of time and not once have I ever had an issue with it until last week when the power supply stopped working (even though it was always plugged into a surge protector with grounding so it wasn’t a user issue). In my personal opinion the 60W power supply is immensely under rated for this unit so that may be something you want to know. It’s a bit disappointing because it wouldn’t have added much to the price to use a higher rated power supply that suited better for everything this unit has going on but again, I try to keep in perspective that this is a repurposed unit. I emailed the company on the service sticker and they got back to me within minutes and had me trouble shoot it myself first. They sent me very detailed instructions, which I really appreciated. When those didn’t work they did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It was such a smooth process and only took a week total to get me a new unit sent out. You’re really getting bang for your buck with this computer, even if it isn’t the best one around it is probably the best one at this particular price point. Also, you can’t put a price tag on their customer service because that alone was such a pleasant surprise.

Be Sure to buy your own USB Bluetooth chip because I didn’t pay attention and I realized when I got my stuff that it does not come. With one. There also is no hdmi port for a screen so if you want to get another screen you’ll need an adapter, the ports are on the photo. As for the gaming experience with this PC it’s pretty basic. Don’t expect much heavy duty gaming with it. It runs games like Roblox good and other basic games but when it comes to games like valorant or CSGO or rocket league, (I’m just giving you examples of games), it runs them horribly if it can even run them just based off of the components of the PC you will be able to tell that. they will hardly be able to run them. When it comes to everything else like meetings, browsing the Internet, office Work, it’s really good at that and it turns on and off really fast and loads everything pretty fast. As for the accessories, the headset, keyboard and mouse are absolutely horrible if you are gaming you should definitely get youre own keyboard, mouse and headset if you have the money. Just basic $6-$10 gaming mouses and $15 gaming keyboards are much much better than the ones in bundle. Same thing with the headset to the sound quality is horrible. The monitor screen is not that bad but also not that good so depending on what you like I would tinker with the brightness and contrast settings to see if you like it darker or lighter and depending on your angle of light there’s always going to be a slightly dark corner at the left or right side of the screen on your monitor it mostly depend depends on which angle you have it though.

BUYER BEWARE. Worked well for about 1.5 years, but then the hard drive just… kicked the bucket. The computer would not turn on. Spent $200 to replace it with a local business, but less than a month later it has AGAIN stopped working. I bought this item because it was cheap and seemed like a great deal, but now I wish I’d spent FAR more money on a reputable computer with real tech support.

This is great for my son who loves playing Roblox and Minecraft runs smoothly and is a great price plus on top of the 2 year protection plan I purchased is also comes with a manufacture warranty which is a plus

This was a great buy as it comes with everything you need to start up a gaming computer. However, the cord that came to connect the monitor to the modem was not compatible, so I had to purchase a new one. We purchased as a Christmas gift and it took a lot to get a cable to make it work on Christmas Eve. But it worked fine up until 1 month ago. Monitor keeps going black, flickering on and off. I changed our monitor and got a new AC Adapter. Computer continues to flash black off and on. So much that my son can’t see what is happening during game play. I am outside of my return window so there isn’t anything I can do. I wouldn’t recommend buying reused/renewed. I think it’s best to just buy something new as we don’t know what the issue was/is with used devices. Was it a great purchase initially yes, would I buy renewed again no. Should Amazon allow a year for issues on used items. Yes they should. It protects the buyer on a used product.Updating my review: I did this, and it seems to have stopped the flashing off screen – Refresh the graphics driver: Press Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B at the same time. Your screen will flash, and this refreshes the graphics driver, which can resolve the issue. Hopefully this resolves all issues.

I have had my new KAMRUI GK3 PLUS for several days now, and I must say it has been a delightful surprise coming from an older version of Windows and an older desktop computer. What a breath of fresh air! It is about the size of a double decker grilled cheese sandwich with double decker performance. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed….not an untamed blur, but very very manageable. I don’t do all the performance testing of professionals, just my own tests in comparison of all the computers I have owned over the years. This KAMRUI is the fastest Windows machine I have owned personally. Of course I have not owned the most expensive gaming machines or some of the more expensive video editing computers, but I have always bought and ran low to mid-level consumer computers for home use, and I can say this one outperforms all the others (I personally) have owned. Of course technology moves fast, and the mini is a good example of that. It was very easy to set up, although the updates did take 45 minutes or so, and I did them without any peripherals attached except a keyboard.Since the original updates, it has asked me to update a couple times since, and I did quickly and without a hitch. So far, not a single freeze up, just a clean running computer. I run a lot of YouTube videos, and they are crystal clear, do not freeze, buffer, or distort. I also do desktop publishing and most other office type requirements without any problem at all so far. If the saying “You get what you pay for” is really true, then it is doubly true with this KAMRUI mini computer. For $149-$169 dollars, I just don’t see where one could go wrong for the AVERAGE use of a home computer. All peripherals work as they should including stand alone DVD/RW read/write and burn. Works great. Keyboard, mouse, monitor, external hard-drive, and printer are all working flawlessly. I’m impressed by the performance of KAMRUI’s package in such a small form. Will it perform as well as an Intel i9…..no, it wasn’t meant to. Price one of those.Five stars from this user, because for me, it lives up to the description listed on Amazon. I hope anyone that reads this and buys one, finds the same satisfaction I have. I took a chance on the mini as opposed to going back to a cumbersome tower and all that, and I am a happy camper so far. Longevity? Only time will tell, as with all and anything electronic.

This one hit the sweet spot. The N95 version stays much cooler than the N97 units and performs really well for daily use. I’ve used it for web browsing, streaming, and light productivity tasks without any lag or heat issues. It’s quiet, boots fast, and easy to mount behind a monitor. Definitely keeping this one — a solid mini PC for both home and business. Even it has a mini sd card reader and multiple USB ports.

Love that it’s portable. Works very well and the set up was easy. Windows 11 was took almost three hours to to upload but had no problems like some reviewers mentioned. Works just as well as tower models for a fraction of the price.

This is a great mini PC. For the price, it’s unbeatable. Super easy to hook up, it comes with a power cable and a HDMI cable. I used my own HDMI but it’s nice that it came with one in case I didn’t have one. It fits under my monitor riser perfectly and I like the small footprint.I got this because I was using my laptop as a desktop and then having to unhook everything to take it with me when I need to leave my desk, which was annoying. I didn’t want to spend a lot and honestly, I really use this for word processing, emails, and light photo work. So I’m not gaming and I’m not stressing the RAM at all really. It’s ‘snappy’ as a lot of other reviews have commented, but it is not as fast as my LG Gram. Granted, my LG Gram was like 800 bucks and it’s got twice the RAM and hard drive. So, again, not a fair comparison.The only downside, *actual* downside, that I found is the wifi. I don’t know if it’s a software or hardware issue…I know others have commented on it as well, it’s true, the wifi does *weird* things. I am literally five feet from my router. None of my other devices will have an issue, just the mini pc. It will go from three bars of wifi down to two then to one then just the little dot, if I turn the wifi off, then back on, presto-fixo- it works again. If that doesn’t do it, I have to restart the computer which takes like a single minute to do. The point is though, I notice it when I’m trying to send an email or watch a video clip for work, and it’s super annoying to have to shut off the wifi and turn it back on again to get it to work. It wasn’t as common right when I set everything up. It took it a week to really start up as a repeat issue, but now I’m worried I’m going to be battling the wifi for as long as I keep this. Just today I’ve had to toggle it off and on four times. Since other reviewers have the same issue, I’m not sure getting a replacement will help. This will do for now, I’ll suck it up and deal with it, but I don’t know that I would buy this again because of the wifi problem.

Overall Great PC.Pros:Performance is amazingStays cool even after a few hours play time.Is able to run just about any game or high stress software with minimum issue.And has just the right amount of RGB lights to not be to annoying.Cons:The included keyboard and mouse are the cheapest Dell ones you can find. Wish I at least got Alienware Branded ones. Doesnt even need to be super special.There is an odd buzzing sound from the power cable on occasion. It seems like when the amount on power going through the multi-plug bar its plugged into changes when something is turned on or off is what causes it. But not exactly sure on what causes it.

Wow…This thing is fast. I wish my work place would entertain on providing these PC for daily use instead of just a regular laptop. It processes my 30 meg Excel files in a blink.

This is definitely the best PC I’ve ever owned. Dell really makes Alienware live up to it’s name. Its out of this world. Its quick, snappy and smooth with its Windows 11 home. Nice exterior design. And a superior graphics card is all I look for when it comes to performance. Its also fairly affordable, as long as it’s on sale. Still got my money’s worth though.

Nothing but issues with this PC. I got it early September and it is now late october, constant power supply issues and now it’s telling me my bios is corrupted (probably due to power supply issues.) I haven’t done anything sketchy with this rig and when it works it runs games great but every update it bricks for an hour or two. I dont recommend this PC especially at this price point.

I’m really happy with this purchase.Let me just give the tldr for those who want to move on quickly. I purchased the Ultra 9 RTX 5080 version for $2399 when it was on sale. I was extremely nervous because the only reviews at the time were Amazon Vine Reviews.When I received it, I had to install MS home and immediately HWINFO’d it. Everything was exactly as advertised. Bonus! Wifi 7 and bluetooth 5.3 (LMP 13.16777).I really couldn’t find any bloatware other than what Microsoft installs. There are things Dell installs like their usual Support Assist but I don’t really consider that bloatware.This unit is insanely quiet and installing my 16TB HDD, 4tb nvme took less than 5 minutes. You can search Youtube for Alienware Aurora ACT1250 on how to do this.My only complaint is that even though it said it was shipped and sold by Amazon, I received it from USPS in the end so I had to take the day off now knowing when it will arrive.

Pretty much as expected except native language Portuguese and preinstalled windows 11 also Portuguese!!!. I spent 2hours trying to convert to English without success so took to my computer guy who spent afternoon with no luck. He finally dumped windows 11 and reinstalled. That fixed it for the most part but still will have certain things pop in Portuguese. Wonder where seller sourced this unit? Maybe explains good price, most of which negated by paying computer tech .

LOVE this computer! I’ve never had a liquid cooled computer before but after owning this one, I’ll never own anything but liquid cool. It is insanely quiet!!!! It boots up and is ready for work in mere seconds. Out of the box I basically just plugged in my monitors and turned it on. This is a solid computer. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Unless the buyer is a trained computer technician there is no way the buyer will be able to install and get the computer running.It took about two and a half hours for my technician to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. No instructions were included.

I received this computer, it worked fine for about a week or so. Then it just crashed and I did everything I knew how to get it to come back on. It Wouldn’t, so I contacted HP and they sent me a couple things to try. I did this and computer still didn’t work. So I sent it back cuz it was dead and wouldn’t restart. So I know sometimes QC doesn’t check to make sure that everything works the way it should, but in this case I believe it failed due to a bad motherboard. so these things can happen I know I used to build computers.

Set up was easy. This replaces my old computer and it is definitely better visually and the speed of its performance is much appreciated. I am glad that I purchased this computer.

Ordered on Saturday and received on Monday. I was using my 10″ tablet all weekend after my refurbished Dell Optiplex 990 took a dive after 4 &1/2 years. I have to say getting use to Windows 11 is easier than I thought. This PC starts up almost immediately and is so darn quite I had to look to make sure it was on. The only thing that bothered me was all the icons on my home screen taskbar were half the size and impossible to make out without using my mouse to hover over them to see what they were, and all the icons on the left side were almost all the way to the left. I finally messed around and fixed that problem. It will take me a while to figure everything out but I am looking forward to it using this Dell PC and my 32″ Samsung curved monitor. Even the online movies look sharper. Why buy new when you can save loads of money on these. I also bought the extra warranty just in case.

This computer had the features I needed to step up from Windows 10. The i5-8500 CPU is 8th generation but without TPM 2.0 that MS recommends, not an issue for me. The DVD player works fine. The case is in as new condition. I chose to purchase this unit from STG based on their good reviews. Set up was easy just follow the instructions and chose your options. The packaging was good to prevent damage. Takes a while to get a feel for Windows 11.

The CPU arrived on time, very easy to set up, had some issue down loading from the cloud. That took a little long than I expected. Looks like it was new, everything is working except my email, but that was an issue on my Windows 10. It’s about half the size of my old CPU very, very quiet. We only use the unit to pay bills and banking, no gaming, no photo storage:etc. Happy so far.

I just finished setting it up. It seems to work well. I am bit used to it. It will take me a few weeks to be able to really speak about it.

Especially as my Trusty Old W7 desktop finally bit the dust after a mere 13 years of flawless service.Jumping 3 generations hasn’t been without teething however, mostly WHERE DID THEY PUT THIS?As I’m not a power user, this machine suites my Just Fine!

Very please with my Dell 3060 refurb desktop supplied by SkyTech Global. Unit arrived in a couple of days and was easy to set up. Performance seems good, hard to beleive its a refurbished computer didn’t find any dents scratches etc. Would definitely buy from this supplier again for my computer needs

When I saw the price for this seemingly exceptionally gifted computer at first I thought it ($304) was a typo before I noticed the word “Renewed”. Now normally I don’t buy “refurbished” or “renewed” items because I’ve found in the past when I have virtually every time eventually I figure out why the item was returned to begin with because the defect makes itself known through use but I had a good feeling, took a chance, bought it and so far it seems to have been a wise decision. It’s only been a couple of days now since I set it up but so far I haven’t found anything to keep it from being a great deal other than it seems to take a little time to boot from cold. You’ve got to be kidding me, a Dell computer with an i5 Intel processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD and Windows Pro for $304??? I pay more for my cable bill every month!. Let’s see how it pans out in a couple of months but I have a feeling this one will turn out to be just fine.

This little desktop is a powerhouse! Set up was easy, and the desktop is superfast – no lag time with simultaneously running more-than-multiple applications at the same time. I don’t anticipate purchasing another desktop for a long-long time, but I would definitely purchase this one again should the need arise.

So my original plan was to pick up some parts and build my mom a new desktop PC as her old Haswell-era Dell was pretty outdated and was going to have issues with Windows 11. Mom doesn’t need anything spectacular, but she tends to keep her computers for a long time, so I didn’t want to go too low end. I was originally planning on doing an AM5 build with a Ryzen 7 7900X or 8700G, mid-range B650/B650-E mobo, 32GB RAM, and a 2TB NVMe SSD, cheapish case, and a ~600W PSU in case this computer would ever get fitted with a discrete GPU. I thought that a price ceiling of $800 would get me there using all new parts. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t quite get everything for that price ( I ended up at over $950). Also considered a similar i7 build which was a little cheaper, but still a bit over $800.But then I found this Dell desktop for sale on Prime Day. For the price, the specs looked good; Arrow lake i7, 32GB RAM, and 1TB NVMe. for around $770. That’s not a bad deal at all, and you’d be hard pressed to build yourself one for that amount of money.You get the tower itself, which isn’t really what I’d call full-sized, a cheap chicklet keyboard, and a cheap/very light mouse. There isn’t too much in the way of pre-installed shovelware. But there are some McAfee products that you’ll probably want to uninstall right off the bad. The RAM is a single 32GB stick which surprised me, and you get an OEM spec NVMe SSD. There is an open slot for another stick of RAM, but no expansion options for another M.2 SSD. There is a SATA port so presumably you could add another SATA SSD if you wanted to. The stock NVMe SSD is one of those really short ones like you would find in a Steam deck, but it should be able use the longer/more common M.2. SSDs if you ever wanted to swap it out.The stock PSU is a measly 180 watts and only bronze rated at that, so a discrete GPU is going to be a big ask here. And as you may have guessed it’s not a standard ATX PSU nor does the motherboard have the standard ATX power connectors. With that said, there are apparently some specific aftermarket PSUs that are compatible with this case and motherboard, and you can supposedly get up to a 460 watt PSU if you look hard enough. That would be enough PSU for a discrete GPU with around a 200-250-ish watt TDP. So something like an RTX 5060 ti or RX 9060 XT would be doable with a PSU upgrade. But you’d also have to make sure the card could physically fit because the case used here isn’t exactly spacious, and you’d probably want to throw in an extra intake and exhaust fan while you’re at it. Right out of the box though, this isn’t an ideal gaming computer at all. The potential is there with the afore mentioned PSU upgrade, but there are probably better options if you’re into gaming.But for everyday use this thing is absolutely fine, it’s quiet, boots up quickly, and is very snappy in typical use. I was able to get it up and running within minutes. For the price I got it for on Prime day, I really can’t complain. It’s not a computer that I would buy for myself, but for my mom who just needs something reliable and easy to use, you really can’t go wrong.

I originally bought one Dell Slim PC, loved it, then bought another a few days later (for a $100 increase in price) to replace 2 old Windows 10 PCs that couldn’t upgrade to Windows 11. I found out Microsoft would extend our Win10 licenses so I kept the first PC and returned the 2nd the same day it arrived, in the same original packaging, completely unopened and undamaged. When 2nd unit was returned, vendor claimed there was damage in return transit (not my fault) and charged me $72.60 restocking fee. I discussed this unfair charge with Customer Service and it was very happily and satisfactorily resolved.

Have not had a chance to review this computer’s performance, but upon taking it out of the box have decided that it just does not meet my needs. It does not have a VGA port, which is no big deal because they make adapters to connect either the hdmi or display port a vga cable. Also, there are no speaker hookups on the back, which would necessitate the purchase of a separate sound card to hook up external speakers. Also, there are not internal hard drive expansion bays….I use a second hard drive solely for the purpose of storing our hundreds of photos. This can be alleviated by the purchase of an external enclosure, but again that would be yet another post-purchase expenditure to achieve maximum usability. Another thing that is lacking is an optical drive (dvd/cd): and although my internal inspection may have been brief, I did not see any onboard SATA connections that would be needed to install one, let alone an expansion bay for installation of one. Again, this could be remedied with the purchase of an external drive.I will be returning this computer, not necessarily for any issues regarding the quality, but my own shortsightedness. should have read the product description more.

Very happy with this unit. I consulted with AI-(ChatGPT5) for comparison with three other similarly priced units. The “Intel Core Ultra 5-225 Processor” apparently outperformed all three without an Ultra Intel Core. ie. “A site “Technical City” claims Ultra 5-225 outperforms i5-14400 by ~23% based on aggregated benchmarks. That figure is optimistic, but likely reflects favorable benchmarks / test conditions.” I’m a senior citizen. I am not a gamer or developer. I am a simple man. I like speed and efficiency for all the regular stuff plus high efficiency for Microsoft Excel. This unit more than delivers!

I had best buy Geek Squad to come out to set up my new Dell Slim desktop computer and the Geek Squad computer technicians said to me that this is a good computer and that was all I needed to hear from the Geek Squad techniciansThe people who work on and with computers daily. Yes, to me this Dell slim desktop windows 11 computer is well wort the value for the price and I very pleased with my choice of windows 11 by Dell slim desktop computer.

I gave up on the fairly new all-in-one computer I had as it just didn’t operate the way I prefer. I went to this desktop computer with a non-touch (hated that) monitor (another brand) and am very pleased with the results. This desktop is “quick and fast” per booting up and running programs, as well. Having had previous bad luck with Dell computers, I was hesitant to purchase this one…but the good deal I got was worth trying it; so glad I did! I highly recommend this desktop computer with its Intel processor.

Ryzen 7 PRO 6850H model.Very fast CPU. GPU is nice too considering the price. Runs cool on balanced setting. Works great with Linux and Windows11. I haven’t tried it yet with oculink (PCIe 4x). All I could ask for is a PCIe 16x port for connecting an external discrete GPU via a ribbon cable.

Bought it for my boyfriend. He uses it for light gaming (mostly WOW and Eden Eternal) He does some heavy gaming (Cyberpunk 2077 and Dying Light 2) on medium graphics. Good price/quality ratio. It is compact, and can transport it easily.I do some light photo editing in this computer too. No issues. Good performing. The only thing is that, because it is small, it will heat up easily.

Excellent little guy!!! After having to return an earlier version of the mini pc due to networking issues, I contacted the company to ask if they had any pc’s outfitted with Intel network cards. They swiftly responded and pointed to this model which I ordered forthwith.Quiet, small and unobtrusive, it runs my firewall and wireless quickly and with no drops in connectivity.If you should have need of an AMD Ryzen box with dual Intel LAN cards onboard, I would recommend you take a look at this one.Maybe not the cheapest, but the company’s responsive support is worth an awful lot when it comes to where you spend your hard-earned cash and the value that you get.

EDIT – 4/18 Things seem to work well now, also I was not able to get Debian installed but I think Ubuntu Mint was working ok. Marvel Rivals when hard to compile shaders and crashed when started with a ton of crap in the background but after a reboot was running at 40% CPU, 80C and was too busy playing to catch GPU temp/usage. Ran very smoothly but I would guess 45-60fps tops.So this seems to be a great device for my needs. You probably won’t run Cyber Punk on Ultra here but I have heard you can host a private WoW server with 500 bots running as well as run 3 different browsers with 1 running YouTube/Prime movies and another running Twitch and the system utility stays at about 40-50% CPU usage and 70-80% RAM usage on a 32 Gb Ram machine, CPU hit’s 65-70C and GPU hit’s 55-60C. No issues with lagging components unless it is internet/waterfox related. I will try out Marval Rivals and a few other FTP games and update this in a month ish. I will also try to grab power consumption a little later as well I just had a super customer service experience(see below) that was in touch multiple times through out the issue so wanted to provide feed back now.I have another mini AMD PC and I highly recommend installing the AMD Adrenalin software as I had Video issues on my other system before installing the updated CPU drivers. I did install that when first getting the system and have not had the same video issues(also stopped getting video issues on the other system so I put that on bad initial drivers from AMD).PREVIOUS ISSUESI have no clue if it works. Came with a bad SSD. Customer service is pretty responsive but “Estimated delivery time: 8-13 working days.” so I have 2 to 3 weeks before I know if the product works. Going to order a replacement SSD and will install Linux on it to make sure it functions and everything seems to work ok.

nice build, very sturdy yet elegant. The computer works just fine. I does not include a sound output, but that is not a problem. Other than that, I’m playing windows games for the first time in 15 years since I moved to Mac. Is a nice change. I highly recommend it.

Great value in terms of a mini pc that takes care of my needs. I needed a mini pc that could game as well as to use my graphics software including some 3d modeling software. The mini pc runs smoothly and effectively. Running core temp, a temperature recording software, the mini pc shows that it runs at a cooler 80s Celsius while running a graphics intensive game (Marvel Rivals). I’m sure that this PC will be my main workhorse for the next 5+ years. On the otherhand, the size is small and the form factor is something I appreciate for my smaller work place set up. In terms of ports, it’s decently stacked to take on all the peripherals I have. Overall, I have no complaints.

Bought two. One had wifi adapter issues that could not be addressed and it was past the return window. Pretty disappointing.

This GMKtec M7 performs very nicely.After five months the CPU cooling fan started making noise. GMKtec support was very responsive in helping me to resolve the issue. I did not wish to setup another pc so I requested assistance in acquiring the fan. Support asked for a short video of the problem and my address, then they expeditiously shipped me both fans for my system. After a 10 minute install my M7 is working well.

I love my new HP Computer! It was easy to set up and get my information transferred from my old computer! I’ve always had HP computers because of their quality, speed, value for your money and exceptional functionality! I highly recommend this computer!

Quick response, vivid colors & the touch screen is great although I don’t use it often. The only complaint I have is that it takes me awhile to find the things I had on my previous computer(windows 10). Maybe after getting use to this & taking the time to set upmy home page it will all be ok. It’s a great size & was very easy to connect. although I don’t use the graphics & only play solitaire, the quality is great. I really don’t have anything bad to say about this computer & would buy it again, The price was reasonable. It is very sturdy on the desk, doesn’t move at all & it is adjustable.

Awesome Desktop! I love how quick it is!! My old computer was like molasses. I didn’t like the mouse and keyboard that came with it so I am using my old Logitech ones. They work well with the desktop.It looks great! I love the white it is clean! There was a strange thing that I couldn’t x out of something with the mouse but then just used the touch screen and voila! it worked!!I love having no cords that I would have to figure out how to connect to a tower!! All around a great desktop computer!

The computer work fine out of the box, which was previously open and looked used. When I was loading the software, Word, PDF, etc. the computer Blue screened, It would not got back to the original restore point. Since there is no USB software to reinstall, it is not possible to start fresh. I’m glad it happened while I could still return it. The seller has had the return for a week, and there is still no refund. I would not buy this again. Very, Very disappointed in the product and the seller.

I love this all in one desktop computer. The screen goes from edge to edge. It has a wonderful thin design The graphics are beautiful. It is fast with very good sound. The camera is out of sight but very easy to pull up when needed. I can be sure no one is watching me ever. It boots right away. It was easy to set up. The only thing I didn’t like was the keyboard and the mouse. they felt a little awkward. I ended up buying a new one, but that’s OK. I think I got a great bargin for the price.

Incredible little machine! I’m a repeat GMKtec customer and I’m yet again blown away by the quality, performance and value of their NUC mini computers. As a kid that grew up on X86 processors in the 90’s, it’s hard to believe you can get such a high quality, self contained computer at this price, in this form factor. This unit runs on an Intel N95 and does not slouch in the processing department. Multi-tasking with common applications (MS office, browsing, streaming, etc) is no problem at all. Ports are ample, 4 USB (w/ USB supers), 2 HDMI & headphone – you’re covered! This particular build does not feature Ethernet/LAN or USB C, but that is available on alternate, competitively priced models. See my pics of the unit & UserBench performance. Sure, you’re not going to be gaming on this guy but for family/household/everyday use – no sweat. My first GMKtec is running my streaming server at home and it rarely flinches even under heavy, multiple stream loads. Also, I had to contact GMKtec support on my first unit due to a stability issue. They sent a completely new NVME w/ preloaded Windows OS basically no-questions asked. Couldn’t ask for a better product and company!!

11/08/2025 UPDATE: After many emails about issue of loss of computer while waiting for part from China, the seller has agreed to ship the SSD and allow me to return the defective SSD after repair. 10/2025 Review:This item seemed like a great buy for the 1st 6 months of use. Now I’m dealing with a PC that has start up issues. Many times the power button comes on but the monitor screen stays black. Sometimes it gets into the regular startup if I rapidly tap the enter or escape keys. I have been having an email debate with the support team at GMK and they have identified the issue as a defective SSD. They have offered to replace the SSD but want me to ship the original back to them with a tracking number and then they will ship a replacement SSD from their Chinese warehouse. I told them I would be without use of the mini PC for over a month and they don’t seem to care enough about my lack of use. The warranty is “good” for a year but it’s bad if you expect immediate help solbing an issue.

Having purchased a GMKTec product almost a year ago (MiniPC Gaming specs) which I now use as my main machine, I thought of trying to find a suitable one to replace my current Plex server (already on non-supported Windows 10). I came across this configuration with a reasonable price tag, and already pre-loaded with Windows 11.The small footprint is always ideal, and out of the box, setting up was nice and easy, and has enough ports and HDMI. Considering I came from Windows 3.1 486 machines, its always amazing to have everything done quickly now. I don’t plan to use this machine for anything heavy – as mentioned, it would only be replacing my Plex media streamer. The specs are not high end (given the price) but it suit my needs at this point. I installed the Plex app, and video and sound are decent, no slowdown or lag. The real test when Plex streams over the home network, but I’m confident it would be sufficient. It would eventually be wired to the router, but over wifi, its still very good (it may also be due to my competent internet service provider).At this price point, this machine would cover most needs like casual personal computer use, or student work. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget mini-PC that is fast and reliable enough for everyday use. GMKTec has a very good product again and should ensure all units are of consistent quality.

Love that it come with wall mount adapter. And also come with build-in window 11 pro and 16g ram so no extra cost for them. Installation is straightforward and does recognize everything that i connected.
