    This is one of my favorite dandruff shampoos. I needed a Ketoconazole shampoo and this one works perfect. I like that you really can use a very small amount and it has a lot of lather to it. I have used it when my hair is dry and flaky and also when my scalp is sensitive and either way it has not irritated my scalp or caused any discomfort. After using my scalp clears up and the flakes are visibly reduced. Compared to other dandruff shampoos this one also doesnt dry my hair out like others have. Overall this is my 1st choice for dandruff shampoo

    This will help prevent hair loss! That’s why I bought it. Work wonders! Be mindful that it is drying. This formula is amazing but only when used correctly. You only need a dime sized amount and you can wash your hair one or twice in the shower. You do not need to use more product than that. It’s also best to wash your hair twice a week. It is filled with active ingredients that fight off fungus, dandruff and oils that stick to the scalp and your follicles, then on contact to destroy, and leave hair feeling clean every time. The formula is highly concentrated so, using less is better. The scent smells like fresh mint and the product color is mint blue as well.I used it and couldn’t believe that washing my hair once with a dime sized amount was all I needed. Normally I wash my hair two to three times with shampoo using a dime sized amount, on wash days in the shower, but I didn’t have to with this product!I decided to try it on the weekend because I didn’t know how my hair would respond. I also only used one dime sized amount of shampoo to see if my hair would be clean or if it would get frizzy. I did it this way because I was told that the formula was very drying. My fear was frizzy lengths and ends after hear that information. To my amazement…. It was the perfect amount and didn’t leave my hair frizzy. Yes, it was drying for sure, and that’s why the manufacturers recommend on the bottle to use a hydrating conditioner and recommend hair masks after using conditioner, along with using the product. I did not experience frizz and that’s a big win. You never want to have dry hair because that can be harmful and damaging, just as much as not washing your hair well enough or washing hair too much.I’d say test it out for yourself before making an judgement decision to not buy it. It all depends of how your hair and scalp responds to the formula. Lots of hair and scout products are trial, and error to finding what works for you. Not everyone responds well to the same shampoos and conditioners. So it’s best to try out things and decide for yourself.All in all an amazing product and I would definitely recommend it! You must buy it! It will help prevent hair loss!

    Alright, let preface this by saying, I am not a doctor or medical expert, I can only speak to the results, I myself have experienced.Back Story:So about 2 years ago, I started getting dry skin around my mouth, nose, eyebrows, and occasionally my ears and cheeks. It was pretty mild, so I never went to a dermatologist. However, before this time, never did I have to lotion my skin regularly, so this was a change for me.When this started happening, I used Aquaphor Healing Ointment (Advanced Therapy), and while it made me look greasy or like I was sweating for a couple hours, lol, it wore off enough, and would leave me looking normal the rest of the day. The only time my skin was really irritated was right after I would shave. However, dryness/peeling would get real bad if I did not at least lotion all those areas of my face after I showered. While I did some minor Googling about the issue, I was clearly too lazy to do anything about it, and the lotion solution sufficed for me. Dumb, I know.Anyways, fast forward to about 1.5 months ago. I started to notice a white growth under my left thumbnail that started to detach my nail from my nail bed. For some reason, this concerned me more than the dry skin on my face. So after Googling again, I found ti could be a problem with yeast growth under my nail. Then, I remembered reading that yeast growth could be causing my face problems. After connecting the dots, I decided to find a possible solution, to possibly kill two birds with one stone.After some searching, I stumbled onto Nizoral. After reading all the reviews, I was encouraged. I purchased this product and it has helped me tremendously. I could not be happier. It says to use it only every 3-4 days, which I say you should stick to, because I would use it on back to back days and it would seem to dry my skin out, but that could have been in my head.My Use:So, I know this is shampoo, but I almost treat it like liquid soap. I rub it on my skin/scalp and leave it there for 3-5 minutes. For my fingernail, I would lift it, since there was a gap and the nail was coming up. I put Nizarol directly in the ever so small opening between the nail and nail bed, and left it for 3-5 minutes. I am not sure if that was smart for the fingernail, but it worked for me.Results:TLDR: It worked everywhere, lol.Mouth/Upper Lip: This area was the worst of my dry skin issues. Like said, it was especially bad after shaving. Sometimes, my skin would be patchy red and inflamed after shaving, especially on the top of my chin and right below my lip. It would look gross for like an hour. In addition, when I did not shave, but did not lotion my skin, this area would eventually get pretty flaky before the end of the day. I also had issues with the corners of my mouth, especially after eating. My upper lip generally did not have any issues, but sometimes I would in very cold/dry weather.So, after using this product, I have seen a great deal of improvement. For the first time in almost 2 years, I do not have to lotion my face every single day. The patch below my lip still is not where I want it to be, but it is very much better. My skin feels dry after a shave, but now it does not look red or inflamed. It is getting better, and I think it will continue to get better. The corners of my mouth have issues if I do not lotion for 2 days or so, but they are much more minor to what they used to be. The minor issue above my lip is currently non-existent, however, we have not had any cold weather yet. This was the most noticeable problem I had with my dry/flaky/peeling skin, and I am happy to say, Nizarol has worked wonders. I now can use regular lotion instead of Aquaphor, which I still adore.Eyebrows: This was my second worse area, and I say eyebrows, but it was actually the area in between my eyebrows would flake worse than my eyebrows. I rub Nizarol into my eyebrows, in between them, and around my eye sockets. Nizarol has pretty much cleared up this issue, and I am thrilled Nizarol has basically eliminated the second worst dry area on my face. If I do not use lotion for several days, it does flake, but in a very minor way. Side note: be careful around your eyes, it burns pretty good if you get the shampoo runoff in your eye, lol.Nose/Nostrils: This was my third worst area. I would have dry skin on the sides of my nose, the point of my nose, and even on the inside of my nostrils! First off, putting Nizarol in your nostrils may not be safe. If you do do it, don’t huff the Nizarol when it is in your nostrils, breath through your mouth. My nose area has improved, but is now more of an issue than my eyebrows. Still it is much better, and I can go a couple days without using lotion. It is also more of the inside of the nostrils than the outside of my nose. I think if I were willing to put Nizarol further up my nose than just the inside rim, I could eliminate the problem. But, at what cost? Lol. I don’t want to ingest this stuff, lol. Either way, I am still happy!Head/Scalp: I have never had much of an issue with my scalp other than minor dandruff, for which I have always used Head & Shoulders. Despite this, I use this shampoo, as intended. I can not honestly tell if it is making any difference. Also, I have very short hair, so I cannot tell if this makes my hair coarse like everyone else says. If it does, I would use a conditioner like other reviews suggest.Ears/Earlobes: So, while it was more rare, but sometimes, my ear lobes and the bottom crease where the ear connected to my face would get dry and flake. I rub Nizarol on my ears, on the inside of my ears, and behind my ears/ear lobes. I have zero issues here now and never have to lotion this area any more.Forehead/Cheek Areas:These were not really problem areas unless it was cold/dry/windy. We have not had that type of weather, but I really do not think it will be a problem.Pelvic Area: I know this is a touchy subject, lol, but what I have to say is tame and could help some people. So several months back, something new happened, I noticed my pelvic area was dry as well, after using clippers. I used Nizarol in the creases of my leg, and in in my pelvic area, including directly on my —–. Results? Well, this has virtually eliminated the dry skin everywhere. Even better, I am chaffing less when running, which is awesome! I figured Nizarol was working everywhere else, so what the hell? Luckily for me, this was another minor issue it helped.Fingernail: Getting back to my fingernail, I had this white chalky/flaky formation under my fingernail. It had got to almost halfway down my thumbnail. It was causing my nail to lift. It did not hurt, but I thought it was unsightly. So I lifted the nail and put Nizarol in there. Again, possibly not safe, but a couple weeks in and my nail is almost back to normal. I eventually started cutting deeper into my nail to get the Nizarol farther back, which has worked. My nail almost looks normal and it looks like it is pushing the last of white to the font of my nail. So the growth stopped moving backward and it has improved. Another win!Others Uses?: As you can tell, I pretty much use this stuff all over. I put it on my elbows, the knuckles of my toes, and the point of my ankle bone. I think it is helping, but I am not 100% sure. What I can tell you is that it seems that it seems easier to get the dry skin off after applying the shampoo. A pedicure is on the docket and if I remember, I will update this review.Conclusion:Nizarol has worked way better than I could have hoped, and I did not even have to go to the dermatologist. I am hoping within a couple months, my skin will go back to normal. I am not sure if that will happen, but I love what Nizarol has done for me. I encourage anyone that has some of the issues I had to give it a try. Again, my issues were mild compared to some of the pictures I have seen, but I imagine if you are struggling with mild to intermediate issues, and you have not gone to a dermatologist, this could help you.I hope all this helps! Good luck!****Update: 7/25/2017***Fingernails: Nizoral completely fixed my nail problem!Face: So, when I first started using this product, I saw quite a bit of improvement. I no longer have red patches anywhere on my face. The only issue is that there have been diminishing returns. Nizarol has helped tremendously, but I still have dryness and dead skin issues. It is much more mild now, but still exists, however, I am grateful for the continued results.Scalp: Lol, I still cannot tell if this is helping or not. I still have minor dandruff. Nizarol has had no effect on my scalp as far as I can tell. Not a big deal for me though…

    It definitely works for dandruff. However i would recommend to alternate between this and other any dandruff shampoos as it seems to stop working for me after some time.
  • The Only Shampoo That Finally Stopped the Flakes
    This is the only dandruff shampoo that actually cleared my scalp fast. The 1% ketoconazole makes a noticeable difference without being harsh, and I only need to use it a couple of times a week. It reduces flakes and itching, and works better than the regular drugstore shampoos I’ve tried. If nothing else has worked, this one is worth it. I’ve tried multiple options before this too. I guess it kills unknown bacteria buildup and can be more effective that your average anti dandruff shampoo.

    I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I told my husband that if I didnt get this hair issue reversed, my two Harleys were going up for sale, because I wasnt going to be a bald biker chic. He is the one who told me about this product. After two weeks of using this, I am seeing new growth all over my head. I am also using rosemary oil daily and use a scalp massager daily. Along with these, I take collagen peptides. So, I can’t say for sure what is working – it could be a combination of everything. But this product has to be playing a role in this without a doubt. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. Im doing everything I can short of seeking professional help and spending thousands of $$$ on PRP or transplants. Fingers crossed!*Update* Am thru my first bottle and just ordered my second. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth.     I have bought this product for 4 months and I’m undecided. Seems like no new hair growth but they do say between 4 and 6 months to let it pan out I guess but I will say that taking the product I am a lot calmer and not so high strung so not sure if it’s worth the $88 I spend on it but for right now I’m going to give it a chance
  • Read if on HRT of any kind!
    I have only had this supplement for less than a week, the 45 and older version. I would caution those over 45 who are on any type of hormone replacement. Per my experience I have learned about Maca, that is in this version but not the 45 and younger. My hormone Dr recommended this as a good hair growth supplement, not realizing there was this version. I started having warm flushes, super oily skin, and anxiety/jittery feel on day 2, of a starting out, reduced dose. Started researching the ingredients and mace seems to be the issue. I called my Dr, and indeed, stop taking dt the maca. I have ordered the 45 and younger version, since this is supposed to be an effective supplement, hopefully it will be. But I thought to review for many of us over 45 on some form of hrt, who this may not be a good option for. I would have appreciated a warning about this on the label, would have saved me some unpleasant symptoms and extra money. But, I’m not knocking it over all, giving the younger version a try when my new order comes in. Good luck ladies!I wanted to update, 4/9/2024, I’ve been taking this, 45+, 2 caps with 2 caps of the 45 and younger version. Stopped my dhea supplement I was on, all with my Dr’s approval. First, my hormones are doing really great on this with maca, now that the dhea is stopped. Better than on dhea. I feel great too! But let’s get to the hair. At first I was not sure much was happening, even at 3 months, nope, not sure. But I think it’s 6 months or so now, and I’m sure my hair is thickening back up, so it is working for me, not without some initial issues, but I found the right combo for myself, 4 caps a day, 2, 45+, 2 ,45 and under. Hormones and hair doing better. I agree, expensive, but I’ve decided, worth it to me, and will continue for hair and hormones in my perimenopause world!     I have been extremely satisfied with BOLDIFY’s hairline powders. I’ve tried 3 different colors, due to hair color changes & haven’t been disappointed in any of them. The quality is wonderful, the colors are beautiful, & the coverage is controlled by you. Additionally, it doesn’t run if you sweat or get caught in the rain. I would highly recommend this product.

I’ll give them that, but how does a light brown color equate to ORANGE on my scalp ????!I thought I could stick with my usual dark brown eyeshadow and L’Oréal root cover up, my cheap stuff, but they applied the highlights closer to the scalp then I expected. (Was going for baylage, so my scalp wouldn’t be affected. Oh well, there.) The blond mixed with dark medium- dark brown, it looked most like a light brown color would be needed. Found this, and eek! Read great things, but although I love the packaging, the applicator, and the ‘thought’ of what this product should do, I still saw my scalp & it gave me an awful orange tint, and I just washed my hair. I’d rather see my scalp then people see this when I am under harsh lighting, visiting my mother in law at the hospital today ????. I don’t wanna overwash my hair.   • This powder is very effective!
    This is the best root cover up I have ever found. It doesn’t come off on your hands like the spray root cover. It doesn’t tangle in your hair like the spoolie applicator on some root cover products. The coverage lasts for days. It doesn’t smear and is really easy to apply. If your hair is a little thin at the hairline the powder fills it in with a very natural look. After 25 years of dealing with gray roots this product is a real game changer. I would highly recommend this product.
  • Perfect color, great coverage and it lasts all day long!
    I have tried so many temporary grey coverups and this one is my favorite. The sprays are inaccurate, the sticks have terrible coverage and are not easy to dispense. Boldify powder works the best. It covers nicely and covers my grey. The coverage is complete. The color is true to pictures shown. It lasts until I wash it out. If I skip a wash, it stays on through the night. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a larger size.

    Tried it out after seeing lots of social media reels on it. In the end, this one is okay. I dont love it, but i dont hate it either. I’m a dark brunette with greys peppered throughout my hair, especially the hairline areas. I tried the dark brown and attempted to cover but it doesnt 100% cover it like the videos. It has more of a highlight appearance after application. It does get on your fingers when you rub it in or touch, so dont let them fool ya, but its not as bad as some of the others i’ve tried. It seems to hold up well with sweat, and does last pretty good till you wash it out. The product leaves your hair feeling as though you put dry shampoo on it, or a root lifter. Which is great if you wanta texture feel with some volume. I kinda liked that part of it. I will keep using for now till the next best thing rolls along…..

  • It’s a winner!
    My hair type: very thick, frizzy, uneven tighter wave – hair with an attitude. Length is about 4 inches below my shoulders, so fairly long. I have used the Tymo straightener which was pretty effective, but did not hit 5 stars for me. Then I tried one of those curler/straightener cool air irons – eh – didn’t really clamp my thick hair well enough to truly work as well as I hoped. I hesitated to buy yet another fad item, but hit a sale on this Tymo rotating curler and gave it a go. Holy grail for me. Up until now I had used hot rollers to get the job done…it’s a different look. This thing…well someone had an amazing vision. Yes it takes a little practice to master – just like anything. Small sections is important or you’ll likely get a tangle. You need to get the hair in the slot to make it work so I think one inch or less of hair is ideal. You can twist a bit if that helps you feed it in the slot. I definitely brush each section before feeding it in for the best outcome. I also use a heat protector and normal product to help protect and hold the curl. There is a toggle to switch left and right (I toggle left on the left side and right for the right side to have the curl go back vs forward). If it tangles…it stops. You can toggle opposite to release the curl. When it’s done it beeps and you should be able to just lightly pull down to release the curl. But do the curls last? Heck yeah. I use a little light hair spray and let the curls cool. Then run some hair oil through the curls to break them up…and they literally last for days (for my hair type). I just went on a weekend trip and didn’t need to do anything more – not even a touch up – for 4 days. After three sessions using this gadget, I have the rhythm and definitely am impressed. I hope it has longevity, but I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again as long as it doesn’t poop out on me too fast (if it does, I will update). Recommend!
  • Miracle worker for us without styling talent!
    I don’t leave many reviews and with thousands on this product, this might not make much of a difference, but then again maybe it’ll be helpful for other women like me who lack the “hair styling” gene. I’m a 40yro gal who until very recently always had very short hair that never required any special talent to style and look nice, even when younger I always kept my hair super short. But about two years ago I started growing it out and that’s when I realized I have zero ability to style hair…none. Not one lick of talent. So I always keep it up in a clip or occasionally scrunch it with curl cream, but generally it just looks blah. I’m ok with that most of the time, but every once in a while I would like to curl it and have it look semi-nice. I’ve seen the ads for this product but ignored them figuring it was just a scam. Fast forward to last night, sick and hocked up on cold medicine, I decided to order this and give it a try. And omg it actually worked! Yes I know I missed some spots and it’s a bit uneven in places, but for the very first try by someone whose talent begins and ends with a lumpy ponytail it’s a miracle! My natural hair texture is fine with mostly waves but a few areas that want to curl. Hangs just a little past my shoulders. I used the lowest heat setting (there are 3 to choose from) and removed the section when the 8s beep went off. In the pictures my hair is freshly washed and conditioned. I used a heat protectant cream and curl mousse before blow drying. No other product added before or after. If I can manage this still sick, loaded up on medication, and with zero talent then I think it’ll work for most anyone. It took me about 30 minutes to curl my whole head. The only time I got the hair stuck/pulled by the device was when trying to do the back of my head and I had too large of a section of hair and didn’t get it set correctly in the notch on the wand. When this happened, it tugged a little bit on my hair and then the wand stopped spinning like it says it will so I could remove that section and try again. Pictures are before, right after curling, and after raking through with just my fingers.

  • Defective pump on the shampoo bottle.
    So, I just got this a few days ago. I went to use it yesterday and I could not get the shampoo pump to open. I had to unscrew the cap to get any shampoo. I had no problem with the conditioner pump. It popped right open. Is there a trick to getting it open? Before I ordered, I did see another customer had the same issue with getting theirs open. Maybe they need to figure out a way to put a leak proof, screw on lid for shipping and have the pump separately in the package? Other than this issue, I like the shampoo and conditioner, they smell great, but it is too soon to tell if it will help make my curly hair less frizzy. I did have an issue with tangles in my hair when I used the conditioner, but I think I may not have put enough on my hair. We will see the next time I wash it. I usually only wash my hair once a week because it is so dry plus I live in a very dry climate.UPDATE: I took the pump out of the bottle trying to leave as much shampoo in the bottle as I could then I grabbed a washcloth and held onto the stem while twisting the top really hard and it finally popped up! Although it wasn’t very easy for these arthritic hands, I did it!! That is why I changed it to 5 stars.

    I bought this shampoo and conditioner combo on a recommendation. First off one pump of the shampoo for long hair is more than enough. The conditioner I have used up to three pumps because one doesn’t seem to be enough for long hair. I really don’t see much of a difference in my hair from what I was told it would do. I think that I will shop around and see what else works for long naturally curly hair.

(I’ve got fine hair but quite a bit of hair lol)I used this today for the first time, I towel dried, then put some Chi heat protectant/detangler in my hair, and waited 30 minutes.I am not a hair guru, however, I have improved my hair quality over time by removing high heat tools like a straightener and a hair dryer as well as decreased weekly washing to twice from daily or every other day.     This works as described and has been wonderful on my medium-length, thick hair and both of my daughters’ hair. One of them has long, very thick hair and the other has medium-length fine hair. We have the smaller size, kind of accidentally. When it arrived I wished I’d bought the 75, but I was too eager to try it out so I decided to keep the 60. It’s absolutely fantastic. With enough effort, a person *could* get the same result with a standard hair dryer and brush, but this was quite a bit faster and easier.If we let our hair air dry for a while before using it, it’s SUPER quick and easily smooths out most kinks from having our hair behind our ears, etc as long as we don’t air dry too long. It’s also fairly efficient to use on hair that hasn’t air dried, compared with a standard hair dryer. I really like the low setting, because it’s not very loud.I tried it on my son for fun. His hair is only 3-4 inches long. It was a lot of fun because it got his hair to stick up all kinds of different ways, and it was easy to get it to lay back down after drying. So in a pinch this can work as a hair dryer for super-short hair.

It dries super fast.The one thing I wish it had was a separate cooling button rather than including it in the rotary dial with the other settings. It is an inconvenience having to stop, put it down then change the setting.The bristles are a pliable plastic with nubs on the ends which I actually like, it doesn’t pull my hair or cause knotting.Why such a long cord? You would think most people have outlets near the sink in the bathroom.     I’d been seeing ads for this on my social media accounts for years. I finally decided to take the plunge. My main reason for buying it was that I’m going to need shoulder replacement surgery, and thought I might be able to use this to dry and style my hair with one hand.My hair is naturally curly, about shoulder-length, but I have it cut to wear straight. I must say that this dryer/styler does an amazing job of making my hair look beautiful and shiny. It’s very easy to use, and my hair is dried and styled within 10 minutes, the same time it would take with a dryer and brush, followed by a hot brush to help straighten it and get rid of any frizz or flyaways. So I get all that from this one tool.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s kind of bulky and heavy. For me, that makes it a bit difficult to do the back, though I do manage to do it. The center of the unit is tapered so it’s a bit easier to hold at that point, but it’s still bulky.Overall, though, I’m very happy with it and glad I bought it. My hair looks great, and I would recommend it. I haven’t yet tried to dry my hair using just one hand. I think it will be difficult, but I’ll try at some point.

There were no drips for me but when I searched for reviews on this product I read and saw that some women experience product dripping while some did not. I think it has to do with how you spray the product. If you purchase this product try quick short bursts, you can always add more, you can’t take off less.I also found that this product dries quickly which is very nice. I do not mean immediate though, so if you touch the area right after you spray it your fingers will come away with color. More like 30 seconds, and the color will not rub of. Also, I was able to brush through my hair after I applied this product. If any of you have ever applied that can of hair color that is sold during Halloween you know that those products are more like colored hairspray. You cannot get your fingers through your hair let alone a brush. This product is not like that at all. I was able to brush through it and my hair fell naturally into place. I had to check if there were any more visible white hairs that needed to be covered. There were none.Overall, this product is a good investment. Like I stated previously it is a much needed life hack that needs to find its place in the lives of busy women, but I think anyone male or female could use this. There has to be some men out there who want to cover some grey/white hair put do not want to actually dye their hair. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a temporary reprieve from eyeing their “glittering” hair in the mirror but does not have the time or the funds for that project. Plus, you do not have to use the entire canister of product to cover your roots. I may go out tonight to purchase a canister for my sister to make her life a bit less hectic as well. It will be the gift that keeps on giving.

    So I don’t use this in the traditional way. It is meant to cover grey roots by spraying them to blend with the rest of the hair between dye jobs. I have fully grey, almost silver, hair. But it is so light I tend to look washed out. So I LIGHTLY spray this all over my hair to give it a smoky grey look. Took a few practice runs to learn how far away to hold it, how much to spray – less is more – and that immediately brushing it through keeps my hair feeling soft and blends it well. I even bend forward and spray the underneath for dimension. If I get a spot that is too intense I gently rub it with a black towel to remove some. Lasts until my next shampoo.

    I bought red color one. It’s darker than I expected. It has white smoke with mild smell coming out when I was spraying it, I tried to hold my breath when I was using it. I would recommend it when you need to go to public but don’t have time to get your gray hair colored. Oh, remember to use dark towel cover your shoulders to avoid it spraying on your clothes.

    stains everything. no touching your head for the rest of the day, it comes off as a coal-like powder. you will get black on your finger tips and nails. ended the day with black smudges on my face. showered, left black residue on the shower floor. and despite it coming off my scalp and hair so easily, i had to really scrub to clean the shower. thankfully i wore a mostly black outfit so at least i didn’t ruin any clothes. i don’t even think i used that much, just the part in my hair, and a tad at the temples.it did cover my gray though, so, if you just need it for a quick photo session, it is grand. its definitely not something for everyday use. i won’t be buying again.

    I like the brown shade of this a lot. It does a nice job coloring my roots in between hair appointments. I tried ordering a blonde version as well and it appeared orange when I used it, so it was a no go for me. Overall good product for helping stretch the time between salon visits a bit! I do wish there was a better blonde version that didn’t come out orange-y.

    I have straight hair thats below my shoulders and sometimes I just want it to be slightly waivy. I don’t want it enough to need a curler every day. This one is easy to use. Holds well, my hair is smooth.The one issue I have is that it shuts off when I’m rotating the hair around due to where the position is. But thats okay in relation to everything else.

    Very hot and heats quickly. I turn it on the lowest setting for 30 seconds before drying my hair then unplug it. This gives it time to cool when I use it to finish the ends of my bob. I had a little burn the first time I used it using the lowest setting. Now I use it with great care. Would not allow a child to use it. Cannot imagine how hot the higher settings get. My hair is fine and delicate so I use it quickly for a few seconds to finish ends to avoid hair damage. If I wanted curls I would use my Velcro or electric rollers. I do have a silicone pad where I place it while it is cooling. Directions warn not to leave it plugged in.

    I was pretty scared dying my hair on my own for the first time in my life. I used to go to a hairdresser for some highlights maybe couple of times. I’m a natural champagne blonde and highlights look beautiful on me, but that bleach part is damaging. My hair started showing gray and I didn’t want to bleach it or honestly spend $400-500 in a hair salon so I bought a box of L’oreal hair dye! Works wonders! Yes it dries your hair like any hair dye, but if you do some hydrating masks, use oil and good hair products in overall, your hair will look great! Note that if you want to reach a certain color or tone, you’d probably better go to a colorist. This is mostly for DIY cover your grays. I love my medium or dark ash blond colors. It’s pretty similar to my natural hair color but more cold, which I like. I tried my champagne blonde, but it is a bit too warm and prone to turning yellowish.

    This hair dye works extremely well for me. It is very easy to measure out because both parts are liquid and not a thick cream, which makes splitting portions simple. The included shampoo, conditioner, and gloves are nice extras, although I usually use my own gloves. The results last a long time, the color stays stable, and my hair has not felt damaged even after using this every six weeks for the past two years. This is one of the easiest and most consistent permanent hair dyes I’ve used.

    My hair is black with lots of white. This photo shows how great the color did. I had about 1.5 inches of roots and the rest was the result of using a color remover on my hair a couple of months ago. The color looks pretty even and my hair feels soft and not damaged. I have used a lot of dyes over the last few years and usually there is a difference between roots and previously dyed hair if not bleached (at least with very dark hair). This dye looks pretty even despite the original color.
