  • Very satisfied with this seller.
Excellent purchase! This phone is like brand new. There are no scratches on the screen or any exterior damage at all. The battery holds a charge all day and there have been no problems with the technology. Definitely recommend this seller for the value and quality!
  • Perfect!! ????
The phone is in excellent condition! It has just one small mark near the camera. It came well packaged, was unlocked, and works very well. I admit I was very afraid of receiving something bad, but it really surprised me. The battery has 84% health, which is very similar to my daughter’s phone — the same model — purchased directly from Apple.Everything is going great so far!
  • Almost perfect! ????????
The media could not be loaded. At first I was unsure about buying an iPhone off of Amazon but now i’ve had this phone for about a month now and honestly it’s pretty great! The phone functions very well, the camera quality is great, connects well, and everything runs very smoothly! There are a few scratches on the phone but to me it isn’t that much of a issue since it’s not that much of a bother to me since it’s barely noticeable, but one negative thing I do have to say, is that although this phone functions amazingly it also does a weird little glitch, not too often tho. It doesn’t glitch horribly bad or as often for it to be a huge problem. But overall I have been very happy with this phone and I would buy again!
  • Perfect parchase
I still can’t believe how blessed I’ve been to receive a phone that looks like a new one. Honestly, it makes me doubt it’s ever been used. I was expecting it to arrive with a few scratches, but it’s in perfect condition, literally like a new one. The battery condition is at 100%, and I also expected it to be at best at 85%, but no, it arrived at 100%, it’s incredible. I absolutely didn’t expect to receive a phone in such perfect condition. I’m thankful to God for this phone; I definitely didn’t expect anything like this.
  • Very happy with my purchase!
I bought this phone refurbished. It was unlocked so I was able to add it to my carrier easily..The phone was in almost perfect condition, no scratches or dings, it honestly looks untouched and brand spanking new, only thing I noticed so far is battery health is at 88%.. which is fine to me. My old phone’s battery says it “needs service “ so I’m okay with that. I also know a place that changes iPhone batteries for $50. I could have got a brand spanking new phone for 3x this price plus a 2 year contract but I didn’t want to do that.. I’m very happy and satisfied. Thanks so much! Next time I need an upgrade I will definitely buy again.
  • The battery was like new that’s the important thing to me and it works good and doesn’t over heat
96% battery life no problems staright out the gate but I will have to see in the next week or two but at first it was a easy set up and nice phone very nice
  • We’ll see…
I say 3 stars because visually it’s perfect and for the price of $350 it was somewhat worth it. The phone I received has some kind of connection based issue. When I connected to my WiFi to move over all my apps I instantly noticed it was downloading apps very slow or not at all. Once I finally got an app to DL it wouldn’t allow me to log in giving an error prompt. Waited next day to get it connected to my service provider, thinking the issue was because the phone has a WiFi problem, but after “turning the phone on” I was still getting the error messages after trying to log in even with cellular on and WiFi off. Finally after 30mins to an 1hr of searching and after attempting to self diagnose(literally looked up how to do it) I had the thought to use a VPN and it worked and allowed me to log into my apps.
  • Wait time may be longer than anticipated
So far so good. It came a few days late but the phone itself was intact. No scratches, no marks, or damage. It had a 89% battery health which isn’t ideal but also not the worst thing. The sounds good, touch screen is smooth, and the colors are vibrant. Decently priced and functional. The set up was fairly easy and took maybe an hour or two between transferring everything and connecting the phone service myself. A new phone at the store was $800 plus $25 to connect it with help. That wasn’t happening so I took a chance on this alternative. Definitely saved me hundreds and I understand you get what you pay for so I won’t complain too much. I’ll return in a week and again in a month to show how it’s held up.One Week Update: it’s still working fine. Haven’t had any issues. It did get a bit hot while I was using it but I feel like that’s an issue with iPhones in general. Battery life went down to 88%. No major problems.

What Customers Say:

  • Excellent Value – Well Made – Good Functionality
Same price as my Moto 5 G from 5 years ago! But with all the improvements that you would expect from tech advances. It’s about the same weight and size but the case is thinner which is nice.Predictive text handling is a bit more capricious and sometimes obtuse, but keyboard itself is more accurate. Swings and roundabouts.Overall, very good phone and incredible value for money. Paying $170 vs $1000 seems very sensible to me!
  • Wow what a great deal for an awesome phone !!
For $165 I honestly don’t know how you could beat the value. The screen is beautiful, the 5000 ma/h battery lasts forever and the performance is more than adequate for most people. Sure it isn’t gonna run games like a S series Galaxy, but it costs only a fraction of what they do. I bought it as a work phone for my small business and am extremely impressed. I popped in my Verizon sim card and it works flawlessly. The battery meter is a little hard to read but that is part of Samsung’s software on all Galaxies running the newest OneUI version and no fault of the phone. The 50mp camera is insanely good and the built in Google circle to search is super handy. This purchase was a home run and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
  • Read the description of what’s inside the box
The price is awesome. The setup? Not bad. Not supper fast either. Nice size. Nice weight. Sharp image. Excellent audio.Read the description of what’s inside the box! There was no charger included. Not cool, and why it isn’t included? I’m not fixing to buy a new charger. Luckily, I have extra cords and that’s how I’m charging the phone.
  • GREAT Value; Works Well; Dependable
This phone certainly is an outstanding value. Today, companies hype you with devices for well over $1,000.00. I have been buying inexpensive phones like this for YEARS, and have saved great deals of money while staying in my budget and enjoying the full benefits of modern mobile phones. The display and sound quality are excellent; it is durable and withstands daily wear (that is, with the usual added benefits of an appropriate case and/or holster); it captures the signals from the cellular network very well and has great connectivity; accessories such as screen protectors, USB C cables, and power adapters are very plentiful (one thing that would cause me to immediately reject considering a phone is when the manufacturer designs their devices to require proprietary accessories), the charging time is very good; and, again, it is an overall, excellent value. Definitely deserving of 5-Stars.
  • Great hardware held back by bloated software
I was looking for a secondary phone that I could dedicate specifically to work (email, number, apps, etc). In the past I’ve had plenty of low budget phones that did a great job with this (particularly the Motorola G series) but I wanted to give Samsung a try since the price to specs ratio was really good. The hardware itself is really good at this price. For $175, I got a phone with a good battery, decent camera, good screen, and a solid processor to keep most apps running well.Unfortunately, the whole Samsung suite of tools slows the phone down to a crawl if they decide to automatically run or update in the background. I hate this future of forced updates, and while it IS possible to disable “most” updates, some will still happen automatically around the Samsung suite of tools.Things like Samsung cloud, Smart things, Switch, Sync, and many more are constantly running for no reason, and attempting to interact with any will push you to create a silly Samsung account to manage their behavior. The One UI thing is extremely pushy with updates, with their overlay prompting me to update in the middle of typing an email or doing anything else.I don’t know how we’ve fallen off so badly when it comes to UX design… at some point companies decided that their needs come first, and if there’s any leftover time and budget, the user experience gets some consideration.Overall, the phone is a good piece of hardware, but the software is extremely annoying, pushy, laggy, and broken in many ways I highly recommend de-bloating the device by removing as much unnecessary crap as you possibly can, then the phone becomes much more usable.
  • Great phone regardless of budget
Great phone for a great price. Bought it for my dad, but I would take this over a flagship. I like the fingerprint sensor on the power button. Really smart design. Much better than the on-screen sensor in flagship models which don’t work properly when you put a screen protector on. The only thing missing is wireless charging, but I get that they don’t include that in a budget model. I also think it’s a little bigger than I would have liked. Maybe bigger screens are the new trend?
  • great performance and value
I thought about waiting for the A17 since it has been released outside the US but then I read that its basically the exact same chips this year so I opted for the $165 sale here. I use it on mint and came from the A13 5G. I’ll say it is very good, I like that we moved back to flat edges, it kept the same features I was used to and all the great things about the A series (big battery/runtime and value)I use social media apps, email, meeting apps, gps, nfc wallet, and AI chatbots. It is a bit faster than my previous phone and no complaints for speed. I put a plastic/rubber clear case on it and a screen protector just for a few bucks off amazon haul. I could see this easily lasting me 4 years. I was worried about 4GB ram but I’m usually just around 2.5GB used with these apps and the memory compression RAM Plus (I set it to 2GB, half the real ram)

  • Best phone for the dollar
This phone is the best, cheap, super-fast shipping, amazing quality for being refurbished. I got it delivered and it was already pre-charged at 80% with an 87% battery capacity. Solid for a refurbished phone. I was skeptical at first when reading bad reviews on the phone, but when it got here nothing bad happened. There are the occasional scratches but nothing to complain about. It also came preinstalled with a screen protector and it has 0 scratches on it. Along with insane speakers. I tested everything once I got the phone and everything worked perfect. Highly recommend to everyone.
  • Great phone ????
I was a bit anxious at first when buying the starlight iPhone from Wireless source, but turns out the phone is in perfect condition???????? typing on it as we speak. It also has 99% battery as well and works perfectly fine just has a bit of chipping around the camera lens
  • PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECK OUT, YOU WILL BE THANKFUL YOU DID!!
Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!
  • Easy and trustworthy process
Phone was unlocked and not iCloud locked or anything. Battery was replaced with a genuine apple battery for a 100% capacity which was amazing! Cosmetically the phone was 9/10. Some scratches around the glass but not at all noticeable. Back and frame were pristine! Phone runs great with no issues and feels great in the hand. Would recommend
  • FAIR PURCHASE
The iPhone 13 I received was in very neat condition—no visible scratches, dents, or issues with the body or screen. It feels premium and works smoothly, just as expected from an iPhone. However, the battery health is at 85%, which is a bit lower than ideal, especially if you’re someone who needs all-day power.Overall, a great phone in terms of looks and performance, but keep the battery condition in mind if you’re planning to buy used or refurbished.
  • REAL Review – Acceptable condition
A real review btw!!I brought this on acceptable condition and the phone works great, the screen was great no cracks, it looks brand new, the screen protection was well protected, and the battery was at a 88% which is a good features for me, true to itSize, the only issues was it was a little dent but then again you can’t tell at all from afar, but I did brought it in acceptable condition btw so I am not mad at all, love my new phone
  • Honest review
I bought this phone after my other one started acting up. I had the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE which wasn’t too bad. The price was reasonable so I bought it. The size of the phone physically is great. It looks like a regular Apple iPhone. It’s pretty easy to use took some time though getting used to how get between apps and scrolling down to see battery, notifications, etc. Its camera quality though is good. Apple is definitely overrated except for the camera. They get all their attention for their camera quality billboards. It works more or less. However for some reason WhatsApp and Spotify don’t work properly when not connected to wifi. Like I can’t use WhatsApp call if someone calls me or if I try to call someone and can’t send or download pics/videos. With Spotify only pre downloaded playlists/songs/albums work I can’t search for any songs.
  • Amazon Renewed iPhone 13 Mini
I ordered my new to me iPhone 13 Mini from Amazon renewed recently. This device was advertised to be in excellent condition with a battery health greater than 80%. When I took delivery of my device it was in pristine condition with a battery health of 86%. I was very pleased with my experience buying form Amazon renewed and will be doing this again soon… highly recommended if you’re looking to get a great iPhone at a great price. I have a few pictures showing my iPhone 13 Mini next to my iPhone Air. The Mini is an amazing iPhone.

  • This is a fun, reliable and great phone to use!
This is probably the greatest Google Pixel phone ever. I have been an iphone/mac user for many years. I have loved the look of the Pixel for quite a while now and decided to give it a try. I was disappointed in my iPhone 16 ProMax. It was a solid phone in every way, but it just became boring, and the lack of new AI features just added to my frustrations. The Google Pixel has been refreshing, and I do love the look of it. I am enjoying all of the software and feel like I am learning something new each day. I think Google is also very good about updates and explaining them in detail. Using the camera and all of its features is fantastic and taking videos has been very good despite its criticism. This is an exceptional phone at the current price point. Definitely try to get it on sale, you will not regret it. This phone has a great build quality, sounds great and is on the lighter side of an iPhone ProMax. Despite its large size it is easy to hold and carry with me. The customizability of this phone is endless, and I am really into personalization. Phone calls and video chats sound fantastic with very good background noise reduction and of course many useful AI features.
  • Got it on sale, but worth it even at MSRP.
Nice phone. Camera is great. Won’t transfer (at least I don’t know how) all your pictures from you other phone unless they are in Google cloud, but all the apps transferred with ease. Recommend a case that covers the camera; the camera sticks out from the body of the phone. I’m a Google fan so I’m a little biased. Recommend this phone over the others. The battery lasts a long time.
  • Amazing Phone!
The Pixel 10 Pro is sleek, fast, and feels premium in hand. The display is vibrant, the cameras take stunning photos, and battery life easily lasts all day. Android 16 is smooth, and I love the extra features like AI camera enhancements. Highly recommend!
  • Outstanding camera and overall performance. Runs games fine.
Excellent phone on all aspects.Impressive camera. Unbelievable. Not made for games but runs them fine.AI is really intrusive but that’s what it’s made for.Gemini feels different on this device, in a better way, as if it’s more human.Definitely buy it if games are not priority. Everything else is lovely to work on.I consider this a productivity phone. Does everything smoothly and flawlessly.
  • Google Pixel 10 Pro XL Review: A Beautiful, Smart, but Thirsty Flagship
The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is a fantastic phone for the Android enthusiast, offering a pure software experience, groundbreaking AI features, and a truly stunning design. While it has established itself as the king of Android software support, be warned: its Achilles’ heel is the battery life.Design and Build Quality: Solidly PremiumFrom the moment you pick it up, the Pixel 10 Pro XL feels like a premium device. The construction is very good—solid and beautiful. Its design, particularly the iconic camera bar, is more visually appealing than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. This phone looks and feels like the high-end device it is.Software and Longevity: Unmatched CommitmentChoosing the Pixel means embracing the best version of Android, free from unnecessary clutter. The phone runs on a clean, snappy version of the OS with absolutely no bloatware. Furthermore, Google has made a monumental promise for the future: this phone comes with an industry-leading 7-year commitment to OS and security updates. If longevity is a priority, no other major phone can currently compete. The Pixel Experience: Seamless Transition and Unique AITransferring from my previous Pixel was super smooth and easy, making the setup process painless. Once you’re up and running, the true magic of the Pixel shines through its AI features that you simply can’t find in other phones. These smart, seamlessly integrated tools (like advanced photo editing and on-the-fly translation) truly elevate the day-to-day user experience. My decision to choose Android was also rooted in practicality. I appreciate the open nature of the ecosystem, which avoids the “containment model” of the iPhone. Copying files to and from my Windows PC is quick and hassle-free, a huge advantage over Apple’s more restrictive system. I chose Pixel over Samsung specifically to avoid bloatware, even though I genuinely enjoy Samsung DeX.Camera Performance: Consistently ExcellentAs expected from a Pixel, the camera is excellent, overall. It continues Google’s tradition of delivering phenomenal computational photography, capturing sharp detail and accurate colors in nearly any lighting condition. It’s easily one of the best point-and-shoot experiences available. The Major Caveat: Poor Battery LifeUnfortunately, the outstanding features are weighed down by the bad battery life. This is the phone’s single most disappointing aspect. Despite taking extreme measures to conserve power, the battery life is subpar. Even with:Non-essential background apps disabled.Cellular data turned off (using Wi-Fi only at home).Battery Saver mode enabled. The phone still drains about 25-30% of its battery in just 24 hours while idling. For a flagship phone, this level of standby drain is unacceptable. It means you are constantly worrying about finding a charger.Final Verdict:The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is a flagship with brilliant potential, offering a superior software commitment, a beautiful build, and exclusive AI features. However, the battery performance demands a significant compromise. If you value all-day, worry-free battery life, then please go with another phone. This device is best suited for those who prioritize the pure, smart Android experience and the 7-year software guarantee, and are always near a charging source.
  • Don’t hesitate, but not for gamers
It’s a great phone. Don’t listen to anyone saying it’s not powerful enough or good enough. Though I will say it’s a much better deal at $899.Yes, on paper its CPU underperforms compared to top competitors. Will you notice? Not unless you play high intensity mobile games. Minecraft? Hearthstone? This phone handles normal games just fine. Just don’t expect Genshin performance on this thingThis phones software is excellent and the camera is very good

The color was beautiful it worked very well it’s great quality and worth the money never had a problem with scratches or signal !!
  • Great price & in excellent condition.
The iPhone 11 works great. Looks brand new. Excellent product for the price. However, I think the info should have mentioned the fact that it does not have an Apple battery. The phone let me know this.

  • Phone does not work
Update: customer service reached out and helped me solve the problem. The phone has been working since then. Updating my review to 5 stars.I chose the “excellent condition” phone. The exterior of the phone looked brand new. However, it will not work. I tried to get the phone to update and transfer information from my old phone. It will not update at all. So you can not use it. I should’ve known better ordering a refurbished phone. Lesson learned
  • Apple iPhone 11 Review: A Reliable Backup That Feels Like New
Update: I’m back with an update on our journey with the iPhone 11, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the rollercoaster. Initially, I bought one for my daughter from a different seller, and it was, to put it mildly, a bit of a disaster. We had issues left and right – Face ID not working, the phone overheating – you name it. So, we returned it, feeling a bit skeptical about the whole refurbished scene. But here’s where the plot twists: we decided to give it another go, this time purchasing from the Amazon resellers store, specifically from a shop called Hybrid IT. And oh boy, what a difference! The iPhone we received this time around was nothing short of impeccable. It arrived with all the essentials – a charger, a charging cable, and even a SIM card tool, all neatly packed. The phone itself? It could’ve fooled me for brand new. This experience really hammered home the lesson that when it comes to refurbished goods, the “who” is just as crucial as the “what.” The quality and condition of the product can vary wildly depending on the seller. Hybrid IT sent out an excellent product that exceeded our expectations in every way.For those of you wary about diving into the world of refurbished electronics, let this be a testament. With the right seller, you can get your hands on a device that feels brand new, without the hefty price tag. We’re over the moon with our iPhone 11, and I’ll be sure to keep you all posted if anything changes. But for now, it seems like we’ve struck gold.——————–I recently found myself in need of a quick replacement after my daughter accidentally broke her phone. The Apple iPhone 11, 64GB in black, seemed like a promising choice, primarily because we needed something that could be set up swiftly and would perform seamlessly as a backup.Out of the box, the iPhone 11 felt like a brand-new device despite being a model released a few years back. The sleek black finish and the familiar design immediately caught my eye, reassuring me that this choice would not disappoint.Setting up the iPhone 11 was mostly straightforward, especially with the unlocked version making it easy to switch from the old device. The transfer of data and settings from the previous iPhone was seamless, thanks to Apple’s ecosystem. However, we hit a slight snag with the Face ID setup – it took a bit longer than expected to get it working properly. Despite this hiccup, once configured, Face ID has been working flawlessly. The iPhone 11’s performance has been impressive. The touch screen is responsive, making navigation and typing a breeze. Wi-Fi connectivity is fast, ensuring that browsing and app downloads are efficient. Although it’s not the latest model, it handles everyday tasks with ease, from streaming video content to gaming, without any noticeable lag.The main issue we encountered was the initial difficulty in setting up Face ID. It required a few attempts to configure, which was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise smooth setup process. After overcoming this challenge, the phone has been working perfectly.Overall, this refurbished Apple iPhone 11 has proven to be a reliable and efficient backup phone. Its ease of setup, fast Wi-Fi, and responsive touch screen make it feel like a new device. The hiccup with Face ID setup was a small obstacle that, once overcome, didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. I would recommend the iPhone 11 to anyone in need of a quick replacement or a dependable backup device
  • Nice phone, decent price
I needed a new unlocked iPhone for my wife, since her 6 plus cannot run on any recent IOS iterations and is getting dropped by our mobile carrier. Sooo, a used 11 seemed a logical choice, since her needs are minimal. I have one as well and love it (no plans to upgrade). After hunting around for about a week, I finally committed. The phone arrived early and properly packaged. There were some scratches on the edges, but only one of note. It even had a (perfect) screen protector. It was unlocked, easy to set up, and seems to run flawlessly. The battery reserve so far is okay, although iPhone Settings claim it is an aftermarket replacement, and cannot tell me anything about battery health. Battery issues ae commonly reported with used phones, but mine seems fine.A couple of minor issues. While the edge scratches were not functional, they were borderline for condition rated as “excellent.” Also, when ordering, play the extra $5 for FedEx or UPS delivery. Ours came USPS and arrived unexpected early. It was left on the top of our mailbox, but I was able to get it before heading off for a short trip.To sum up, this was a good phone at a decent price (about$225 with 128 GB memory). When my phone needs replacement, I would go with this seller again, but would not buy anything rated less than “excellent condition”.
  • Excellent but battery sucks.
This phone came neatly packaged with protective screens on the front. The phone was exactly as expected however, the battery life sucks for a refurbished phone.

  • Excellent phone and worth the upgrade
The S25 Ultra is a very nice upgrade, especially from my old S9 Plus, better cameras, connectivity and a much faster operating system. I thought I would miss the option of having a micro SD slot however the 256GB is actually plenty, I’m storing over several thousand images and 4K videos and still only 1/3 full. The phone dimensions are similar to most flagship models on the market but the S25 is noticeably heavy and still tough to carry in your pants pocket, can be difficult to remove depending on what your wearing and if your sitting. The phone feels stronger however I use a case to protect it, makes is easier to hold and protects it from drops. I don’t use screen protectors and so far after several months of daily carrying in pockets, taking to the beach and covered in sand, and carrying around the yard while working, I still haven’t noticed any scratches on the screen or camera lenses. The new AI features are helpful and can be fun, Samsung has their own AI apps and so far the drawing assist is my favorite, some of the apps work best with a pen and the one included with the phone is actually very good. I didn’t think I’d ever use it and was planning to hold on buying a new phone until the next model arrives, if they offered an Ultra without a pen, but I’m glad I got this one. It’s also great if your hands are dirty and you don’t want to touch the screen, it doesn’t have any remote options for taking pictures but still works very well for most tasks. The cameras are amazing, vibrant images and taking pictures at night actually works. It does a good job of not overexposing lights in the background and clearly capturing the subject in front. The AI clears up a lot of the ghosting effect you get when the subject moves and the phone is set to a long exposure time. I’m glad I’m finally able to capture family moments when there’s insufficient lighting, missed a lot of good opportunities with the last phone. So far the phone has been perfect and I’m glad I finally upgraded.
  • Great Smartphone with One Disappointment
I bought this for my fiance, now my wife, in the Philippines. She’d always used iPhones before but loves the S25 Ultra.I had zero issues connecting it for her in the Philippines. She’s a province girl and lives on a beautiful but secluded island, so she doesn’t get any phone service living at her mom’s home while we await her visa. I pretty much solved it by installing Starlink as she now gets faster internet than I do in the U.S. with Comcast. We just use WhatsApp, which is free anyway. One thing I love about the Ultras is that they have the S-Pen, which I use all the time. It’s why I had different Notes for years and why I get Ultras now, since they’re just Notes with a different name. One big disappointment is that, beginning with the S24 Ultra, they removed bluetooth capability from the s-pen. It can no longer be used to snap the shutter or many do other things that my S23 Ultra can.The reason Samsung gave was that the bluetooth-enabled features weren’t used very often. I think they made this up as an excuse to cut costs. I also think it was a strategic mistake on their part. I pay top dollar for our Ultras and expect increased capabilities when I upgrade, and certainly not the removal of features I have now and that are important to me.
  • A very good solid phone but not for me.
This is a good affordable flagship phone. Seven years of updates, a great camera, and it’s fast and smooth. My eyes are really sensitive to bright and blue light,And the phone has a blue ish tint to the screen that really hurts my eyes to look at. After setting up the phone I was getting a headache. Even the eye filter didn’t seem to help, it just gave the screen a pink look to it.I have a Samsung A16 to compare it to screenwise and that screen isn’t blue at all- it’s more of a true color tone so if I add a filter to it it turns to a warmer screen. For those without sensitive eyes I highly recommend this phone. It is worth every penny I paid. Unfortunately for me I will reluctantly have to return it.
  • Love my Samsung S25! Wish it comes in the 512GB version.
I love my 256GB Samsung S25. Upgraded from my old 128GB Samsung S22 because it was out of storage space due to videos and pictures that I have stored in my phone. How I wish they also have the 512GB version as I would definitely get that. Camera is working good, better than my old S22 of course. Pictures and videos are better quality that my old S22. So far, I have not encounter any issue with it. Everything is working great. Transferring my Apps and files from my old phone to the new phone was easy, took less than 1 hour.

  • perfect
I needed a phone to replace my iphone 7. The red one was a little cheaper than the other colors, and nobody sees it once it’s in the protective case anyway. It arrived a day early, in a white amazon box that included a thick C-to-lightning cord. The phone had a protective film over the face, and both the screen and the case appear pristine without any scuff marks or scratches. My concern over a refurbished phone had been battery life, but the phone indicates 100% battery health. It appears to be an unused phone, just missing the branded box. I was able to add it to my visible account with no difficulty, and it functions perfectly. The price was right, and I could not be happier.
  • Great quality, and customer service!
For starters; the price on these phones is great. Between having the reassurance of Amazon buyer protection, and the benefit of knowing the device has been tested for performance, it’s well worth it.I needed a new phone fast after my cat knocked mine into the sink ☹️ Rice fixed it for a while, but it was only temporary before it died altogether.I hate buying phones and avoid it whenever possible. 99% of mine belonged to someone in my family first. And i was good with that. Needless to say, my cat didn’t wait for someone in my family to upgrade. I was on my own this time.Okay…. that’s not entirely true. My grandma had an iPhone 7 sitting around so that held me over in the meantime. Going from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 7 was….bad. It was too dam small, in every possible way. 32 gigs of memory!! I needed an upgrade. Fast. My 11 year old was bullying me relentlessly. And that’s on me. They had my old XR (formerly my dad’s)I scoured FB marketplace. I’d decided upgrade a little, so I could feel better about the switch. I didn’t want to feel backed me into a corner by my cat’s recklessness. I would get a slightly newer model in a fun colour.Marketplace had plenty. Sending message after message from my iPhone 7, I worried. “This person seems too eager”, “this one has been posted so long”, “I want a purple, but the only purple one listed has less storage space” and “the pretty green one has a small crack”, “this guy lives 2 hours from me” and “Battery life? Errr last time I checked it was like 74%?….no, I can’t take a screenshot of it, it’s turned off”…. “cash only please” Etc.So much pressure. What happens if the thing doesn’t work? That’s $300+ down the drain. I knew I couldn’t afford new. But I hated the idea of buying something used from a stranger on Facebook. I didn’t want to get scammed, and I also didn’t want to settle. That’s when I remembered good ol’ Amazon. Maybe I’d check there. Just for funsies. Probably out of my budget, but it couldn’t hurt.Sure enough, refurbished devices selling “like new!” Mostly same cost or less than what I’d found so far. Surely there was a catch? I read through everything, tested by Amazon, includes all the specs, unlocked, I can pick the colour, the storage size, the condition, etc. AND I could have it delivered to me tomorrow??! With a warranty?!!I recovered from my brief stint of disappointment after learning the 12’s don’t come in yellow. Then fought hard to decide between mint and lavender. The lavender would take an extra day to arrive. Mint it was!!As promised, it arrived the next day. It was in beautiful shape. 128g’s, mint green, not a single scratch, 86% battery life. All for less than I would have paid to some stranger for a 64g with some “small scratches”Once my case and screen protector arrived I excitedly set it up and synced my data.Oh no.The FACE ID DIDNT WORK ????After becoming used to facial recognition, having that yanked away, and dealing with a 7 for over 2 weeks— I was desperate for the convenience of Face ID. I had been using my fingerprint. Like a *caveman*.Not to mention I have Blink 182 tickets, and it specifically states facial recognition is required to access the mobile tickets. Idk if that’s true, but I needed Face ID!!I googled, I contacted apple support. Fixing it could be upwards of $300. That’s almost what I paid for the whole phone!!I realllllly didn’t want to be stuck without a phone again. But I also wanted one fully functioning. So I reached out to Amazon support and explained. The rep was incredibly helpful (as most Amazon reps are) and after bts failed, she advised the ship was a 3rd party seller, and she send a message to them. “If they don’t fix it by (insert date) contact us back and we’ll make this right” she encouraged.I’m ngl. I was nervous. I didn’t have high hopes, having dealt with 3p sellers on Amazon in the past. At least Amazon had my back, ig. The concert wasn’t till July. Even without facial recognition, it was loads better than the 7. I could make do in the meantime. The seller came in clutch though, and my worry was unwarranted. They responded within minutes. They were receptive, apologetic, and more than willing to help.As I’d anticipated, they offered a refund or exchange, as soon as they received the return. I explained my concern with not having a phone for several days or more; and the merchant offered to overnight a replacement as soon as the return was dropped off.I could deal with one day without a phone! I gratefully accepted. That was Saturday night, we made plans to catch up Monday for the return instructions and for them to overnight it.Monday I reached back out; and they were ready to ship, BUT they *had no more green….* ???? SHOCK“…do you have purple”No. 🙁 just blue, white, and black.THIS WAS A HUGE BUMMER.It’s silly I know, and the definition of *first world problems “.. but I mean…. My change of heart about this whole phone thing HINGED ON THE FUN COLOUR. Without it, I was just a person…out $350… because my cat was thirsty while I was watching YouTube while washing dishes. I needed a cool colour. Plus, I’d already gotten the matching case! Clear with mint green borders. It wasn’t even a fun blue… it was a dark, serious, navy blue. It was pretty and classy, but I wanted something fun. I even asked if he had any older models in yellow ???????? no luck,They told me they’d be restocking in a day or so. Still, no greens or purples came in.Ugh. Reality was setting in. I was going to have to settle. It was fine, I thought. At least it would be a fully functioning phone.No. I wasn’t ready to let go. They assured me I could take my time to decide, and I asked if we could wait another week in case one came in. If it didn’t, *then* I would choose from the options available.I messaged them Wednesday afternoon, bracing myself for the answer…. THEY GOT IN PURPLE! YAY.They sent a label, I dropped it off, sent a photo, and had my new phone the next morning.they’d said overnight shipping… but wow! I’d dropped off the return around 3pm, and had the replacement by noon the next day. I didn’t even have my new case yet ????Despite the Barney-Esque colour scheme my mint green case created, the lavender is GORGEOUS and I’m actually sort of glad the green didn’t work out.Don’t get me wrong, the green is also gorgeous.. but in the end I’m glad I ended up with the lavender. I was overjoyed when I was prompted to set Face ID during setup. Worked brilliantly, as did everything else.Great packaging, no cosmetic flaws, amazing battery life, customer service was great, and best of all… ITS PURPLE!Can’t wait to pair it with the new case. I’m so glad I went this route where I have some peace of mind as a buyer.I’m grateful to the seller for being so helpful and patient with me as insufferable as I must have seemed making such a fuss over colour preferenceIf you’re nervous buying a phone used or refurbished too, hopefully you can take comfort in knowing- this seller is legit. You receive a good quality product, and, speaking from experience, they’ll gladly help resolve any issues you may run into.
  • Like-New Phone for a Friend
I ordered this renewed iPhone for a friend who needed an upgrade from her old, slow device but couldn’t afford a brand new one. I was looking for a cost-effective option that was still in great condition, and this one really delivered. When it arrived, I was impressed with the packaging; it was secure and well-protected. The phone itself looks great—there are no visible scratches or dents, and it truly appears to be in like-new condition. I was happy to see that it also included a charging cable, though I did note that it was a Lightning charger, as it’s an older model. The phone powered on without any issues, and the screen looks perfect. It’s fully unlocked, which is exactly what we needed. I’m really pleased with the quality of this renewed device, and it’s a great way to get a solid, functioning phone without the high cost of a new one. It’s a perfect gift and so far, there are no cons to mention.
  • Fantastic refurbished phone with great battery life.
This is a good quality refurbished phone with great battery life. There were no scratches or other damage and it started right up out of the box. It has great memory and was delivered quickly. It was a great replacement for a phone that met an unfortunate end.
  • Durable
Amazing phone. I’ve dropped it many times with no issue, and I got into a car accident yesterday and the screen didnt even crack. The back is shattered, but as long as I keep my case on it’s fine. Also I love the blue color 🙂 The iPhone 12 has definitely been a nice upgrade from my iPhone SE and worth the money.
  • Money well spent
It came In perfect condition, seems new then refurbished. There’s no scratch on it either. Everything Functions perfectly. It’s worth the money
  • Improvement is necessary nonetheless it does what it says it does
Not my favorite refurbished device/product. I wasn’t as quite as impressed as I’d hoped and quickly became less and less excited as i became more adjusted and used to the feeling and experience with this phone and unfortunately it’s less than satisfactory and probably going to switch my phone back around. I will say it’s got a pretty good camera and I do like the quality it. Decent storage space. Easy transfer set up method or manual setup which is easy as well. Sleek and stylish as well as a casual modern design
  • You get what you pay for.
The phone appears to be fine. It has no scratches. The problem is that it has 80% battery life left. I don’t know if that affects its performance, but I’ll keep it. I hope it doesn’t have any problems. I have an iPhone XR that’s 4 years old and has 81% battery life. The reason I bought this phone is because my XR’s screen is damaged.

  • Best Phone I’ve Had (and I’ve owned a lot of Moto’s) — Definitely the Current Bargain!
I’ve been a rather loyal Motorola phone user. First of all, my first cellular phone (way back in the day) was Motorola, but I’ve also owned Moto/Motorola branded smartphones since the Nexus 6 (which was branded Google but was actually made by Motorola). After that phone’s internal storage failed on me ( watch — this will become a pattern), I bought a Moto G5S Plus. Then after 2 years when it’s internal storage failed on me (told you — pattern!), I bought first model Moto G Stylus. Then my first Stylus started showing the now familiar signs of failing internal storage (again after 2 years), I bought the Moto G Stylus 5G 2022. I admit that I probably could’ve continued using the original Moto G Stylus for a while longer (maybe?), but I also really wanted 5G capability, so when the original Stylus first started slowing down, I just went ahead and bought the then current 5G Stylus model. That was 3 years ago, and just recently (much to my surprise), my Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 started showing signs of a failing battery. Yes, I could’ve just replaced the battery, but the phone was already 3 years old and I had been watching it carefully for the past year for any sign of the familiar internal storage failure. I just didn’t think it was worth the time/trouble to replace the battery only for the internal storage to likely fail sometime soon. So, I decided to move on to the Moto G Stylus 2025.The Positives:And…WOW. Very significant, obvious upgrade! I think everything on the phone is a big improvement over the Stylus 2022 model. The phone is much faster with the newer higher end processor, the cameras are much better quality (as is the improved Moto Camera app, which…sorry…has previously just been useless), the stylus features/apps are much nicer, love the fingerprint sensor being in the screen rather than on the power button, the screen seems much brighter with better refresh (even though I think its technically the same), love the faster wifi with Wifi6, love the newer Bluetooth, and I really like that Moto has kept the headphone jack and expandable storage. The rest of the improvements are mostly due to the OS upgrade, but you can’t really disregard those when the older Stylus isn’t receiving anymore OS upgrades. The new cameras are just superb in comparison to the Stylus 2022, and I really liked the Stylus 2022 cameras. I’ve always used GCam ports (specifically BSG MGC) with my Stylus 2022, which is why I always got the great photos that I did. The Moto Camera 3 app was actually just lousy. It used to take a decent enough photo, but then the post processing would pixelize and blotch up the image. The new Moto Camera 5 app actually works a lot like the Google Camera (GCam) and actually enhances the photo in post processing rather than ruining it. I still installed GCam port and sometimes use it, but for most photos I just use the Moto Camera 5 app.So far the battery life has been great, but so was all my Moto cameras, so there’s no real surprise there.I was a little disappointed in the lack of color choices of the Moto G Stylus 2025, and I especially miss the seafoam green of my Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 (which I wasn’t tired of at all), but I’ve actually really come to like the purple-ish blue color of “Surf the Net” (whatever that’s supposed to mean), and I’ve put it in a clear case like I did my Stylus 2022 to show off the color.More a matter of market timing than anything else, but it’s also nice that this time around I actually found that 1TB microSD cards are now reasonably priced, about as much as the 512GB ones were back when I bought the Stylus 2022. So, now I have a phone with 1,256GB of storage for around $460 total. You’re definitely not going to be able to find a Samsung or Apple phone model with that much storage (and all these features) for that low of a price. Moto is definitely the best thing going in bargains. The Negatives:Most of these aren’t true negatives, and are actually more like situational issues for me, personally. First of all, I don’t like the new Gemini AI. I was able to easily avoid it when Google offered it as a software upgrade in my last phone, but it’s built-in to this one’s ROM. It took several tries, but I think I’ve finally turned it off in most areas of my phone and I’m almost entirely back on the good ol’ reliable Google Assistant. I’m sure eventually I will only be offered Gemini.Another personal negative is that apparently this phone is now entirely 64-bit so I ended up losing several of my favorite 32-bit apps. One of them is PicSay Pro photo editor, which is hands-down the best Android photo editor available even though it hasn’t had an update or even supported for over a decade. It was removed from Chromebook when it was finally removed from the Google Play Store as unsupported, but it wasn’t removed from my phone until I tried to upgrade to this phone and migrate all data and apps. Even so, I tried the backup/restore method to move an old app and it didn’t work, citing that the app is not compatible with my phone. The problem is that there is no other photo editor that even comes close to this decade old unsupported app, which is truly pathetic. Fortunately, the latest version of Google Photos that came with the new OS on this new phone, at least has most of PicSay Pro’s features, but still not all of them. And no, Snapseed doesn’t have it all either. Oh, well. There are other little issues, too, like for whatever reason Moto decided to copy Apple and have the usual power button changed into a multi-function button that does everything except power on/off the phone. That’s pretty annoying considering the main reason I’m sticking with Moto is because it’s not typically going the way of Apple, Samsung, and Google.Summary:Definitely the best phone I’ve ever owned, and even though I’ve liked all my Moto phones, I thought that was never going to happen again after the Nexus 6. The positives far outweigh any negatives (if there are any legit negatives that would matter to anyone except me), and Moto has definitely brought the Stylus way into the realm of a flagship more than a mid-class phone. With how Samsung and Google went completely Apple-esque with having no expandable memory, no headphone jack, and a ridiculous high pricetag, the market for me has now ceased to be a question of Android vs. iOS, and it’s now Moto vs everything else. For now, I’m very happy sticking with Moto.
  • Lovely Phone, But It Badly Needs Debloating.
It has been more than 4 years since my last new device, and I was really wanting to depart from Samsung, since they are getting too big for their breeches –as the old saying goes. I purchased this delightful model after a recommendation from a trusted friend, and loads of research into the device (from reviews and videos –to using both the manufacturer pages, GSM Arena and Phone Scoop to verify all specs).. This device is approximately 87% comparable to the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G with a few nice additions (Especially the stylus). I am thrilled to finally have a built in stylus and all the abilities that go with it. (Samsung only includes this on their ridiculously overpriced flagship top-end models.) I am also very pleased to finally have eSim capability, and have also just learned about the new android feature called “Seamless Updates”. This feature means the OS is kept in a doubled state between Partition A and Partition B. Your phone is thus updated by modifying the inactive Partition B and then the Partitions are swapped at next boot to complete the upgrade. This feature was started to not only make updates faster, but also to reduce the possibility of update errors.. Simply Brilliant!.. This also eliminates the need over all years past to clear the system cache after every update. The display on this phone is 85% brighter and more vibrant than my old A71, and I have twice the room as well, and a significantly a faster processor, more ram, and the ability to designate up to 8GB more of virtual memory with a feature common now to many phones called “Ram Boost” (or something similar). I also purchased a new 280W Type-C charging station due to the rather high 30W Turbo Charge (BTW.. In the case of this phone, that means anything from 15W(Wireless Charging) to 30W will activate fast charging). I also purchased a delightful 240W data/charging cable to go with it and of course, a decent heavy duty case, camera protectors, and proper tempered glass screen protectors. This 30W Turbo Charging is so fast you can virtually watch it increment the numbers.. It took no time at all to reach 100% from the out of the box 53% charge. I also side comment that the box was nicely packed, and I liked how they didn’t even use twist ties on the USB cable.. They used paper cuffs instead, and only bound it in an oval to avoid unnecessary kinking… *Really Nice* The so-called *Chuckles* “Vegan Leather” on the back is not my style, or definitely –my color. (You may use Neatsfoot Oil on it to help avoid stains and to preserve the leather. It works both on natural and artificial leathers and is the classic treatment for such.) I prefer Black or Blue –or even perchance a lovely sexy purple, but they only offer this phone atm in a fire engine sort of Christmas type red *shudders* or that weird creamed tea blondish beige. It really doesn’t matter that much since I put it in a purple case anyway, but STILL!! I am over all totally pleased with this device, but let’s get to the meat of the matter..Motorola has gone a bit NVTS Nuts with this phone concerning bloatware.. I completely understand why they loaded both the necessary and or critical software for the various carriers out there, but they could very easily do the same via a delivery app that automatically asks you WHICH CARRIER YOU HAVE, and then installs the necessary soft for said carrier during initial setup. They instead just loaded everything in as “System Software” instead of “USER APPS” so you can’t remove anything you don’t need save via ADB. They also need to let us choose with more options which bundled software we want and don’t want during setup. (I never root my phones anymore.. just don’t have to.. and I don’t advise it for many reasons. The ADB method of removal is legit and doesn’t break the phone or void the warranty when done properly.) Root your phone???, and you lose your ability to update automatically???, and you also lose your coverage??? NO WAY! So just… Don’t!… Then there is all the rest of the junkware/bloatware.. Gone Gone Gone. A few apps won’t remove.. Oh Well.. *disables them* Android 14 finally implements a block on older apps.. If you have any you want and or need to keep, you will have to sideload them via ADB and a windows PC. (Word to the wise… There are reasons for blocking them.. so take care of what you keep.. some old apps are vulnerable to security breaches.)The finger print scanner is WoNDeRfUL!! It was a BRILLIANT idea to put a flash behind it to even be able to capture hard to scan prints like mine and a few others I know. It is fast and seamless and can hold up to five prints. I don’t use Face ID, so I can’t attest to that at this time without another trying it. I normally don’t use a games app either, but it looks like there are some nice little games inside, so I am keeping it. My Aunt purchased the device as well and T-Mobile activation was seamless and expedient. Let’s see… what else… I at first was dubious about the feature that lights up the display when you pick it up, but find it it quite useful. I also like the double tap to wake option. There are many other useful gestures as well. I also like the “Dolby Atmos” app in there that neatly rearranges the spatial displacement of the the audio when you rotate the phone to keep the stereo working like it ought to. This device also comes with screen-casting services built in. I will be testing this in future. There are separate ringtones for regular Sim and eSim, so be sure to check in “Sound & Vibration” in Settings if your ringtone does not apply correctly. There is also a neat little feature that keeps the phone awake while you are looking at it (you have to manually turn this on).. What a nice Idea!! They really put a lot of thought and effort into this phone.Another point of which I would like to make note is the way Motorola updates the device. They offer only one major android upgrade beyond that which is installed, but they do… apparently push security updates each month. I had to update several times out of the box to account for each monthly security update from July of 2024 till now. I was fortunate to receive 3-4 updates of this kind per year for my old A71.. I REALLY appreciate these regular updates that will apparently continue to be regular..In conclusion I would like to say, Motorola has always made good products, and this phone is no exception. You will definitely need to customize it to suit your tastes and needs of course, but I heartily recommend this device. You may also purchase the extended and most generous 2 extra years of warranty through the “Device Help” app so long as you are within the first year of warranty, for a reasonable price. As the old saying goes.. This phone “Is Firm, and Fully Packed.” I love having a stylus at long last, and not having to give my first born to get it. The price point is excellent and the device is solid and well made. It still needs a better battery, but I can definitely work with it, and will thoroughly enjoy this phone. I hope more folks buy it. I will be glad to continue to recommend it to my friends, family, and my clients.Namaste…

  • Came as advertised, no scratches, no dents
The IPhone 12 mini arrived in perfect condition. No scratches, no dents just as they advertised. Like, this baby came out of the box brand new ready to transfer my data over. It is a little smaller than my old XS, but honestly I’m glad I bought the mini bc I have small hands and I like this size better. I like the way it looks and feels. The phone functions faster than my XS with no lagging at all. I also bought a back up battery case and privacy screen protectors bc I had them on my old phone and I’m used to them, but it helps keep my screen private and extra battery life when I’m out and about.
  • If at first you don’t succeed, try again
The first iPhone 12 mini I ordered was from WirelessSource in Excellent condition. It arrived with many chips on the case, a scratch on the display that was not noticeable with the display on, 79% battery Maximum Capacity, and the wide angle camera unable to focus (the ultra wide camera worked). Fortunately it was easy to get return authorization after sending them an out of focus picture taken with the camera. I was disappointed that an Excellent phone was delivered in less than Acceptable condition, but it worked out better for me.The second iPhone I ordered was sold by S?? in Premium condition and delivered by Amazon, for only $13 more than the previous iPhone. This phone arrived in its original box and looked new. I thought maybe it was new, until I checked the battery maximum capacity, it was right at the 90% threshold for a Premium phone. After using the phone a few weeks I did notice one pin prick size nick on the side if the sun hits the phone at the right angle, and the battery capacity dropped to 89%. After using the phone for 6 months the battery capacity is still 89%, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I just ordered another iPhone 12 as a gift, in Premium condition, sold and delivered by Amazon.
  • DON’T BUY IT
I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I think people should be warned. I’ve been through four of these phones in a couple months, and they have all had major issues from Camera not working to audio issues, and the worst of all one COMPLETELY DIED after four months.Unfortunately, the Amazon warranty is only three months. (I thought it was one year because other competitors offer that. But it does clearly say on their page that it’s only three months.) During these three months, they to completely refund you no problem or fix the issue that you report. But unfortunately the phone I kept died on month four, while I was on vacation to make matters worse.Seems like the sellers are always different stores, but all amazon approved and they follow some sort of Amazon standards for these phones. But it seems to me that these phones have really severe issues so these Amazon sellers fix the phones to a certain standard, but they are not in good condition. All the sellers are polite and responsive, but the issue is the actual phones and their conditions. Even though these phones are used, they are not cheap, they should function properly.I’ve been an Amazon customer for years and I really haven’t had any issue with them. That was the reason why I decided to buy the used phone on Amazon instead of a competitor. But this is truly disappointing to the point that I think I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They should not be selling phones in this condition.FULL STORYPhone 1: iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition )Received Mid OctoberSeller: Kojak salesWhen I receive the phone physically it seems fine. But as soon as I put a case on it, a lot of little pieces of paint started coming off of it and then you could tell it had a lot of scratches on the case so somebody was trying to cover the scratches, then I put a screen protector on it, and after trying to I could not get rid of a humongous huge bubble, took a third of the screen. So some thing was hinting to me that the screen was not straight. In my opinion, the phone shouldn’t have been sold as good condition with so many scratches but since I don’t care about the look as much as functionality, I move forward. But then, after a few weeks of using the phone, I realized things were not working properly. The camera was very slow at taking pictures if it was dark or if you were using inside the message or WhatsApp. Also, if I received a text while listening to videos or video calls, the speaker would suddenly gets super low, and I could barely hear the video for about two minutes . (usually this lowering of audio feature happens only for five or 10 seconds). This was worrying me so I contacted the seller and told him I wanted to change the phone and he said no problem. Since I was still thinking that this was bad luck, but in general, I liked the iPhone 12 I decided to buy another phone as a replacement, and one more phone as a Christmas gift. I’ll explain below the problems with those phones, but since the problems were actually worse than the current first phone I had in my possession, I never gave back this phone. I kept thinking that maybe the issues would get better with update and also, in my mind, I thought I had a year warranty. Unfortunately, in February while away on vacation the phone one morning, simply never turned on again. My dad is an engineer and he tried helping me connect it to computer and nothing it’s like the battery is no longer connected. I’m sure you can imagine the horrendous time I had the following week without my phone., traveling.. Things got worse when I got home and was able to contact the seller. I then discovered the warranty was only 90 days and that date had passed. After some back-and-forth the seller Kojak sales said they can fix it for $39 and I pay for shipping. I have still not done this since I’m skeptical and don’t understand how they can give me a price if they don’t even know the actual problem or if they need parts. But I really have no other option, or I lose $241 or I pay $60 more. (also, I have to figure out how to erase the phone from a PC if the phone doesn’t even turn on. I’m sad I’m gonna lose all my pictures from the last four months)After I send them the phone, I will update this review.-Phone 2 and 3- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition )Received Mid begging of decemberSeller: WilzeeSo one of these phones was supposed to be replacement for my phone and the second phone was gonna be a Christmas gift. But the first one was so scratch that I didn’t even set it up and I gave it back, no problem and the other phone after giving it as a gift, a little embarrassed with all the scratches, we set it up and realized the camera did not focus at all so I also gave this phone back and received a refund no issue.-4th Phone- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered EXCELLENT condition )Received mid JanuarySeller: PDI MobileThis phone did actually look really good in the outside barely any scratches. I was very happy with the look. But after setting it up again, the camera could not focus so we contacted the seller and sent it back and they fix the camera then after a few weeks of using also, it has audio issues. We’re looking at social media videos suddenly that audio lowers a lot. Since at this my 1st phone died suddenly we decided to give this 4th phone back. I don’t wanna take any chances since the quality of the phones is clearly not good. I don’t expect an issue with the refund. But I will update this review if I do.
  • Check the sensitivity of screen with case
Product does work but when we received it, it had scratches all along side of the top sides and near the back of the camera, the metal part. Condition was stated that it was excellent and I’m not sure how they evaluate the condition of the phones. I didn’t even check the battery percentage. This phone is for my son. I ordered the same exact phone from the same seller, but in a different color, and realized a few days after I received it, when I tried putting the case protector on it, that the phone will not register my touch. I ordered a different case, this time the same one my son has on his iPhone mini 12 thinking the first case was the issue. Received the case and iPhone mini 12 still didn’t register my touch. At that point, I immediately started a return and am waiting for the new phone from the same seller, but since I haven’t had a protector on the phone, somehow chipped the side of the screen. Just had it in my purse and went to take the phone out and noticed the chip. I had tried two different cases that were specifically made for iPhone mini 12 and one of them was the same case my son has, and still didn’t register my touch although I also tried to change the sensitivity in the settings. At this point I think it’s the iPhone that is defective. Waiting for this new iPhone mini 12 from the same seller and going to return the defective one as soon as I’m able to transfer everything over. Hoping the seller will still refund me for the original phone although there is a chip in it. Will come back and edit my review once I know what happens.Received the new iPhone mini 12 in mint green again, and this one works, and screen registers my touch with the protective case on it. It must have been the phone that was bad. Hoping they’ll refund me for the other iPhone mini 12 I purchased.
  • Best Phone and Best Value
My phone arrived FedEX SDR (Saturday Delivery) which was completely unexpected. I was blown away by the turn around time from when I pushed Order to Delivered. The which I received arrived in the most pristine condition – such that if it wasn’t in bubble wrap I would have thought it was the newest iPhone. Not a scratch nor crack and it started right up. The price point was also under my budget.

What Customers Say:

  • Beautiful, Super Functional Phone! One of Samsung’s Best.
I didn’t buy this for myself. My Hubby wanted this particular phone when we switched from one of the “Big Three” phone companies to a smaller, cheaper service. We bought it unlocked for a GSM service, usable and compatible with our new phone plan. I’ve only gotten to hold this thing a couple of times, but I have a lot to say about it!First, this phone is enormous! He upgraded from a Galaxy S21 FE 5G, which I thought was close in size, but somehow, the S25 feels much bigger. It’s quite hefty in weight, too, which is perfect for the tremor he has in his left hand. Having a heavier object tends to squelch the shaking a bit. The display is crystal clear and brilliant. Movies and TV shows never looked so good on a handheld device as they do with this one. Games run super fast with no lag, and charging takes no time at all with a proper fast charging system. And now, the feature I’ve wanted in a phone for a long time…? The smart pen/stylus. Man, this thing is slick. I had to use it to capture my signature for an e-sign document. For once, my signature actually looked like I had signed it. Getting the file from his phone to my PC was pretty simple to do, as they connected via Bluetooth to do so. The stylus has a cozy little home tucked into its own space and won’t come out (or it hasn’t yet) by just dropping or knocking the phone against something. That thing is in there for the long haul until you want it out. This phone is everything I’ve come to expect from Samsung’s Galaxy S series. A bit on the pricey side, but to him, it’s worth every penny. He loves the Titanium Black color he purchased, as he fancies the darker colors with phones and just about everything else. At least he coordinates! The bright, AMOLED display is crystal clear with brilliant, vivid colors. It’s such a neat phone, one like I’ve always wanted for myself, but could never quite afford.Spring for a new phone and get this beauty. You really won’t be sorry.
  • Really nice phone
I am impressed with the Samsung S25. The camera is good. It takes vibrant, true to life photos. The battery life is great, easily lasting a full day on a single charge. It’s also very fast and responsive. I would say this is a fantastic phone all around.
  • Great phone, if you understand the trade-offs
Cons:* no telephoto lens. That sucks, but ok.* smaller battery. Duh. It’s a lighter phone. Order a magnetic case with it, and a magnetic snap on battery (baseus and anker sell low profile ones with 15W wireless charging, or 20W wired). You may sometimes need it.Pros:* noticeably thinner and lighter than the S2x+ models. The S24+ was too awkward for me to hold for hours while reading a book. This isn’t. It’s also well balanced. That’s it. If you want thin and light, it’s this or an iPhone Air. And Samsung just confirmed there will be NO s26 Edge. Get it new while you can. With a 40% off sale, plus a $290 trade in for my s24+, this was cheap. Compared to my old phone, this has a newer faster cpu, an extra year of updates, and twice the RAM. No regrets.
  • Awesome battery life, quick device that feels great.
I had a very old Galaxy Note 10+ from years ago and upgraded to this phone after lots of internal debate and reading about the battery life. Using it for about a week or so now and everything has been great. Battery life has been good, not sure what people were complaining about, I suspect most haven’t used the phone. Apps and everything is lightning quick and the phone charges great with a Magsafe case. Sounds good, screen is bright and very clear, quality is top notch and feel solid without being heavy. Generally an awesome phone, very happy with my purchase.
  • Best Galaxy Design
Great phone at a discounted price. It has 99% of the flagship features you’d get from the plus and ultra galaxy phones at a slimmer body. If you can go without a telephoto lens and moderate battery then this phone is for you. The sleek design is the best in any current phone.
  • Amazing phone with a few things that could be improved
The fall prime days deal got me sold over the new iphone 17, as it was 170 bucks cheaper for the same capacity.Coming from an old iphone that has been saying I am tired, everything feels amazing. However, I do have an iphone 15 pro and have used 17 briefly, so I will compare them if you are having to decide between them:Camera: 15 pro has an overall a bit better camera system, pronounced more with indoor shots and low light situations. S25 seems to prioritize faster shutter over better light capture and it can gather less light, limiting its photo quality at low light. At other situations, there is no noticeable quality difference. 17 has a better low light performance as well, but lacks the telephoto lens. The biggest win for S25 camera is the telephoto in my opinion, and it is amazing for professional looking outdoor shots. I may be overusing it during my trips but it has been a game changer for me. pro iphones have the same lens, but they are a lot more pricey. It is a privilege at this price point. The official expert raw app from Samsung gives you a bit more edge over iphones, but it is not enough to compensate for the inferior sensor during point and shoot scenarios. May be a different story if you got time and the skills to use it.Material feel: the aluminum and glass body is iphone like, and it is great to see the phone industry caught up with apple on this. I like the iphone roundness a bit more aestetically pleasing, but my eyes got used to it too.Unlocking: faceID works fine mostly during the day but struggles at night, unlike iphones that can do it at any condition. The fingerprint is my most go to method, but finding where the sensor is sometimes a hit or miss. I drew lines on the case to find it more easily. Also, the accuracy drops a bit further with a glass screen protector and most protectors have the fingerprint accuracy drop as feedback on their pages. I wish I knew this before. Still searching for that amazing screen protector.Screen: 120 hz smoothness has been there for a long time, but my first experience with it now on the android side and 60hz feels yuck at this point. Can’t go back. Both 17 and 15 pro has the feature, so no longer a deciding factor, but I am glad to see Apple finally giving that to everyone with 17. Too late for me though.I lost FaceTime and the blue bubbles (or green, I don’t remember what color it was), and it has been alright. I am using WhatsApp video calls instead, and I admit that the video quality seems to be noticeably worse, but I got used to it all. The lines are more blurry with imessage, as RCS on the new androids allow for the most of that bubbles privileges. One more loss was airdrop, which I used to use a lot sending photos, but now I just use a usb cable between phones and grab from the iphone using the files manager. I am rooting for a handshake between Google and Apple someday that they will lower the walls. I tried a few third party apps that replace airdrop, but none was ok.On the other hand, finally I can transfer all my photos to my PC at once, by just plugging it! A feature that iphones lack. Tried getting all the photos to backup with the iphone and it fails no matter what I tried. I speculate that they are pushing icloud onto us and japordizing all the other methods for backing up photos, so the exit is here. Just get a phone that doesn’t force you to their cloud service (hint: this one). The UI: can be set up like iphone by selecting “gestures”, but the classic back button layout is more intuitive and the gestures mode seems less polished. A good alternative especially if you swear by the iphone way to interact with your phone.Payment: Apple pay has to strong contenders here: Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Both are very strong but I ended up with Google pay as it is more widely used. From pizza apps to banking, almost all the apps that I used to use Apple pay with just works with Google Pay.Battery life: not noticeably different from 15 pro or 17. 17 has a bit more juice even though it has lower battery capacity, but the difference between this or the others is something I could not tell during my use. The least I can say is that it should not be a deciding factor.Weight and size: feels significantly lighter than the pro Iphones and a bit lighter than the regular. A blindfolded person can easily tell the difference and holding iphones feel heavy to me now. Can’t get smaller phones anymore, but hats off to Samsung for sticking with the lightness at least!Overall, a bit better point and shoot camera is not enough to justify that extra for me and I like the flexibility that android gives to this phone. The iphones and this are way too similar than I imagined before getting it, so the switch (both ways) is a lot easier now than ever. I am very happy with the phone and if you are on the fence, I would say just give it a try, please?
