  • AMAZING CD, but the Kentucky blinds, delays then steals my orders from amazon.
I bought this cd on the 3rd of March, and received it mailed from California via Kentucky where it was delayed. I received this on the 8th of March. I listened to the cd once and loved it……amazing cdThe cd I received was like the cover in photo 2….pretty pink and lavender.By March 11th, 12th my CD WAS STOLEN out of my radio player, and an alternate cd Swen in photo 1 was left …someone came into my home and stole the cd…..because of the cover on it….left I presume the cd they received. I’m leaving this review because with Amazon purchases this is an ongoing PROBLEM…….i reordered last night…received these today not via hung up in Kentucky..I’m sendingg it back to Amazon. The listing still shows the cd matching the sleeve not what’s pictured in photo 2. 30.00 for 2 cds one sending back and the one I received STOLEN AND SWAPPED OUT MY RADIO ace player.

What Customers Say:

  • Oldie but goodie
I had this cd several years ago but lost it in the flood of 2016. Came across it and had to have it. Thanks Amazon for bringing me back in time.
  • Thank you
I originally found this at a thrift store. It was stolen out of my car but my evening routine with my kids was to listen to it until they fell asleep. We all loved it.so much I just had to replit and theyre not easy to find.
  • Pure Moods in the original sound )))) ????
I absolutely love it, I bought the cd , ???? disk and played it in my car (((((( ???? )))))) I was rocking it with Pure Moods original tracks as I remembered it, sound was clear too. ????
  • Like a little time capsule
I bought this because I was nostalgic for the commercials, and was immediately reminded that it’s full of highly enjoyable tracks. 12/10 would recommend listening to it on a roadtrip.
  • Relaxing music
I actually had this as a teen but it was lost along the way. I love this cd. It’s got a great selection of music and I greatly enjoy the peace and relaxation it gives me. Helps me escape the busyness of the days.
  • Great collection of songs
I had this CD in the late ’90s early 2000s. I used to walk around in my house holding my baby’s son while it played, it helped me get him to sleep. I am so glad I was able to buy this again I absolutely love it.
  • Ahh the memories
I was on tiktok and there was a song that is on this CD and I spent over an hour trying to find it. Once I did and received it I played the whole CD on repeat for 2 days and was instantly transported back to high school. I will say this may quite possibly be the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon.
  • Great, Except for the Creepy Tracks
I also own Pure Moods II and can say that I find this CD equally enjoyable-except for the X-Files and Tubular Bells tracks. I had no clue that “Tubular Bells” was the theme song to The Exorcist, until I listened to it for the first time after purchasing the CD. I can’t figure out why they put these 2 songs on this CD, considering it’s not the type of music that puts you in the “purist of moods”. Maybe had I never seen The Exorcist or watched an episode of X-Files, I could enjoy the music for what it is, but I guess I’ll be forever tainted. And, trust me, I’ve tried getting past my “fears”, but every time I listen to these two particular songs, all I see are images of Agents Scully & Mulder chasing after some alien or Linda Blair’s spinning head.Overall, if you can get past the creepy tracks, it’s an excellent CD.

Pure Moods, Vol. I is one of the best-selling products with 855 reviews and a 4.8/5 star rating on Amazon.

Chakra Suite: Music for Meditation, Healing and Inner Peace

Chakra Suite: Music for Meditation, Healing and Inner Peace

Price: $14.99

What Customers Say:

  • Splendid without a doubt
Initially I was surprised that the Chakra Suite I received was the 35th anniversary edition, hoping it gives no worse than the the old edition that is still available for previewing on the amazon webpage, and the 35th anniversary edition really did not go wrong and demonstrates it as an exceptional pieces of arrangement of sound frequency. The picture on the cd cover was properly chosen, the coloring choice and shapes placement are balancing. My sister saw it with her first impression immediately told my nephew that it was beautiful without anyone asking her opinion. When I first come across with this kind of new age music absent any prior knowledge on Chakra Suite, I fell in love right away and eagerly looking for a suitable new age cd that I would like to purchase. I read opinions from forums, and found that theta wave is able to associate with deep meditation, which is a state that can help relaxation, inspiration, healing, and etc. Then I search “theta” in Amazon music section, and chose the best selling option, it just popped as the first result, I listened to some previews, and instantaneously know this is the ‘destiny’s call” CD I need to purchase. I also compare a lot of other results, previewing them and only 1 other cd by Anugama, Shamanic Dream, which was the second best selling from “theta” search gave me the “destiny’s call” feeling which no other cd from the new age, mediation, healing or other sections in Amazon could give me.This was the first new age music cd together with “Shamanic Dream” I bought. Without hurry when I received the 35th anniversary edition noticing there would be different than the non-35th anniversary edition preview that I heard, I played it during a family dinner gathering, the music hit our heads like the silence you get after a Judge pounding the gavel, everyone at the noisy dinner table felt soothing, and quiet down to a mind set that you can really listen to someone who wants to give his/her opinion. The sound is really radiant that it seems it shines on you, and after that gathering when I play the cd, I can just feel the ambiance changes in a way that seemingly spiritual if I can describe it correctly.Later, it led me into research more on chakra balancing and realising there are huge resources on the Internet about chakra in existence, which should be one of the effects Chakra Suite does that I can explore with, and I can conclude this cd is no doubt helpful to my life.
  • Even a scientist would be impressed
This is the best CD in my collection, I am not sure about its healing properties but I can guaranty it’s a very good tool if you want to relax and clear your mind. Every time I feel stressed, angry or “blue” I lie down on the floor, take few deep breaths then listen to this CD. Half an hour later my mind is incredible clear, I am relaxed and have a positive attitude. I am sure it doesn’t work for everybody; I tried many other CDs before that seemed to work fine for everybody else but not for me. If this works for you I can suggest another exercise that I learned somewhere else and works fine with this CD. Close your eyes and imagine a ball of light (it can actually have any shape or color), imagine this light as a healing light. Imagine the light “scanning” your body. As you listen to the first chakra song the light is warming up exactly that area of your body, then you listen the second chakra song and the light goes there and so on for all of them. It’s not an easy exercise, it takes a lot of practice but after a while you’ll PHISICALLY feel warm around the chakra points. I don’t know how the brain does this but it’s real.
  • Wonderful healing CD
I am very happy with the purchase of this CD. I purchased it to relax me, heal me and to clear out my blocked chakras. I feel great every time after I listen to it. This is a product definitely worth getting if you need some healing and relaxation music. Wonderfully put together!
  • Calming and healing.
I use this going to sleep and I fall asleep in no time . Very pleasant.
  • Cd for relaxing
    Good relaxing music
  • Puts me to sleep (but that’s a good thing)
I have trouble staying asleep some nights, and I’ve recently found that certain types of music or sounds can put me in a relaxed state. Steven Halpern’s “Chakra Suite” is one of the best for this purpose. The chakra suite is supposed to be used to meditate on each of the seven chakras or power centers of the body. I am not one who meditates, on chakras or other things, but if you do meditate, this is supposed to be a good aid to focus one’s energy and concentration. The bonus on this CD is the “Spectrum Suite” and another bonus, Sonic Satori thath is supposed to use the power of sonic entrainment. a psycho-acoustic technology with an effect on brainwaves. The music involves notes with 8 cycles per second, which is said to synch the brain to relaxed brain waves, for example:Alpha – 8-12 CPS (associated with relaxed, calm, and creative waking state)Theta – 5-7 CPS (associated with dreams, suggestive states, hypnagogic states)Delta – 1-4 CPS (associated with deep, dreamless sleep)Whatever the effect, I find playing one of the suites as I lie in bed, relaxes me to the point where I drop off easily. I also like it for a quick relaxation break during a stressful, long day.
  • Sunshine,waterfalls and mountains
Amazingly beautiful- divine. Clarifies the soul and brings peace and blessings to your home. Every note resonates with God’s’ perfect grace and healing. Ohm and amen

What Customers Say:

  • Great Music!
Loved the show, so I obviously loved the music as well…
  • A favorite vinyl at our house
Great music, great record, great sound.
  • Fabulous CD!
Fabulous CD of great music from the play that was recently seen.
  • A Theatrical Triumph
As a fan of the “Moulin Rouge!” film, I was eagerly anticipating the stage adaptation, and the Original Broadway Cast Recording has exceeded all my expectations. The Moulin Rouge! The Musical Original Broadway Cast Recording is a must-have for fans of the film and theater enthusiasts alike. It brilliantly captures the essence of the beloved story while delivering a theatrical experience that is both nostalgic and refreshingly new.
  • Its Own Ridiculously Good Piece of Art
I immediately fell in love with the film Moulin Rouge, and – equally fast – I wished it would become a stage musical. When I discovered Aaron Tveit many years ago, he because my dream cast Christian. On July 3, I saw Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Broadway, and fell in love all over again. The additions and changes from the film are smart and all share the irreverence that the motion picture embraced. This company is just stacked with some of the very best performers to hit a Broadway stage. The result is a cast recording that is not a cover of the film, but an art piece unto its own. While no audio files will replace the energy of being inside the Hirschfeld, this album (released mercifully soon after opening) does the job of capturing the musical’s brilliance. I am eager to get back to see the show live, but this cast recording will easily keep me giddy until then.
  • Simple vinyl but good

  • Very Satisfied Customer
Delivery was fast and the cd arrived in great shape. I would highly recommend this vendor. I also love this cd!
  • Absolutely Incredible
I’m a huge fan of the Moulin Rouge movie with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. It’s a movie I’ve seen dozens of times, and I listened to both soundtrack cds hundreds and hundreds of times. When I heard there was going to be a Broadway stage production, I was very excited to hear the cast recording and see what was different and new. This new cd is absolutely incredible! The production team have retained many of the songs from the films, but have done a brilliant job of updating them with newer songs from the recent decade so the mashups feel more vibrant and relevant. The stage production has also introduced a number of new songs that fit nicely into the show. My favorite new song is the Lady Gaga, Brittany Spears, and Eurthymics mashup. It’s brilliant. Overall, the entire cast recording is fantastic. I can’t wait to see the show live on stage now.

What Customers Say:

  • A rerun……HARDLY!…..It’s great.
Well, I have heard this was a rerun…by TSO.Hardly!!!Owning 4 of their albums, having gone to their concert 4 times….I’m happy to say, this is no rerun, but original songs, done in the flavor that has made them famous. There is some songs that are reminiscent of Beethoven’s last night, but no repeats from that album. Also there are some songs from their concerts that have not previously made it to their albums. A few, I was really hoping to get.TSO is either powerful, boisterous and fun or poignant and thought provoking, but never disappointing.Rock On TSO!If you are interesting in my opinion by song:01 – Night Enchanted: an exuberant beginning in the theatrical form, we all associate with TSO. A changing tempo and several transitions that make it unique.02 – Childhood Dreams: Wonderful melody and crooning voice rock you in this pleasant powerful song.03 – Sparks: A true TSO song with a boisterous and powerful voice belting out the song. You feel like raising your fist and smiling at the key points in the song.04 – The Mountain: Growling, drum beat beginning to a frenetic mad pace. A free for all guitar and drum fest.05 – Night Castle: A throbbing refrain, with a pleading deep male voice seeking escape. A true TSO gem in its theatrics and depth.06 – The Safest Way Into Tomorrow: A bold a powerful melody with a strong male lead. Great song and one of my personal favorites.07 – Mozart And Memories: Sneaky quiet start with a jolt of powerful guitar lead-ins with a meld of rock and classical sounds.08 – Another Way You Can Die: A bit different than, I know TSO for, it reminds me a bit of Aerosmith’s “Walk this way” at the start. Once again the strong male voice dominates as well as the strong guitar sound.09 – Toccata – Carpimus Noctem: Quite a mix from the classical beginning to the rolling guitars and pounding drums ending with a helicopter.10 – The Lion’s Roar: A trumpet weaving you into a drumbeat of guitars, keyboard and more guitars.11 – Dreams We Conceive: A striking ballad with a pleading voice and guitars following along.12 – Mother And Son: An Asian conversation (I think) is this whole song along with street sounds. no idea what is being said. “Yeah man, gonna hit road…”sounds like what is said in English.13 – There Was A Life: A pensive plaintive beginning reminiscent of Beethoven’s last night. A ballad of questions. Another powerful great song. Another favorite.14 – Moonlight And Madness: A crazed piano start with guitars following, reminiscent of some classical favorites. A duet of guitar and piano….I have heard a similar tune during their concerts.15 – Time Floats On: Another ballad, less plaintive and more pensive.16 – Epiphany: A helicopter at the start of this. Throbbing guitars and a wonderful melodic ballad and the type of meandering thoughts TSO is known for. From the fear of the night, to realizing childhood is long past. “Somewhere” is the refrain… This song goes into a melody familiar to all that loved the Lost Christmas Eve album. At the 5:45 minute mark, it has the same melody as the What Child is this does at the 2:45 minute mark. Different words, but similar sound. (On this night…). Earlier, I incorrected stated it was from the Beethoven’s Last night album…Whoops.17 – Bach Lullaby: A quiet little music box theme.18 – Father, Son & Holy Ghost: A lilting melody with one of the accomplished TSO soproanos. Tentative and poignant, until it gets a bite and then it growls with the usual full octane sound.19 – Remnants Of A Lullaby: Guitar strumming starts this light tune. You can hear the smile in the singer’s voice. It is a nice very upbeat tune.20 – The Safest Way Into Tomorrow [Reprise]: A quick reprise of the longer more involved version, heard earlier in this album.21 – Embers: A light guitar strumming a quick tune. Reminds me a bit of Cat Steven’s Peace Train.22 – Child Of The Night: Orchestral sounds start this piece and the highest female voices possible singing in unison (ala Wizard of Oz). All innocence and sweetness.23 – Believe: Love this guy’s voice, a raspy edge as he pours out his heart and sings a ballad of listening and support. Love this song.24 – Nutrocker: Definitely from the concert, kicky, flashy and full of life…Exuberant and fun. Even includes the Snoopy song. You can see they are enjoying passing the baton back and forth.25 – Carmina Burana: The opera sopranos from the concert, I have been waiting to get this in an album….Finally. It’s a family favorite. Picture multiple sopranos singing in unison and the music punctuated by light, very dark foreboding and wonderful.26 – Tracers: Pounding drums and guitar, working to a crescendo…It is a conversation of music. This is the one they raise on the lifts with the flames to… You get the musical pause as they set up the lifts.27 – The Flight of Cassandra (Amazon MP3 Exclusive): A guitar and piano piece rolling one into the other. You can almost see the stage antics that would accompany this.
  • Another Epic TSO Offering
This album is a wonderful offering from Trans-Siberian Orchestra, at times mournful, at times playful. While this album is slightly lacking in vocals and in lyrics compared to some of TSO’s earlier offerings such as “Christmas Eve and Other Stories,” it is nonetheless appealing for the fact that it is not targeted for a specific time of year. The album launches in a glorious attack: “Night Enchanted,” which is a modern take on Verdi’s haunting “Dies Irae,” but also establishes several of the motifs that are repeated throughout the album. The second track, “Childhood Dreams,” begins what seems a story of growing up. This song is perhaps the most lacking in lyric originality, but does an excellent job of setting up the next song, and is still a rather entertaining listen.”Sparks,” Night Castle’s third offering, is a lot like some of the grittier songs of the Christmas albums, and continues the growing-up motif.”The Mountain” takes its epic riffs from Grieg’s “Hall of the Mountain King,” which is arguably among the most epic of classical pieces, so there’s no way that TSO could go wrong here, and “Night Castle” does not disappoint.Next up is the titular track which, despite being one of the weaker offerings lyrically, still manages to catch the listener up on a guitar-laden adventure through–you guessed it–a castle at night. The sixth offering that “Night Castle” gives us is “The Safest Way Into Tomorrow.” This is likely my favorite song on the album, possibly because of the allusions to Classical Mythology, or maybe because sleep, the subject of the song, is what I should have been doing when I was listening to music instead.”Mozart and Memories” is a nice song, very TSO in atmosphere. It builds up to a soaring crescendo, then backs off, before repeating the process several times.”Another Way You Can Die,” the next song on the roster, has a fun beat, but is probably the weakest overall offering on the album. By which I mean, it’s still a great song, just not AS great as many of the others. Mainly, it seems somewhat out of place with the other songs on the album.”Tocatta” is another fun TSO song, in the same vein as “Mozart and Memories.””The Lion’s Roar,” the album’s tenth offering, begins with a slow trumpet introduction that forms a nice reprieve from the loud guitars of some of the other songs, before building into an epic rock piece itself.”Dreams We Conceive” is another great song, with a hopeful feeling as the night that has overshadowed the album begins to break into day.”Mother and Son” is confusing. It would probably make more sense if the MP3 album came with a digital booklet, partially since it is not in English.”There Was A Life” is another favorite. I find it encouraging, and it is easily one of the most lyrically strong offerings on this album. Great song.”Moonlight and Madness” takes the Moonlight Sonata and turns it into an epic and fun piece of pure TSO.”Time Floats On” hearkens back to the childhood motif, and has a lovely chorus to boot. It also fits really well with the whole feel of the album.”Epiphany” forms the beginning of the album’s climax, and its somewhat rough vocals are a perfect fit with the song, in all of its 11-minute glory.”Bach Lullaby” offers a reprieve in the middle of the action: it’s music-box vibe lends greatly to the whole childhood theme.”Father, Son & Holy Ghost” is an interesting song, starting off slowly, growing ever more anxious, and finally launching into a furious crescendo that lasts for a whole four minutes. Another favorite, partially for the interesting lyrics. The next track, “Remnants of a Lullaby,” hearkens back to “Bach Lullaby,” only with actual vocals and instruments and a tone that is both hopeful and mournful.”Night Castle begins to wrap to a close with “The Safest Way Into Tomorrow [Reprise],” which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like.By now, the Sparks have gone, and only “Embers” remain. This track sounds very much like it could have been on any of TSO’s Christmas albums, but is not out of place here.Remember that motif set up by “Night Enchanted?” Well, here it is again, presented in “Child of the Night,” the last song of the overarching concept of the album. It brings a fitting sense of closure to the album……but we’re not over yet! “Believe” offers a hopeful but somewhat confusing piece to the album, “Nutrocker” is fun but feels like it should have been on one of the Christmas albums, “Carmina Burana” is an excellent and faithful adaption of Orff’s classic (which inspired songs on the “Star Wars” soundtrack), and “Tracers” is a fun rock-oriented piece to round out the album as a whole, even if it doesn’t quite feel like anything else.Additionally, “The Flight of Cassandra” is a fun piece, full of energy, that makes this album a very solid bargain on Amazon.Overall, this album shows Trans-Siberian Orchestra at some of their greatest peaks of creativity, and is best listened to as a whole. It is definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone who is a fan of TSO or their style, and even those who find certain genres unappealing should be able to find at least one song that they enjoy on this excellent album.

  • So many great songs, classic dynamic mastering. Really enjoyed this CD.
As much as I enjoy the music, I really should watch the movie sometime. Although the same is true of “Grease”, great soundtrack but in that case I didn’t care for the film.
  • A Classic!
Classic country! Each track reminds me of the movie. One of my favorite’s is “Lookin’ for Love” by Johnny Lee for its catchy melody and his distinctive voice! Every song on this CD is timeless! A great soundtrack.
  • Good Buy
Great movie. Glad to have it.
  • One of the Best Movie Soundtracks Ever!!!!
I really loved the movie Urban Cowboy, and I really love this soundtrack. I’m glad it’s on CD. The amazon product description gives all the 18 songs and artists included on this soundtrack, so there’s no need to repeat that here. Some of my favorite songs from this soundtrack, include: Jimmy Buffet “Hello Texas”, Mickey Gilley “Stand By Me”, Johnny Lee “Lookin’ For Love”, The Charlie Daniels Band “The Devil Went Down to Georgia”, Gilley’s Urban Cowboy Band “Orange Blossom Special”, Anne Murray “Can I Have This Dance”, and Boz Scaggs “Love Look What You’ve Done to Me”. When I hear these songs, they remind me of the movie.Recently, I saw Mickey Gilley & his Urban Cowboy Band on their 30th Anniversery Tour of the Urban Cowboy movie, that was shown in movie theatres back in 1980. Mickey is recovering from an injury, but he is making a great comeback. Mickey is from my home state of Louisiana, he is Jerry Lee Lewis’cousin. This 30th Anniversery Show, that I saw, was down in Concordia Parish, Louisiana, Mickey’s hometown is in this Parish. It was Mickey Gilley Day in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. It was on September 12, 2010. I really enjoyed the show, it was fantastic. You can get a dvd of this 30th Anniversery Show, from Mickey’s website. I knew after the show, that I had to get me a CD of the “Original Soundtrack”, so I ordered on through Amazon. I love it!!! Thanks!!!
  • good deal
    great songsmovie wasn’t bad either
  • Excellent soundtrack album!
Classic soundtrack album. A little bit dated but still excellent. Some great songs from the movie! Recommended.
  • Fantastic playlist
    I loved it.
  • Great soundtrack that changed country music forever
Whether you call this country music or not (some tracks are, some aren’t), it’s impact is undeniable. Pop country became fashionable. Traditional country did briefly fight back via the Judds, Ricky Skaggs, George Strait, Randy Travis and others, but then came Garth Brooks – and you can see the roots of his music in this soundtrack.Of the first four tracks, three are uptempo rockers and the fourth is a rock ballad. After that, the songs have a definite country flavor. The only two that I would call real country are (surprisingly) the two Bonnie Raitt tracks. I love Bonnie’s music, but I’ve never heard anything like these tracks on her own albums – and neither of them has yet appeared on a Bonnie compilation. Bonnie fans who like country music should buy this just for Darlin’ and Don’t it make you wanna dance.Nearly all the songs were recorded especially for the soundtrack. Two obvious exceptions are Lyin’ eyes and Devil went down to Georgia, but they are great songs and fit here well. Could I have this dance? is one of my favorite Anne Murray songs. It was not released on any of her original albums, but has appeared on some of her compilations. Love the world away is one of Kenny Rogers’ best songs. I could go on …. I’ve never seen the movie, but this is a great soundtrack.

  • Fantastic Disc and it got here fast!
My wife has loved this CD for years and it was great to finally get another copy of it!!
  • Eagle’s sound with slight country
Has the sound of the Eagle’s orginal tracks , but with a slightly country take. Wish it a little more country take. Will order again if my daughter doesn’t return it.
  • Great Service
This is a classic cover album that I found in a box store about 20 years ago. Been looking for another CD since; lost the earlier one. Glad to have found it. If you like The Eagles, this is a must have;t he music is solid and original, yet the various artists add some nuance that gives a traction to the long-time Eagles fan. Worth the money and, as far as I know, blessed by The Eagles themselves.
  • I love this album!
If you like the Eagles music, buy it. If you like good country music singers, buy it. The best of both worlds, an album that checks the boxes for what I want in good music. Recommended to all. Price was right, packaged well, arrived in good time! Buy it and you won’t be disappointed.
  • Fine, straight covers of some classic tunes
Unlike some of the reviewers here, I don’t consider the cover tracks on this album better than, or even quite as good as, the Eagles’ originals. But most of them are, no question, good performances of some great original tunes. For all their California rock/pop-ness, the Eagles always had strong country influences in their sound (Don Henley himself has made reference to the band’s “satanic-country-rock period” during the era of the “One of These Nights” album), and so adapting their songs to the vocal stylings of country singers isn’t that big a stretch. The tracks on this tribute CD are pretty straightforward covers of some of their classics: in most cases, the track-length is within seconds of the Eagles’ originals. Some of the versions have been “countried-up” a little, but even then they’re pretty faithful to the originals.Personally, I think I was most impressed by Clint Black’s “Desperado,” Tanya Tucker’s “Already Gone,” and Travis Tritt’s “Take it Easy.” Suzy Bogguss did a fine job with “Take It to the Limit,” but I missed the Eagles’ tight harmonies on this one. For all Suzy’s talent, I just don’t think it sounds as good as a solo. And I wish they would have found someone to cover “Witchy Woman” or even “Hotel California.” But you can’t have everything.
  • Great music becomes great country music.
Was not sure whether I would like this CD but it is great. If you like country music, you will love this.
  • Love This CD!
I love this CD and was so happy to find it at a reasonable price on Amazon. I bought this as a cassette tape many years ago when it first came out. All if the songs are classics and are sung by wonderful country artists whose voices are perfectly chosen for each song.Shipping was fast and my CD arrived in perfect condition.
  • A different spin on these now classic songs
I’ve never been a true CW fan, but the Eagles were always, for me, a bridge between that genre and rock, and gave me a greater appreciation for CW. When this cover album was released, I was curious to hear these Eagles’ songs done in true CW style, and I was not disappointed. Each of the artists on this album is excellent, and hearing their own interpretations of these classic songs was a treat. If you enjoy the Eagles, and also have even a moderate appreciation of country, then you will love this album.

  • A 1990s Rhythm and Blues Masterpiece of a Soundtrack!
Perfect soundtrack to an emotional movie of the same name released during the 1990s when Whitney Houston was at the top of her game regarding soundtracks and movies. Here, there are original songs from The Voice herself like Exhale (Shoop, Shoop) that went to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and the brooding Why Does It Hurt So Bad with the last track a duet with Houston and the Gospel empress Cece Winans. I ordered this cassette because I was in the mood for collecting them before they get erased from the face of the earth. I hope there are still cassette tape formats of this lovely soundtrack as I checked there were some. I gave this cassette tape as a Christmas gift for a classmate of mine in high school and she absolutely loved it! Other than that, get this also on Compact Disc or download it to your listening device now in this new age in technology. I assure you you will love songs from Brandy, Toni Braxton, and TLC to name a few that are included on this 90s decade gem! Enjoy!
  • Great CD
Delivered as promised. No issues with the CD.
