  • Fun for kids and adults!
I got Madden NFL for my son’s Nintendo Switch, and it’s been a huge hit in our house! The graphics are impressive for a handheld system, and the gameplay feels smooth and realistic. It’s great for football-loving kids who want to play on the go — whether in the car, at practice, or just relaxing at home.He loves customizing teams and players, and I appreciate that it’s family-friendly with no inappropriate content. It’s also fun for parents — we’ve had a few friendly matches ourselves!✅ Pros: Portable, realistic gameplay, fun for all ages❌ Cons: Load times can be a bit slow at startupOverall, a great buy for any football fan or young athlete who loves the sport both on and off the field!
  • Fun for all
We love this for our 7 year old. He plays with my husband and all are happy to enjoy 🙂 Graphics are great
  • Best Switch 2 Sports Game
The only handicap is the 30fps. But the obvious pro is its ability to play handheld!
  • Finally a madden for the switch
I’ll start off by saying I have always enjoyed madden games even though their formula is simple and there are no other football games on the market to compare to. I was most excited about this game for the launch of the switch 2, second place would be a hockey game that is still TBD. Overall this game is a 4.5 stars because while it is extremely entraining and has good graphics, I experience glitches now and then. Glitches include players not having upper bodies, fans not having heads. It’s not a deal breaker but it is a bit annoying. Besides that the game plays well. I haven’t done all the game modes but I expect positive results. Overall recommend the game.
  • Football
I bought it for my grandson and he loves it
  • Great game!
    Great game
  • Love came witt cartridge free dlc
    Tops madden 2k all day
  • Game is probably fine…but I couldn’t get past glitches and dropped frames from the get-go
The game (Madden) is fine – it’s more of the same from other years plus some new features. The rating is really for the platform. The Switch 2 is supposed to be more performant and this game was overloading the Switch 2 from the get-go. Glitchy as all get-out just running menus and the initial feature walkthrough. I rarely post reviews and, when I do, I try not to be unnecessarily critical. On this one, though, do not buy if you have access to other gaming platforms. You’re wasting your money on this one. Also, this is more on EA: the need to have to login to both EA and Nintendo to set up the game is completely ridiculous.

What Customers Say:

  • Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Nintendo Switch 2
An Epic, Action-Packed Masterpiece That Brings Hyrule to Life Like Never Before.Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is an absolute triumph and easily one of the standout titles on the Nintendo Switch 2. From the moment the opening cutscene played, I knew this game was going to be something special. It flawlessly blends the exhilarating, high-energy combat of the Warriors series with the emotional depth, lore, and world-building that Zelda fans love. The result is a game that feels massive, meaningful, and endlessly fun.The story is gripping from start to finish. It dives deep into the events surrounding Hyrule’s darkest hours, giving fans a fresh, dramatic perspective on the legend. The narrative is filled with powerful moments, surprising twists, and heartfelt scenes that genuinely add weight to the larger Zelda timeline. The cutscenes are beautifully animated, and the voice acting gives every character—from the returning heroes to the new faces—life and personality.Gameplay is where Age of Imprisonment truly shines. The Nintendo Switch 2 delivers smooth, polished performance, allowing for huge battles with dozens of enemies on screen without any slowdown. Every character has their own fighting style, move set, and ultimate abilities, making combat feel dynamic and exciting no matter who you choose. The combo system is satisfying, the controls are intuitive, and chaining attacks together feels incredibly rewarding. There is also an impressive amount of content. The campaign is long, detailed, and full of memorable battles, but the side missions, character challenges, and upgrade paths give you countless reasons to keep coming back. Building and customizing your favorite fighters is addictive, and discovering new weapons, skills, and strategies keeps the game feeling fresh well past the credits.Visually, the game is stunning. The revamped Switch 2 hardware really shows off the environments—lush forests, crumbling battlegrounds, ancient temples, and fiery strongholds all look more detailed and vibrant than ever before. The soundtrack is equally impressive, mixing epic orchestral tracks with remixed Zelda themes that perfectly match the intensity of every battle.Overall, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is everything fans could hope for: exciting, emotional, content-packed, and absolutely gorgeous. It honors the Zelda legacy while delivering fast-paced action that’s impossible to put down. This is a must-own title and a shining example of what the Nintendo Switch 2 is capable of. A perfect 5-star experience.
  • Age of Imprisonment leaves quite the impression!
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a great game and quite a few story bits show us some of the Imprisoning War, but those segments are few to compare with the full backstory. This is different than previous games in the Hyrule Warriors genre as even characters who aren’t Zelda, Rauru, Mineru, Knight Construct, Calamo, Ardi, Agraston, Qia, or Raphica are fun to play as. This game has a lot of content before the final fight with Demon King Ganondorf and a lot more content that is locked behind the initial completion of the main story. I am currently 70 hours and still playing to unlock everything and it helps that the game runs so smoothly, but I never had any doubts after how well Donkey Kong Bananza handled. This is the only way to experience the full story from the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and I highly recommend it for fans of Zelda!
  • Great expansion of TOTK
This is such a great Zelda spin-off and probably the best Warriors type game that I’ve played. Combat has a surprising amount of depth and the character selection keeps things fresh. The story is presented in an engaging way, despite already having been presented in TOTK, thanks to the addition of new characters and lots of story cutscenes among other things. I highly recommend this game to any fan of this great Zelda era.
  • Great game but pricey for Switch 2
Bought this for my granddaughter and she really loves all the Zelda games. This is a bit more expensive because we bought the game for switch too but worth every penny.
  • So Far So Good
Disclaimer, I am not the biggest Zelda fan. I don’t follow much of the lore and back story but so far I have enjoyed the game. The voice acting seems very good. The combat also is pretty intuitive and you are given a tutorial at the start. The cutscenes are not as sharp as the rest of the game and the game doesn’t look like it’s running in 4K but at 1080P.Some say they are disappointed that this is more of a button masher. Several reviews have noted the same but they also say that will only get you so far as some of the bosses are very difficult to take down by just button mashing. They say learning the games combos is a must if you want to succeed. There are 4 difficulty settings in the game: Easy, Normal, Hard and Very Hard.I wish it was cheaper than $70 but that’s Nintendo. They charge a premium for everything. The one good thing about the physical game is that it’s all on the cartridge so you can save storage space which this game takes about 45GB and that information is found on Nintendo’s eShop. However there was a 630MB Day 1 patch to download.
  • Great gamd
Loving this game so far. If you’re into the warriors type game I think you’ll like this. Tons of action. It runs so smoothly and it looks great.
  • Awesome game!
I’m loving this game so much more than TotK and BotW. I know they’re not super comparable because this is a hack and slash. But I do enjoy the mechanics, combat and level system better and I enjoy learning more of the story. Great game.

What Customers Say:

  • Best third party controller I have ever owned!
I decided to buy the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Bluetooth Controller to use with the Switch 2 once I read that the latest firmware adds the ability to wake the console.I have owned the Switch 2 since launch day and had been using Nintendo’s Switch 2 Pro Controller with it exclusively. First of all, I love Nintendo’s pro controller, but I wanted to see what alternatives were out there and I had been curious about 8BitDo’s products for a long time. The build quality of the Ultimate 2 is exceptional. It is built like a tank and feels great in your hands. The rumble is pretty aggressive and probably the first thing you will notice because of the night and day difference from Nintendo’s own controllers. The Ultimate 2’s charging stand is also a nice feature that is sorely missing from Nintendo’s own official pro controller. If you plan to use this controller with the Switch 2 there a few things you should know before deciding whether or not this is the controller for you. The Ultimate 2 features additional buttons that you can map on the controller itself but you will lose the Switch 2’s GR & GL software specific button mapping feature. You will also lose the “Chat” button. I don’t use either feature so they were not important to me. If these features are important to you, just know that this controller currently does not support them. The firmware update process can be a bit tricky. As a Mac user I found that the included USB-A to USB-C cable doesn’t work, at least not on macOS. I had to use a USB-C to USB-C cable in order for the updater to see the controller. Once the controller firmware was updated to v2.0 and paired with my Switch 2, I couldn’t get the “shake to wake” feature to work. In 8BitDo’s updater app there is a “log” for the v2.0 firmware. If you click on it, within the notes is a url to a YouTube video showing the correct way to connect the Ultimate 2 Bluetooth Controller to the Switch 2 to get the “shake to wake” feature working (you will need the Switch 2 right Joy-Con to set it up properly).Once the controller’s firmware has been updated and properly paired with the Switch 2, 8BitDo’s Ultimate 2 becomes the Pro controller that Nintendo should have made! Highly recommended!
  • 8bitdo ultimate bluetooth & kingkong pro 2
If you are like me and are looking for a controller for your Nintendo Switch then you probably are deciding between the 8bitdo ultimate Bluetooth and Kingkong pro 2. After some research, I decided to go with the 8bitdo. Here’s everything I liked and disliked about the controller.PROS-Comes with a charging dock.Having a charging dock is a very nice inclusion as you can just leave the controller on the dock to charge your controller without having to connect a USB cable to the controller. The dock has a white led at the bottom that turns on while charging and turns off when the controller is fully charged. The Kingkong pro 2 on the other hand does not come with a charging dock.-Has Hall effect joysticks. The real selling point of this controller is the Hall effect sticks. If you don’t know what that means then all you need to know is that this controller will not develop stick drift at all. So you can have peace of mind without having to worry about replacing this controller because of stick drift. The kingkong pro 2 also uses the same hall effect sticks, so they are virtually the same when comparing their hall effect sticks.- Can connect with Bluetooth + 2.4ghzBeing able to connect this controller with 2.4ghz and Bluetooth means that you are easily able to connect to your pc and Nintendo Switch and also switch between them seamlessly. There is a switch in the back of the controller that switches between the 2.4ghz and Bluetooth and is really useful if you use this controller between your pc and Nintendo Switch. The connection process was also very easy and I had no disconnects while using Bluetooth or 2.4ghz.-Build qualityThe build quality is very nice and doesn’t feel cheap at all and feels sturdy. Triggers, d-pad, buttons, and joystick feels nice. If you take care of this controller then this controller will last for a very long time.- Back paddlesThe 8-bitdo controller has back paddles that you can remap with any button that is on the controller or it can be used to make a macro if you want through the 8bitdo software either through the app on your pc or phone. To be honest I don’t use the back paddles too much but it is nice to have and might be useful in some games where you need to do repetitive string button presses. Something to keep in mind is that if you play any competitive games in a tournament like Smash Bros, this controller may be banned because of the use of macros. But this applies to a small portion of people, so don’t worry about it too much.- SoftwareThe 8bitdo software is pretty well designed and you can adjust the dead zones for the sticks and triggers, remap the buttons, add up to three different profiles for different games, adjust vibrations, calibrate the controller, and as mentioned previously make macros. Keep in mind that it’s important to update your controller to the latest software as this fixes a lot of bugs and allows you to calibrate the controller.CONS-Controller gripThe way the controller is shipped makes it a little uncomfortable to hold but I was able to adjust to it fine. But this could be a deal breaker for some people as having an uncomfortable grip can make playing with the controller unbearable after long sessions. But this varies from person to person, for me, it’s no longer an issue.-No NFC supportIf you have a bunch of amiibos and scan them then sorry to say but this controller does not support that. I don’t use amiibos at all so this is hardly an issue plus you can just use a joycon to scan an amiibo but this is something that would’ve been nice to have.-No hd rumbleThe controller does not have hd rumble, so if you play a game that uses it like Splatoon 3 then the Rumble won’t be as good as a controller that has hd rumble.-No gyro supportSimilarly, this controller does not support gyro, so if you use gyro a lot then that’s something else to keep in mind.- No easily customizable buttonsWhat I mean by no easily customizable buttons is that this controller does not allow you to easily switch the bayx layout to a traditional abxy layout. But it isn’t impossible to do either. In order to do it you need to partially disassemble the controller and reassemble the buttons in the order you want it. It would’ve been nice to have an easier way to remove the buttons.Despite the cons of the controller none of them were a real deal breaker to me as it’s mostly features that I don’t care about or would hardly use. Although. the kingkong pro 2 does fix a few of these issues like the controller grip, NFC support, gyro support, and easily customizable buttons. But it’s important to do your own research on that and see if the Pro 2 is the controller for you. I don’t have experience with the Pro 2 so I can only tell you some of the features that it has by looking at the product page and other reviewers. The best advice I can give is that if you like what you see about the Kingkong pro 2 and you’re looking for a controller to use only for the Nintendo Switch then go for the Kingkong pro 2 but if you plan on using the controller on pc as well on the Nintendo Switch then definitely go for the 8bitdo.

What Customers Say:

  • It’s Great Works on the Switch 2 very Well
I got this for my Nintendo Switch 2 it’s a good Micro SD Card I got a lot of games on it Worth the Money
  • Works well
Great little memory card. I don’t need skads of space and this 256 card doubles the S2 capacity so I’m good. Have a good pair of scissors handy to get this little card out of the plastic packaging. One long cut just under the card will free it up for removal. I had to look up where the card goes into the S2! Turns out you have to lift the rear Switch stand and that exposes a standard micro SD card slot. Once inserted, your S2 will want to do a quick update to get the card working. I notice no long load or save times with this card. I’m happy.
  • Works just as intended
The card is pretty easy to install, just plug it into the slot at the bottom and you’re done. The Switch 2 will recognize the card is installed and let you move games from internal storage to external storage as needed. It seems to be quite fast. I can’t discern any differences in loading time from games loaded on the card. So it works just as you’d expect. The card is pretty useful because after transferring all my Switch 1 games to the Switch 2 I ran out of internal memory pretty quickly. I’m sure in the future I’ll need to upgrade to a 512GB card but for now 256GB is more than enough.
  • Works as described.
Although pricey, it works great. I accidentally bought the one for the Switch 1. Make sure it says ‘express’. At least I could use the one i bought for my Switch 1.Card is micro, so don’t open until you’re gonna use it. Also, it’s really easy to open. I don’t use the crescent flap. I feel for the end of the plastic and cut up the side and across the top. It’s a lot easier (for me). Got it open in seconds. I did see cheaper ones, but its always a gamble. Not in the price but the quality. Not that this is ‘so’ much better. I’ve bought 3rd party items on Amazon and sometimes its great and sometimes it junk. Do you!Hope this review helps.
  • It works flawless
This dose what it say’s and I have no problems my only complaint is we need more then 256 because the switch2 has just started in its life and Nintendo sticks around with its console for some time and i appetite that but we need more storage please!I know of other brands out there with more storage but unless it is officially for Nintendo I can’t trust it!
  • Upgraded storage space for the Switch 2
Functions as designed, effectively doubling the original storage space capacity of the Switch 2.
  • Just worked as expected
This MicroSD card worked perfectly for my Nintendo Switch 2. I inserted the card, the console recognized it instantly, and after a quick, prompted restart, I was ready to go. Moving my games to the new card was simple and hassle-free. It’s an easy and effective way to expand your storage.
  • Good buy
Great value for money and perfect size

  • You need this controller!
What a great controller! I got this for my son to go with his Nintendo Switch. It holds a charge nicely! It works and the buttons do not get stuck. Its been going strong so I am thankful for that. Definitely purchase this one! Your child will not be disappointed!
  • Works exactly as advertised
As long as you read the instructions this works very well. I am not going to say the build quality is up to the same level as my switch 2 pro controller, but for a $20 controller that I am only using for the turbo feature it is perfect.Just to go over some other details:The buttons are definitely not as smooth to press as some higher end controllers, feels very cheap. The sticks function as they should but again just feels cheap and probably wouldn’t hold up to regular use.It is very lightweight compared to my main controller.
  • Buyers Beware!! ***Updated***
Stopped working after a couple uses, and I was one day beyond the return window. Do not waste your money!Updating to four stars for customer service. The seller did reach out and offered a refund, no need to return the product (even though I offered to return it), and no strings attached. For that reason, I would purchase from this seller again in the future. The customer service is top notch!
  • Well Worth It
Let’s be honest, if you are looking at this you obviously aren’t shooting for DualSense Edge, Razer Wolverine, or even XBox Elite quality… Or you are delusional. For what it is though, It’s pretty dope. Is it extremely light and feel like it’s made in a Chinese labor camp? Absolutely. Does it do what it needs to? Also yes. Can it withstand the utter disregard of items that a 5 year old and his 3 year old brother possess? Surprisingly…. Yes! Buy it if you need a solid controller on the cheap.
  • It’s good and it works
Works well, vibrates correctly, not awkward to hold. Good texture and quality.Though sometimes the left joystick will over correct and move me more in a direction then I intended to go. But that only happens occasionally and doesn’t affect the product in any obnoxious wayGood Product
  • Wireless Pro Controller Review: Simple Setup, Flawless Performance
I recently picked up this Wireless Switch Controller as an alternative to the official model for my Nintendo Switch (it’s compatible with the Switch 2, Lite, and OLED models), and I am genuinely impressed. The initial pairing process was incredibly simple to connect—I went to the “Change Grip/Order” menu, held the Home button, and it was detected and ready to go instantly. It truly just works right out of the box, with absolutely no fuss or troubleshooting needed. This seamless experience immediately set a high standard. The performance during gameplay lives up to the easy setup. The controller features dual vibration motors and a precise 6-axis gyro sensor, which translates into an excellent, immersive experience for motion-controlled games like Splatoon 3 and The Legend of Zelda. The responsiveness is immediate, and the ergonomic, non-slip grip makes it incredibly comfortable for extended gaming sessions. Unlike some third-party options, the buttons and joysticks feel robust and reliable. With universal compatibility across the entire Switch family, plus a long-lasting rechargeable battery, this controller offers phenomenal value. It’s packed with great features like adjustable Turbo functions and the reliability of a stable wireless Bluetooth connection. If you are looking for a high-quality Pro Controller alternative that connects easily and delivers flawless performance, this is the perfect choice for any serious Switch gamer.
  • Love this controller
This controller is an incredible value. At less than half the cost of a switch pro controller we get similar results. The setup is super simple and it connects perfectly every time. The feel is good-not-great, but that’s to be expected. Build quality is solid though. We have 2 of these and they’re a favorite of mine and my 5 year old over traditional joycons.
  • Cheap, decent controller. Not perfect, but generally good enough.
I’ve been using this controller for about a year, and it is just good enough, but not quite in some cases. For example, in Zelda BOTW, the motion detection will think I am continually aiming slightly to the left, which ruins the gameplay. Also, the D-pad down will not connect after you’ve pressed it enough, so you need to give a little more omph. The other directions don’t have this issue. It charges easily and quickly with a typical standard charge cord, and the batteries last a long time. It auto powers off very quickly when not in use, perhaps too fast, since I often pause a game to come back finding the controller is off.Not good enough for a hard-core gamer.

Nintendo Joy-Con 2 (L)/(R) Light Blue/Light Red

What Customers Say:

  • Solid quality, no drift so far
I’ve used a Nintendo Switch for over 4 years, so I know about the drift issues Joy-Cons can develop. With this new set, no problems so far. They look sturdy, feel well built, and I really like that they can also be used like a PC gaming mouse. So far, reliable and just what you’d expect from Nintendo. Recommended.
  • Great and authentic!
    These work perfectly. No complaints!
  • Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con (L)/(R) Light Blue/Light Red
Stylish, Smooth, and Everything You Want in a Joy-Con UpgradeI recently picked up the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con controllers in Light Blue and Light Red, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Nintendo knocked it out of the park with this color combo—it’s fresh, fun, and gives my console a bright, personalized touch that really stands out. The pastel-like tones are vibrant without being too flashy, and they look even better in person than in the photos. From a performance standpoint, these Joy-Cons deliver exactly what you’d expect from Nintendo’s latest generation of hardware. The button response is crisp, the joysticks feel tight and accurate, and there’s no noticeable lag or delay during gameplay. I’ve tested them with a range of games—from fast-paced action titles to casual party games—and they performed flawlessly every time. One big improvement over earlier models is the feel of the analog sticks. So far, they’re smooth and responsive with zero sign of drift—a major concern with older Joy-Cons. I’ve been using them daily for a few weeks now and haven’t noticed any of the common wear issues that plagued first-gen controllers. Hopefully this continues with longer use, but so far, so good.Pairing was a breeze—just snap them onto the Switch 2 and they sync instantly. I also love the versatility: they work perfectly whether attached to the console in handheld mode, used wirelessly, or shared with a friend for multiplayer sessions. The HD Rumble is still one of the most underrated features, adding subtle feedback that really enhances gameplay immersion.Battery life has also been excellent. I’ve gotten multiple long play sessions (5+ hours) without needing to recharge, and they hold a charge well when not in use. No complaints there. If you’re looking to replace an older set of Joy-Cons or simply want to add a splash of personality to your console setup, I’d highly recommend this Light Blue / Light Red set. They offer all the functionality and reliability you expect from official Nintendo accessories, with an added dose of style that makes gaming feel even more fun.
  • Great upgrade from the first generation
I love the quality of the new switch controllers! Theyre better in pretty much every way. Theyre larger than the first switch, have a stronger build, and most importantly they have a magnetic connection instead of the sliding mechanism! Plus, these are a great price compared to other retailers!
  • Original equipment. Perfect
    Great original product. Works perfectly.
  • Well built

Genuine product. They work great so far.
  • Nintendo always provides good products… but at a cost
I hate you sometimes Nintendo. Because these joy cons are great. They are an upgrade to the switch 1 joy cons. The magnets hold well. The mouse is hit and miss. Anyways why am I reviewing these? They just came out and there are like 3 games that put them to the test. But yeah there has been no drift yet. I just hate how they coast $100. Like did they import the magnets and plastic from the moon or what?
