This sealer has totally exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to use. The vacuum sealer automatically stops when all of the air is removed to help guarantee freshness and removes the guess work from determining when to stop. The bags are very thick and durable. The range is bag size is super convenient. Best money I have spent in a very long time. The small size makes it super easy to store. I don’t know how I ever lived with out it before.

Glad to purchase the food vacuum sealer. The product is well made. It doesn’t sound loud when turned on for vacuum sealing. The bags are well made and don’t smell. It’s very simple to use. Hopefully it will be a reliable product. Only time will tell.Update 10/11/25: I have used the Chef Preserve vacuum and the bags since my Amazon purchase. What a game changer having the vacuum sealer that’s so easy to use for food storage. It’s like having a new toy when I was a child that I just didn’t want to put away.I ordered more smaller storage bags. The bag sealing was very good, but I did have one medium bag not stay vacuum sealed in the refrigerator. After about a week after I sealed the food, it inflated.Here are tips that I learned using the bags:1. Make sure to seal the bag using the small white plastic bag sealer. I then put the bag on a flat surface and use my thumb to press against the top opening, checking for any leaks.2. I held the bags upright and used the Chef sealer to take out the air inside the bag. This also helps when I put frozen food in the bag and watery condensation builds up, which can get sucked out by the Chef sealer.3. If I see too much watery condensation building up inside the bag before I am ready to seal it, I use a paper towel to wipe dry the area around the white plastic attachment on the bag. I then seal the bag and use the Chef sealer to take out the air.4. I handwash the bags with warm soapy water and let them air dry.5. Plastic storage bags can absorb food smells due to their porous nature, which allows odors to cling to the material if the bags are not sealed properly or cleaned immediately after use.6. I reuse the same bags for storing the same foods. Some food put in anything plastic will still have the scent of that particular food. Seasoning meat or fish placed the sealer bags will still have slight scent after you wash the bag. So, when I buy more fish or meat I use the same washed bags.Update 10/23/25: I noticed one bag in my refrigerator; the small bag size that had baby carrots in it was starting to inflate. I checked the top opening to make sure it was sealed, and it looked good. I used the Chef sealer to take out the air again. I decided to put a food label on the white round attachment after it was vacuum sealed. (See arrow.) I put it back in the refrigerator, and after several days it’s not inflating. It looks like adding a label on the white round attachment helps with some bags that don’t vacuum well.

I have only used mine one time, but it is great. It worked so quickly and did a great job. It takes up less room in my cabinet and I love that the bags are reusable. I had issues with the standard food vacuum, but this sealer takes the hassle out of a regular sealer.

It really works and is so easy to use. There are several sizes of bags and they can be reused.

This handy gadget works as advertised. I can clean and cut veggies for the week and place in the bags and reseal the bag as needed. The veggies stay crisp (yay????). I made meat balls to place in the freezer and after a week, still no freezer burn. I have not purchased the glass containers but they are on my Christmas Wish list.I took one star away because, although the bags ARE washable and reusable, they do absorb the odor of some foods, ie broccoli, cauliflower, onions to name a few. I cannot reuse those bags. The bags are a bit costly to throw away. I live in a high humidity area so I’m so happy to find a sealing method that is easy to use and really does extend the life of your food.

It takes up little space and works beautifully! We have one of the big old clunkers but absolutely love the size and the way this one works. These bage are resealable and the old ones were ruined when you had to cut them open. We have already bought two more as Christmas gifts for our daughters.

I am so pleased with my new chef, preserve, compact, vacuum sealer. It offers me so much more than I expected. To be able to open and re-close the bags is wonderfully cost-effective plus the convenience. It’s an amazing tool so delighted that I purchased it. Thank you.

I’ve tried other vacuum sealers but this one by Chef Preserve is the best of them all. Easy to use. Works like the instructions state. In the past it would take forever to vacuum sealer meats we bought in bulk but WOW! I was very surprised at how easy, fast and cleanly it worked. Now I’m using it to store berries and fresh vegetables and really saving money in the process! Works like a champ! I’ll be ordering additional sealers from Chef Preserve to give for Christmas!

This is a game-changer! I had been using my FoodSaver adapter hose to seal jars, and it is always hit or miss. After not working on a jar of walnuts, I looked on Amazon and saw this style and figured it couldn’t be worse. Not only was it not worse, it sucked the air out of that jar of walnuts, no problem! It is also so much easier to pull out and use, whenever and wherever. It charged up in a couple of hours after I opened it up, so glad it is USB-C. There is 1 button to start the process, and it shuts off automatically, no guessing if it’s done. Well worth it, glad I bought it.

Love, Love Love this! works just like described! was able to get rid of my old canister set that wasn’t airtight anymore. Was able to store left over rotisserie chicken in mason jar in the frig and even after 10 days it’s still good! makes a huge difference in how long my fruits stay fresh, and I can pre-make salad for the week, and store & seal and even after 5 days all of the ingredients are still as fresh as the day I prepared them! Very easy to use, small enough to store in your drawer. I will be using this for a long time to come. Has more than enough power to get the job done! Works well. Holds a charge for a long time and came with a charging cord and several extra lids. Produce stored after being vacuum sealed seem to stay fresh longer. Prevents bugs and mice from getting into dry goods. It’s easier to prevent a bug/rodent infestation than get rid of one and this gadget definitely aids in that prevention.

It actually works pretty well, and it’s really easy to use. It fits perfectly over large mouth, and regular mason jars with the removable adapter. I’ve been using it to store whole coffee beans, and so far, it seems like they’re keeping them pretty fresh.I do really wish it came with a box to plug the charging cord in, or simply came with an integrated cord I could plug into the wall. I only do canning in the kitchen, so I’m not really sure why it had to be battery powered, but I don’t hate it.It’s making it so I can save money by buying coffee in bulk, and vacuum sealing them. Whenever I tried to vacuum seal in a bag, some of the broken beans would poke holes, and completely ruin the coffee inside costing me even more money. I’d say there’s great value for the price.

It seals the jars so well and keeps everything super fresh. Love hearing that little pop when I open it — you can tell it’s really airtight! It’s been saving me money too, especially for snacks like crackers — they stay just as crisp as the day I opened them. ????????

Fantastic little vacuum! Works really great on large and small ifs. So much easier than dragging out my heavy cumbersome vacuum machine. Lightweight and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

Once my wife figured out the instructions, it worked good. Seal both late mouth and small mouth canning jars. Storing some dehydrated foods in them. Had some mold growing in a few of the jars. Hope this helps.

This vacuum sealer isn’t perfect, but it isn’t bad if you are looking for short term storage. It works exactly as it should, doesn’t take longer than the recommended time, and reseals easily. However, some lids will pop when the contents change significantly, such as going from a warm room to a cold fridge. I recommend adding the typical metal ring as a backup, then check the seal often. I liked being able to reseal jars in less than a minute, and found that mushrooms lasted much longer than unsealed or in plastic bags. Foods with higher humidity do better if you slip a paper towel inside to absorb moisture, replacing it as needed.

Update: Turn the on demand setting off and do not use on demand option!!!! It drains the batteries and kills the camera.I recently purchased the new Moultrie trail cameras, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I really wanted to love these cameras. The first few weeks the defective one actually worked great – it was catching deer, coyotes, everything. I was thrilled. Then around day 25 the motion detection stopped working correctly on animals.Proof from this morning (Time-Lapse + Motion Detection explicitly ON, 10-min intervals, motion toggle ON). I had to set the camera to a schedule to take a picture every 10 minutes (though motion detection should have worked between the intervals) to prove it wasn’t working (see attached pictures):6:30 AM – coyote (no pictures of it walking in)6:40 AM – same coyote still there – ZERO extra photos7:10 AM – spike buck (no pictures of it walking in)7:20 AM – same spike still feeding – ZERO extra photosFour perfectly timed scheduled shots and not one single instant animal trigger in over 20 minutes of activity.It will still trigger when I walk in front of it (human heat signature is apparently different enough), but it is now completely blind to wildlife.By the time I realized something was wrong and went through all their troubleshooting (sensitivity High, battery pulls, firmware updates, fresh batteries, different locations – everything, multiple times), the Amazon 30-day return window had closed.This appears to be a widespread, years-long problem with the Edge series. Reddit (r/Hunting, r/bowhunting, r/Trailcam), Rokslide, and hunting forums are packed with similar stories.The front-line support people are genuinely nice and polite, but company policy clearly forbids them from helping. I bought this as a gift for my husband, who loves watching wildlife, and it has been such a great choice. We have family in Brazil who live in the countryside, and one of our biggest wishes was to be able to capture some amazing images of the wildlife around them — especially the bugio (howler) monkeys and even jaguars that sometimes pass through.The camera works beautifully for this purpose. We set it up as a test, it was really easy to set it up. The image quality is crystal clear, and the night vision has been surprisingly sharp. The motion detection was fest to action. My husband has been thrilled setting it up, and it’s given us the chance to feel more connected to nature even from far away.It’s not just a gift — it’s a way to create memories and share the beauty of wildlife with our whole family. I just need to mention here that it takes 16x AA batteries per camera, and you also need a membership to connect the device with the app. But totally worth it. For power you can also purchase separately the solar panels. There is a port for it on the bottom of the camera.

The moultrie deer hunting camera is a dependable battery operated camera used to track wildlife. It is reliable even at night. The camera quality is legit and it records as it is supposed to. The app connectivity will definitely depend on your network services as I did find some troubles with it in certain areas and no troubles in others. The camera is weather resistant and durable. The set up for the camera was overall very user-friendly. You do not have to be a tech genius to operate or set this camera up, which is always a plus. The image quality itself is a 7.5 out of 10. The motion triggers were a bit spot on and overall this would be great for beginners.

Overall great led, very easy interface – high and low, temporary on off as well as full click rear switch. Good build quality, nice 2 way clip. Haven’t tried 10440 but this Version 2 takes them as the original version doesn’t supposedly – which brings the output to 300 lm, but 200 lm as I’m running with standard rechargeable aaa nimh is adequate, it comes with an alkaline aaa but I noticed flickering with that battery. The only thing that is strange or different about this light with either battery that I’ve run it with is that there is like a very slight gradual “ramping” or delay wheb switched to high mode, it’s very slight but it’s not something I’ve seen on any other light I’ve owned and that is a collection of 30 plus led lights. It may have something to do with the new circuitry of the version 2 or could just be my particular light. Size – it’s bigger than a Lumintop Tool AAA for comparison, but makes it easier to hold. It you are new to flashlights or as general recommendation for an instant EDC lineup – here are my current favorites for a 4 light simple and cost/ budget effective AAA/AA capable lineup – 1. Olight i3e aaa for keychain, 2. this Olight i3t or Lumintop Tool AAA for small rear click pocket light, 3. Acebeam Pokelit AA (comes with rechargeable lithium), 4. Acebeam Tac AA (comes with rechargeable lithium). 4 lights that cover pretty much anything you will need for say 65-75 bucks total for all – depending on sale price at the time of each.

im impressed thus far. i have a rechargeable SL microstreem that has been in heavy rotation in my edc for about 3 years, and this light is comparable in almost every way regarding performance and size. the ms requires time off for recharging, so i have to have a back up light if i go for an overnight or weekend. this light just requires a fresh AAA. switch is a little…spongy? gummy? not the solid click of the ms, but it functions ok and i’m hoping its more waterproof because there is no charge port to hide. the clip sticks out a lil bit more, so you gotta watch the seat belts, but so far i like it.

While I do wish this was slightly brighter, I’m quite satisfied with it considering the size! I love the two way clip, light weight, and dimensions. It’s short enough and small enough in diameter that I barely know it’s in my pocket, which is a welcome change from my previous EDC light. I also like the simplicity of having a tail switch and only a tailswitch that allows me to go back and forth between two brightness modes. Having only a tail switch means I don’t have to deal with it bumping up against my keys and draining the battery.

Great material, comfortable weight, action button has a really solid and distinctive click. It’s got 2 brightness modes, and I recommend a YouTube video on how to program which brightness you turn on the 1st time, every time. The instructions are hit or miss. The cap is starting to fade and show wear but that’s okay. The high brightness mode is starting to not work. It flickers occasionally but the dim brightness doesn’t. For what I use it for, it still works perfectly.

Lost power one morning and all rechargeable flash lights were dead. So we used my i3t version 1 to get buy. Decided to get my wife the new one and it is bright slightly however the temperature of the led is cooler so the light is more blue. Personally I like the original better but she loves hers because its blue. Both work great and if my old one is several years old and still kicking I can only assume the new version will be the same way

I have had this light for almost two years now and let me tell you for the price I feel like Ive won. I’ve used this thing dam near everyday and every part on it is still running including the clip which I attached to my hat at work when needed! It just now started to have a little bit of a sticky button but I am beyond happy and will definitely buy again. It is durable, bright for what it is, weight is great, clip is strong, and button is butter. Highly recommend.

Handsome little flashlight about as long and thick as my index finger. Perfect for my purse and not in the way. Smooth overall design makes it a slim fit in my pocket. Not clunky and has good weight for its size, does not fumble through my arthritic fingers. The diagonal texture on the barrel makes it easy to hold. The broad, slightly raised, textured button easy to push. Strong magnetic clip. Very impressed with this brand, tried it when it went on sale. Bought another as a gift for a friend to keep in her car. It is top-notch and not in the way wherever it’s used. Highly recommended.

Awesome light!!! Everything I expected from Olight and then some. I use pocket flashlights regularly for work and not only is this more compact and brighter than anything else in this class it’s durable. Most lights make it a month or two at best in my pocket before they no longer work. My first one lasted over a year before I lost it I will be buying these for everyone for Xmas

Works great, clear readings, easy to use

Easy to use, just got it yesterday and I will be taking it out hunting with me tomorrow. Will update this review on its field performance. Playing with it in my yard; for $42.00 my expectations have been exceeded by far.

I used it on an Elk hunt one week and then followed it up with a Golf outing. Worked perfectly on both. I compared it with an expensive range finder and the yardage was exact!

I bought this as an additional tool to use during my 3-gunning matches to collect more data on the longer range courses.Pros- Price – at this price point, you can’t really go wrong- Power- I like the fact that it is rechargeable with a USBC connector just like 90% of all my other devices- Automatically shuts down after 30 seconds of idle time- Fast on/ready after you turn it on.- Ease of use – Press the power button to turn on, point the crosshairs on what you want to range, press the power button again and you get your reading- Modes – Several options on distance, elevation, height, speed, etc.Meh/unknownWeight – This unit is really light which could be a pro or a con. Pro for carrying, con for stability.Size – Very small so it will fit in a pocket easily, but a bit small for my handAccuracy – I haven’t measured off the distance to verify the accuracy, but it seems reasonably accurate from 10-50 yards.Cons- Display – All the data in the display when you look through the device is black. This is ok when it is bright out, but if you are looking at a darker target, the background is dark, or the ambient light is dark, it is harder to find the crosshairs and data.Overall, this will give me additional data to help adjust my sight picture at varying distances during my 3-gun matches.

My FoodSaver of 30+ years finally died and hopefully this one will last a decent amount of time. My prior one you had to hold down for the vacuum to work, didn’t have an area to store a roll with a built in cutter, but I didn’t find that to be bad but it does make the unit to be deeper thus takes up more room to store–I do like that this one has a removable drip tray which the old one did not have. Many of the other units aren’t as wide like my old one which would limit the size of bag you can use and thus the amount of food you can store that bag so this wider one like my old one works best for me but again because it is deeper takes up more room to store. Overall happy with the purchase.

So far, so good! I’ve used it quite a bit and I don’t think it’s ever malfunctioned like a couple of the others I bought on Amazon. It does what it’s supposed to do, and that is to suck the air out of the bag and seal it. It has a slightly wider sealing strip, but it does not do a double seal, but you could do that yourself. I had vacuum sealed a bunch of shrimp a month or so ago, and, of course, put it in the freezer… Today I had a nice snack, the dipping sauce was Mr. Yoshida’s Gourmet Sauce. The only weird thing is that I vacuum sealed corn on the cob for the fridge, and the bags became bloated with air, yet still sealed. This machine is simple to use and doesn’t have a bunch of features that you don’t need.

It works well. I quickly learned how to conserve the shrink wrap when making my own bags. At first I was wasting too much material. I have bagged meat, fish, and poultry with excellent results. These last so much longer in the freezer than merely using freezer wrap. I haven’t used the vacuum hose attachment with jars ( sold separately).

After what feels like looking at EVERY vacuum sealer on the market, I finally found this one that had great reviews and was a good price. I had bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. We needed a vacuum sealer for all of the fish and game meat that we both brought home. When weighing options, I wanted something that was sturdy, had exceptional suction to get all of the air out, a strong seal, and something that could do both wet and dry foods. This meets and exceeds all of our expectations. It works well, is quick, and always has a great seal. The machine itself is easy to clean / wipe down and comes with a removable drip tray in case some juices squeak out. It is not the quietest machine, but I don’t mind.

Works great. Just what I needed.

These are wonderful because I needed to replace both my pepper spray due to expiration year and the taser from another company stopped charging. The light is very bright on the taser and it fits perfectly in my hand. The taser comes with a case/charger and is very lightweight. The sound is super loud and intimidating. The set is a great deal and the spray doesn’t expire for years. The use of both items are simple and have fool proof settings so you are careful.

Small compact just exactly what im looking for. 2 yrs manufacturer warranty good for stungun & 4 yrs pepper spray. Too cute. Hopefully dont have to use so not sure on usage on another person but overall happy and when i pressed it it works and easy.

Without using either of the items yet I’d still give a 4 star rating since both items are small and appear easy to use and carry, well made and durable, and easy to conceal. I’m optimistic that these will be effective if, God forbid, I need to use them.The reason this was given 4 stars instead of 5 is the included carry case which, after wearing one night for just a few hours, came apart at the belt loop – lucky it didn’t fall off since I didn’t realize it had broken until getting home and removing my belt (see image).

The stun gun seem powerful and the charging battery make it convenient. The only complaint I had is the belt holster is weak. It broke on my first wear after I sat down in my car. No big deal, I will just have it sew wait a stronger material myself.

I’m wondering why it took me so long to realize I NEEDED a device like this! Although this mason jar vacuum sealer is not as expensive as several on the market, its reviews here on Amazon are sound, in my estimation. Although I’ve not had it for very long, I am using it almost daily, especially to keep an extended life for fresh food storage in my refrigerator. I’ve stored mushrooms, green salad mixes, left-overs, etc., very effectively, extending the usability of the particular food that would have otherwise deteriorated and been tossed into the compost heap. I thoroughly recommend this product.Also, despite the many times I’ve used it, it has held its charge quite well.

I love this. I have gifted it 5 times. Easy to use. Stays charged for a very long time. This is a money saver, my berries last at least 2 weeks. My lettuce remains green and crisp. This is definitely a money saver. Even avocados last for days. Guacamole is fresh and green for over a week. Does not turn brown. Amazing.

So far so good! This little thing really packs a punch. I was tired of produce going bad just days after buying it. This works great and the removal tool is really great. I seal the jar and when I need to open that jar again it isn’t a huge pain to reseal it and put it back in the fridge. Everything stays fresher longer. I ordered side labels and I will be organizing my pantry in Mason jars.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: I used the item for the first time on November 19, 2025. I sealed a wide-mouth Mason jar using one of the lids that came with the kit, allowing the machine to run for 45 seconds. The resulting vacuum was so good that I had to use the included tool to pry the lid off the jar. Sealers I have used before did not create this powerful of a vacuum. Those sealers, though, did have one feature this one does not: Automatic shut off. For the lack of that feature, I have removed one star. Outside of that, the initial test went well. I’ll update this review down the road after using the item more.

This save a lot of food. As a single dweller I no longer am throwing out uneaten rotten food. This device saves food and easy to use

Love the convenience of this! I have one that attaches to the vacuum sealer but this is easy! To use my other one, I have to get the vacuum sealer out of the cabinet, connect hose and accessories. This just sits on my counter ready whenever, just pick it up and seal. Great buy!

I like this, so far, but it’s hard to know how long you’re supposed to let it go for. The instructions are pretty minimal, and it’s a little bit difficult to understand how to use it. I thought that it was supposed to shut off on its own, which it does, but it’s not based on what size of jar is or based on what’s in the jar, so I don’t know if it’s just times out or what. There’s not really a lot of information with it. But, it does pull the air out of the jar, because if you take the lid off, you can hear it. So, it functions well, even if I don’t know what I’m doing. Ha.

It’s the best fishing line i have ever used. Even stronger than spider wire fishing line and this one is thinner than the competitors they have and you have a big selection of different pounds and lengths of line and I enjoy the multi color line. I couldn’t break it and it was even hard to cut with a box cutter knife. It doesn’t get weak in direct sunlight constantly like regular line. Does over time and you have to change it so often and this one is protected from uv rays. Casting distance is the best I’ve every done and I didn’t sling it as hard as I could. But just a regular cast with this line is smooth casting so it goes farther than regular fishing line. 0 stretch and the memory is great and I had a fish get tangled in the rope tied to the weight of a big sized rotor off a full sized truck that weights over 20lbs and the line says 20lb test but it’s alot stronger. The fish didn’t break my line or get off we got it in the fishing net and then entangled the line from the rope the catfish weighted almost 8 lbs but you know how catfish are they spin and everything to try and get loose but it didn’t. But the 10lb line I usually use would of broke and the fish would of got away but not with this line even tho 20lb test I believe it could caught a fish that weights 60 to 100lbs and the line still wouldn’t break. Maybe the hook would straighten out and they get off but not because of the line breaking like normal line from like Walmart or even bass pro.

TL;DR- If the line look miss-spooled, send it back and save yourself some trouble.- Reaction Tackle, use bigger spools for 1500 yards and check your quality control….- UPDATE: No issues with experienced fishing, seems good and strong- UPDATE 2: Reaction Tackle reached to understand the problem I had. In addition they sent me direct another spool. Awesome customer service! When I need to update my spools line I’ll update again with how that goes, but first inspection the line is loaded more evenly on this spool, so hopefully my first one was just a bulb….Not my first spool of Reaction Tackle braid, but was the first one I was disappointed in….Ordered 1500 yards of 30lb X8. Received on time and was excited to load onto my new 8k surf real….First impressions was that the line seemed to be uneven on the real, that was Bailey big enough to hold all line. High on one side and low on the other, but proceeded to add to my line spooler, not thinking there would be any problem.How wrong I was…. Line seems like it was loaded under high tension or something as firstly pulling the start end out was extremely difficult, was caught under many lines.This was just the start of the issues, as I started winding it would repeatedly get stuck, line would pull taught and I would have to manually unspool the line that was wedged tight on the spool stuck under lines again and again. Final issue is it managed to somehow whilst spooling to pull off multiple strands so I had to stop, manually unwind and resolve that tangle.Once I got the line loaded finally it seems to spool off well, so hopefully my ordeal is over for this reel…. Just not looking forward to the next reel I need to do….Will update further after I head out for fishing at the weekend or if I here anything from Reaction Tackle…

I put 30lb hi-viz orange on my slow pitch set up and took it to Florida. It handled all types of snapper, amberjacks barracuda and more. Putting this line on the reel there was some color bleed from the dye but after that I did not notice any. I did not have any bird nest with this line. The color makes it easy to see, like I mentioned before the saltwater did not fade the color. I ran this line across wrecks and reefs with very little abrasion to the braided line. You can feel every thing down there to include the sand and rocks. There is no stretch to this line. It’s going to be there up to and maybe a little more that the railing. The only part of my line I did change in the 5 day trip was my top shot or leader. I would buy this line again for what I’m using it for. I have not casted this line. This line is very smooth with makes knots easier.

Good braid

Excellent braided line, rolls onto the spool effortlessly, very easy to tie knots on. 25 lbs test, loaded it up hit east river nyc at high tide. Line casts easily rolls off the spool perfectly and offers a solid no nonsense hookup. Inside 6 casts I hooked a 20 lb striped bass , it was a screamer in the fast current but came to heel in less than 5 minutes with a tight drag. Fish released unharmed. Super

This is some of the best fishing line i have ever used it catches fish the size of bluegill up to the size of giant bass it just works for anything.

Well… I was downgrading my line a bit to this 10 lb test because I wasn’t getting the cast performance I liked on my previous line. Tested it with my spin lures and the cast improved quite a bit. Decided to rig up a trout drop with a marshmallow and see if I could snag a quick trout. I am forever sold on reaction tackle line (which I still have on my other rods as well but a higher test). Within 20 seconds of the bait hitting bottom a carp grabbed it an ran. No problem.except the carp was pulling line from a 12.5 pound brake on the 10 pound test. Once I managed to coax it about 70 feet down the dock line to the boat ramp where thankfully someone brought their net (as I wasn’t planning on catching anything big) we saw it’s actual size. Just under 14 pounds and the 10 pound test at 12.5 pound brake on the reel. I am forever sold on reaction tackle braid after this.

When tested for breaking strength, it averaged a pound or two below advertised. For how much line you get, and the smoothness of reeling and spooling it provides; I would definitely buy more in other colors and test strengths. Casts far and hasn’t given me trouble yet.

I am a firm believer in washing your hunting clothing in Scent killer detergent, you can play the wind all you want but sometimes animals will get down wind of you. I’ve had several deer downwind that have been unable to pick up my scent. Also, bed down right next to the tree I’m in. As a plus my clothes are always clean!
